IKEA Promotion Rules: "Kids Eat for 1 Zł"

General Provisions

1.1. Promotion Name: "Kids Eat for 1 Zł".

1.2. Organizer: IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o., located in Janki, Plac Szwedzki 3, 05-090 Raszyn, Poland. The company is registered in the National Court Register under KRS number 0000091681, with REGON: 010577890 and NIP: 527 010 33 85.

Promotion Conditions

2.1. Promotion Period: 27.06 - 30.08.2025, or until promotional stock lasts.

2.2. Promotion Location: IKEA stationary stores within the Republic of Poland ("IKEA Store"). This promotion does not apply to purchases made through distance service regulations.

2.3. Eligibility: Natural persons with full legal capacity may participate.

2.4. Target Audience: The promotion is aimed at retail customers and applies to IKEA product purchases typically made by households. It does not apply to IKEA products intended for resale. IKEA employees are eligible to participate.

2.5. Participation Requirement: Only members of the IKEA Family club or IKEA Business Network are eligible. An IKEA Family card or IKEA Business Network card must be presented before payment at the IKEA store restaurant checkout.

Detailed Promotion Terms

3.1. Promotion Details: Customers (meeting conditions in points 2.3 and 2.5) can purchase a children's meal for 1 Zł during the promotion period (as specified in point 2.1). This requires the purchase of at least one hot meal from the regular IKEA Restaurant menu (excluding soups and side dishes). Customers may participate multiple times during the promotion period, subject to point 3.5.

3.2. Children's Meal Definition: A small portion of meatballs – 4 pieces – as presented in the IKEA Restaurant: vegetarian meatballs for children, plant-based meatballs for children, meat meatballs for children, plant-based nuggets with puree and corn for children.

3.3. Condition for Purchase: A child under 18 years of age must be present at the IKEA Restaurant checkout when the customer makes the payment to be eligible for the 1 Zł children's meal.

3.4. Purchase Limit: A maximum of 4 children's meal portions (one per child) are allowed per receipt.

3.5. Daily Limit: Customers can participate in this promotion once per day.

3.6. Takeaway Exclusion: The offer does not apply to meals for takeaway.

Other Provisions

4.1. Acceptance: Participation in the promotion signifies confirmation of having read and accepted these Regulations.

4.2. Complaints: All complaints regarding the promotion should be submitted within 14 days of the promotion's end. Complaints can be submitted via:

• Telephone: 22 275 00 00 (charges apply according to the operator's tariff).
• In person, in writing, at the IKEA Store Customer Service Department.

4.3. Complaint Resolution: Complaints will be processed within 14 days.

4.4. Complaint Content: Written complaints must include contact details (name, surname, address, phone number) and a description of the reason for the complaint.

4.5. Regulation Availability: The promotion regulations are available at the IKEA Store Customer Service Department.

4.6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the execution of obligations related to this promotion will be settled by the competent common court.

4.7. Consumer Rights: For customers who are consumers or individuals whose contracts are directly related to their economic activity, but where the contract content indicates it does not have a professional character for them (as defined by the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity), IKEA is responsible for the non-conformity of IKEA Goods and Services with the contract according to the provisions of art. 43a et seq. of the Act of May 30, 2014, on Consumer Rights. For other Customers, IKEA is responsible for product defects according to art. 556 et seq. of the Civil Code.

4.8. Validity: These Regulations are effective from 27.06.2025.
