2. Product Introduction
Charging Case
The charging case features LED indicators to show its charging status. It is equipped with a USB-C port for charging.
Earbuds
The TOZO NC9 Pro earbuds come with six sizes of ear tips: XS, S, M, L, XL, and XXL, to ensure a comfortable and secure fit.
Each earbud features:
- ANC Microphone: For Active Noise Cancellation.
- Touch Panel: For controlling playback, calls, and other functions.
- LED Indicator: Provides status feedback.
- Microphone: For calls.
- Intermediate (Channel) ANC Microphone: Another microphone for noise cancellation.
3. Usage
Follow these steps to wear your TOZO NC9 Pro earbuds correctly:
- Step 1: Ensure the ear tip nozzles are pointed downwards, then insert the earbuds into your ears.
- Step 2: Rotate the earbuds sideways to achieve a snug and proper fit.
Incorrect Wearing: Wearing the earbuds with the nozzles pointing upwards is incorrect and will not provide optimal sound or comfort.
4. Pairing
To pair your TOZO NC9 Pro earbuds with a device:
- Step 1: Remove both earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically power on and pair with each other within 10 seconds.
- Step 2: The earbud indicators will flash alternately red and blue, indicating pairing mode.
- Step 3: Ensure Bluetooth connectivity is enabled on your device.
- Step 4: Select "TOZO-NC9 Pro" from the list of available Bluetooth devices on your device.
A typical Bluetooth settings screen on a mobile device would show "TOZO-NC9 Pro" as "Connected" under the "DEVICES" list.
5. Power On and Off
Power On:
- Remove the earbuds from the charging case; they will power on automatically.
- Alternatively, press and hold the touch panel on both earbuds simultaneously for at least 3 seconds.
Power Off:
- Place the earbuds back into the charging case; they will power off automatically.
- Alternatively, press and hold both earbuds simultaneously for at least 5 seconds.
- The earbuds will automatically power off after 5 minutes if they are not connected to a device.
6. Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)
Tap the touch panel on the left earbud to switch between ANC (Active Noise Cancellation), Transparency mode, and ANC OFF.
Note: The ANC function is not available when using a single earbud.
WARNING: If the electromagnetic interference signal is strong in your area, it may affect the Bluetooth connection. Please recheck or change your location for optimal performance.
7. Using the Touch Panel
All control settings are programmable within the TOZO APP.
- Single Tap (L/R) - Play: Tap either the left or right earbud once to play audio.
- Single Tap (L/R) - Pause: Tap either the left or right earbud once to pause audio.
- Double Tap (L) - Previous Song: Double tap the left earbud to go to the previous song.
- Double Tap (R) - Next Song: Double tap the right earbud to go to the next song.
- Single Tap (L/R) - Answer Call: Tap either the left or right earbud once to answer an incoming call.
- Hold (L/R) - End Call: Press and hold either the left or right earbud to end a call.
- Hold (L) - Volume Down: Press and hold the left earbud to decrease the volume.
- Hold (R) - Volume Up: Press and hold the right earbud to increase the volume.
- Triple Tap (L/R) - Voice Assistant: Triple tap either the left or right earbud to activate the voice assistant.
8. Charging
The TOZO NC9 Pro earbuds and charging case can be charged using two methods:
- USB Cable Charging: Use the included USB-C cable to charge the case.
- Wireless Charging: The case supports wireless charging with an inductive charger (inductive charger is not included in the set).
The charging case features a digital display that shows the current battery level of the case and individual earbuds (L and R).
9. Resetting Settings
If one of the earbuds malfunctions or fails to pair, a reset is recommended:
- Step 1: Remove "TOZO – NC9 Pro" from the Bluetooth device list on your device.
- Step 2: Take both earbuds out of the charging case. Then, press and hold the touch panels on both earbuds until a red light illuminates for approximately 5 seconds to power them off.
- Step 3: Press and hold both earbuds for about 10 seconds until a blue LED starts flashing rapidly for 3 seconds.
The reset is complete when one of the earbuds flashes alternately red and blue. After the reset, enable Bluetooth on your device to re-establish the connection.
10. TOZO Application
The TOZO application is available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
