Operating Instructions
Functions
- Soundboard: Supports USB and Micro SD card playback for MP3 files. Includes controls for music playback (previous/next track, volume control, pause/play, mode selection) and a voltage display.
- Speed Control: High speed and Low speed settings.
- Gear Shift: Forward and Backward movement controlled by a lever and accelerator pedal.
- ON/OFF Switch: To start and stop the vehicle.
Important Operating Information
- Gears: 1st gear offers reduced motor power and a smaller turning circle, suitable for slower driving. The loaded wheel may stop if encountering an obstacle on one side, with power transferring to the unloaded wheel. 2nd gear provides full motor power, even distribution of force, higher speed, and a larger turning circle.
- Direction/Speed Change: The vehicle must be stationary before changing direction or speed to prevent damage to the gearbox or motor.
- Voltage Display: Shows battery voltage. A fully charged battery typically reads 12.6-13V unloaded. Voltage decreases under load. If the unloaded voltage drops below 11.8V, charge the battery immediately to prevent deep discharge and irreparable damage. Deeply discharged batteries are not covered by warranty.
Charging the Vehicle
- The vehicle must be switched OFF during charging.
- Connect the charger to a power outlet (LED lights green). Connect the charger to the vehicle's charging socket.
- The charger's LED indicates charging status: red while charging, green when fully charged.
- Charge time is approximately 6 hours.
- Do not charge the battery more than once within 24 hours.
- The charger and battery may become warm during charging.
Charging Warnings
- The charger is not a toy. Use only the supplied charger.
- Battery charging must be done by or under adult supervision.
- Do not short-circuit the terminals.
- Regularly inspect the charger for damage to the cable, plug, housing, or other parts. Do not use if damaged.
- Allow the model to cool sufficiently after each use before operating again. If using a spare battery, allow a 15-minute cooling period between battery changes. Overheating can damage electronics or cause fire.
- Always disconnect the model from the charger immediately after charging. Always disconnect the charger from the power supply immediately after disconnecting the model. Leaving connected can cause damage or fire hazard.
- Use the charger only in dry rooms.
Troubleshooting
If the battery cannot be charged or has a very short runtime, check the charger and battery, or the charging socket. Ensure the battery is correctly connected. If the vehicle does not function or only moves in one direction, check the ON/OFF switch, motor cable connections, and gas/direction switches. If the active fuse trips, it may indicate overload or a short circuit; avoid overloading the vehicle. For sound issues, check the steering wheel/handlebar connections. If rubber tires loosen, avoid driving on hot surfaces or in dirt, and consider replacing tires.
Spare Parts
Available spare parts include: Battery (12V 4.5Ah), On/Off Switch, Steering Rod, Light Switch, Gearbox with Motor, Rear Wheel, Charger, High/Low Speed Switch, Wheel Axle, Forward/Reverse Switch, Front Wheel.
Disposal Information
Do not dispose of batteries or electrical appliances with household waste. They must be disposed of separately. Users are obliged to return used batteries to designated collection points. Remove any personal data from electrical appliances before disposal. Batteries may contain irritant, allergenic, or highly reactive substances; separate collection and proper recycling are important for the environment and health. Check for chemical symbols (Hg, Cd, Pb) indicating hazardous substances.
