Important Safety Precautions
Attention!
- The footrest is not designed to support the full weight of an adult.
- Do not sit directly on the armrest and footrest.
- Do not lift more weight than the chair can support.
- For safety reasons, always plug the power cord into a grounded outlet.
- Do not tie the power cord to the unit. Lifting or pulling the power cord may damage it. Ensure the power cord can be easily removed in an emergency.
- Before moving the electric beauty chair, remove the power cord so that it does not get stuck between the parts of the chair.
- If the power cord is damaged, immediately disconnect the cord, do not use the chair, and contact an authorized service center. Use only the original power cord.
- Do not let a person who is not performing the procedure control the remote control.
- Do not place any objects under the chair.
- Ensure there is enough free space around the chair so that it can be folded and unfolded freely.
- Ensure there are no sharp or harmful objects around the chair that could damage the device.
- Do not modify the device yourself. If the chair does not work properly, stop using it and contact an authorized service center.
- Do not throw any heavy objects on the chair or jump on it.
Mounting
1. Insert the headrest into the hole located at the top of the backrest (refer to mounting illustration 1).
2. Position and connect the left and right armrest to the pin in the seat, and then rotate 90° counterclockwise (refer to mounting illustration 2).

Remote Control Operation
The remote control allows for adjustment of various chair functions:
- Power Button: Press the button [power-symbol] to turn the device on or off.
- Bed Adjustment: Press the button [up-arrow] to raise the bed or press the button [down-arrow] to lower the bed.
- Backrest Angle: Press the button [angle-up] to increase the angle of the backrest or press the button [angle-down] to decrease the angle of the backrest.
- Seat Angle: Press the button [seat-angle-up] to increase the seat angle or press the button [seat-angle-down] to decrease the seat angle.
- Right Footrest: Press the button [footrest-right-up] to raise the right footrest or press the button [footrest-right-down] to lower the right footrest.
- Left Footrest: Press the button [footrest-left-up] to raise the left footrest or press the button [footrest-left-down] to lower the left footrest.
The height of the headrest can be adjusted by pulling it up or pressing it down.
Maintenance Measures
Cleaning and Disinfecting the Device:
- Unplug the unit before cleaning.
- To keep the surface of the chair in good condition, clean it regularly. Clean and disinfect the chair after each use. A thorough disinfection once a month is recommended.
I. Metal and Plastic Surfaces
Wipe metal and plastic surfaces and controls with a damp cloth. For hard-to-reach areas or corners, use a small brush. Avoid using excessive liquid. Disinfect the device with a suitable liquid.
II. Stainless Steel Surfaces
Cleaning with a mild detergent solution is effective. Ammonia and most solvents can be used to remove tough stains. Avoid chlorine-based solutions.
III. Painted or Chrome-Plated Metal Surfaces
- Do not use water jets (showers, high-pressure water cannons) for cleaning.
- Do not clean in high temperature and high humidity environments, and do not expose the device to conditions that may lead to liquid flooding.
- Do not use solvents and acids for cleaning.
IV. Chair Surface
Wipe the seat surface evenly with a special leather cleaner, then wipe it with a clean, soft cloth.
General Maintenance & Repairs:
- Unplug the device before maintenance.
- Repairs should be performed by experienced and manufacturer-authorized personnel. Repairs by unauthorized personnel may cause injury or damage to the device, for which the manufacturer is not responsible.
- Use only original spare parts approved by the manufacturer.
- Do not use the electric beauty chair or accessories if they are not working properly.
- All maintenance and repair activities must be documented.
Attention!
- If you find any defects, stop using the equipment and contact an authorized service. Only experienced or authorized personnel can open or replace the actuator/control unit.
- If any part of the equipment is damaged, unplug the power cord and stop using it. Then notify the service department.

Safety Measures
- The device is professional equipment for use in beauty parlors. Operation by qualified cosmetic personnel avoids undesirable consequences during treatment.
- Do not disassemble the device or attempt to use it for purposes other than those indicated in this manual. All service and repair work must be performed only by an authorized service technician (ACTIV Tomasz Pacholczyk company).
- Do not install or operate the device near liquids, wet places, or with wet hands, to prevent liquids from entering the device.
- Immediately unplug the device from the outlet and contact an authorized service provided by ACTIV Tomasz Pacholczyk in the following cases: a) liquid has gotten into the device, b) the device emits a strange smell, smoke, or strange sounds, c) the power cord has been damaged, d) the device has been knocked over or its housing has been damaged.
- Do not lay any objects on the cables. Do not install the device in places where someone may step on the power cord.
- For safety purposes, unplug the power cord from the outlet each time you finish working with the device.
- Do not insert anything into the opening of the device. If a foreign object gets into a hole, remove the cord from the outlet and contact the distributor or manufacturer.
- Do not place the device on an unstable cart, shelf, or vehicle. If dropped, the device may be damaged.
- To guarantee the established useful life of the device, it is recommended to keep an interval of one minute before pressing the power button again (between switching on and off).
- The power supply must comply with the specifications on the nameplate. Otherwise, there is a risk of incorrect operation, device damage, or even burning.
Caution and Disposal
CAUTION:
- In the event of damage to the power cord or other malfunctions, contact an authorized service center to avoid danger.
- This device can be used by children at least 8 years of age and by people with reduced physical and mental capabilities, or those with inexperience and lack of familiarity with the equipment, provided supervision or instruction on safe use is given, so that associated risks are understood.
- The equipment is not intended for play by children. Do not allow children to play with the equipment.
- Do not leave the equipment unsupervised when children or persons without sufficient knowledge of its use are near it.
- This electrical appliance is not a toy. Incorrect use or contact with the electrical appliance may pose a health risk or lead to death. Use and store the appliance out of the reach of children.
DISPOSAL OF THE DEVICE
[disposal-icon] Dispose of used electrical appliances, fixtures, and packaging at raw material reprocessing centers in accordance with environmental protection principles. Do not dispose of electrical appliances in household waste containers. Follow the rules for the disposal of this type of equipment. In order to protect the environment, in accordance with Directive 2012/19/EC on waste electrical and electronic equipment, waste electrical equipment should be collected separately and then transferred to collection centers for waste electronic and electrical equipment.
At the end of their useful life, devices contain full-value recyclable components and should be handed over for reprocessing. Therefore, they should be handed over to appropriate collection points or to the ACTIV Tomasz Pacholczyk Company.
STORAGE AND TRANSPORT
The device should be transported at temperatures ranging from -20 °C to +50 °C only in its original packaging. Store the device in a well-ventilated place with a relative humidity of no more than 75%. Operating temperature is from +10 °C to +40 °C. During storage and transportation, the device must not be thrown or dropped, nor exposed to mechanical shocks or atmospheric agents.
