IKEA Wrocław "Last Pieces" Promotion
Promotion Period: July 1, 2025 – August 31, 2025 (or while promotional stock lasts)
1. General Provisions
1.1. Promotion Name: "Last Pieces".
1.2. Organizer: IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o., located at Plac Szwedzki 3, 05-090 Raszyn, Poland. The company is registered with a share capital of PLN 20,000,000.00, entered into the entrepreneurs' register of the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000091681, REGON: 010577890, NIP: 527 010 33 85.
2. Promotion Conditions
2.1. Promotion Duration: July 1, 2025 – August 31, 2025, or until promotional stock is exhausted.
2.2. Promotion Location: IKEA Wrocław, ul. Czekoladowa 5, 55-040 Bielany Wrocławskie.
2.3. Scope: Applies to purchases made at the stationary IKEA Wrocław store.
2.4. Exclusions: Does not apply to orders fulfilled based on the terms of service for remote services.
2.5. Eligibility: Open to individuals with full legal capacity, legal entities, or organizational units granted legal capacity by law.
2.6. Target Audience: Primarily for retail customers purchasing IKEA goods in quantities typically bought by households or for business purposes. Not applicable for resale. IKEA employees are eligible to participate.
3. Detailed Promotion Terms
3.1. Discount Mechanism: The promotion allows for the purchase of selected items at a reduced price. A list of participating items and their respective discounts is provided in Appendix No. 1 to these regulations, subject to point 3.2.
3.2. Items Not Included: Items listed in Appendix No. 1 that were purchased from the "Clearance" department or items ordered individually are excluded from this promotion.
3.3. Multiple Participations: Customers may participate in the promotion multiple times during its validity period.
3.4. Returns: Returning products purchased under this promotion signifies withdrawal from the promotion. The refund value will be calculated based on the unit prices shown on the receipt or invoice.
4. Other Provisions
4.1. Acceptance: Participation in the promotion constitutes confirmation of having read and accepted these regulations.
4.2. Complaints: All complaints regarding the promotion should be submitted within 14 days of the promotion's end. Complaints can be submitted via:
- IKEA chat available on the IKEA Contact page.
- In person at the IKEA Wrocław Customer Service Department (written form).
- By mail to the IKEA Wrocław Store (Customer Service Department Manager).
- By phone: 22 275 00 00 (charges apply according to the operator's tariff).
- Using the complaint form available on the IKEA Complaints page.
4.3. Complaint Resolution: Complaints will be processed within 14 days.
4.4. Complaint Content: Written complaints must include customer contact details (name, address, phone number) and a description of the issue.
4.5. Regulations Availability: These promotion regulations are available at the IKEA Wrocław Customer Service Department and on the website ikea.pl/regulaminy.
4.6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the execution of obligations related to this promotion will be settled by the competent common court.
4.7. Consumer Rights: For consumers and individuals whose contracts are directly related to their economic activity but do not have a professional character (as per the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity), IKEA is liable for non-conformity of goods and services with the contract according to Articles 43a et seq. of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014. For other customers, IKEA is liable for product defects according to Articles 556 et seq. of the Civil Code.
4.8. Validity: These regulations are effective from July 1, 2025.
4.9. Update Date: These regulations were updated on July 1, 2025.
