Assembly Instructions
1. Mounting the Front Wheels
Slide a washer (13) onto the front axle. Push the front wheel (10) onto the front axle. Press the button in the middle of the wheel until it audibly engages. Repeat this on the other side.
Mounting the Rear Wheels
To mount the rear wheels, push a rear wheel (8) onto the rear axle. You can recognize the rear wheels by the elevation that fits into the rear drive unit. Push the rear wheel (8) onto the rear axle. Press the button in the middle of the wheel until you hear it click into place. Repeat this on the other side. Check the tight fit of all wheels by pulling the wheel. If the button on the wheel protrudes a little from the rim, the wheel has engaged correctly.
Mounting the Chassis Reinforcements
Screw the chassis reinforcements (9) to the bottom right and left of the body.
2. Mounting the Dashboard and Steering Wheel
First connect the plug on the dashboard cable (11) to the black plug protruding from the front of the chassis interior (1). Connect the cable in the steering wheel to the cable in the steering column. Then slide the steering wheel (4) onto the handlebar and tighten it. The hole position is fixed by a nut.
3. Mounting the Windscreen
The windscreen (3) is latched into the holes in the chassis at the dashboard level. Ensure that the windscreen is firmly seated.
4. Battery Connection
Connect all connectors as shown. Only connect plug connections that fit into each other and take care not to reverse polarity. Make sure that the red cable (plus) and the black cable (minus) are connected to the respective connectors of the same colour. Switch on the vehicle by pressing the red button on the right side of the dashboard.
5. Mounting the Brackets and the Rear Wing
First press the two brackets (6) into the oval holes provided for this purpose. Click the rear spoiler (7) into the oblong holes on the boot lid of the vehicle.

7. Mounting the Rear-View Mirrors
Insert the two mirrors (2) into the holders provided and screw them tight. Please take care not to swap the sides.
8. Charging Your Vehicle
- The power switch must be turned to the OFF position when charging.
- Insert the charger (12) into the socket; the LED lights up green. Connect the charger to the charging socket.
- The LED on your charger lights up red as long as the battery is being charged. If the LED lights green again, the battery is fully charged.
- The charge time is between 8 and 12 hours.
- Do not charge the battery more than once within 24 hours.
- Charger and battery heat up during the charging process.
Warning!
- Let the model cool off sufficiently after each use before putting it back into operation. When using an additional battery, let it cool off for a minimum of 15 minutes until the model is operated again. Overheating can damage the electronics or may result in fire.
- Always disconnect the model from the charger immediately after charging. Always disconnect the charger from the power supply immediately after disconnecting the model. Leaving the model or charger plugged in after charging is complete can result in damage to the model, charger, or power supply (fire hazard).
Dashboard Functions
- A. Soundboard: Plays tracks from USB or Micro SD card (.mp3 files only). No fast-forward or rewind.
- B. Voltage display: Shows the total voltage of the batteries. Displays approx. 12.6-13V unloaded when fully charged. Voltage drops under load. If voltage is below 11.8V unloaded, charge the battery to prevent deep discharge and damage.
- C. Simulated dashboard
- D. Speed: High speed (increases speed), Low speed (decreases speed).
- E. On/Off switch: Starts and stops the vehicle.
- F. Light button: Controls the vehicle's lights.
- G. USB port
- H. Micro SD card slot
- I. Line-In port
- K. Shift Lever: Controls forward/reverse movement.
Operation and Safety Notes
- For safe driving, ensure the child understands and follows these rules: Always sit tight, do not stand up during the ride. Never take additional children (vehicle is for 1 person only). Always hold on tight. Never drive without shoes. Never drive in the dark. Keep hands, hair, loose clothing, and any other items away from rotating parts.
- Do not operate the model in rooms or halls with high humidity (e.g., garages), in the rain, or on wet surfaces, as this may cause malfunctions or damage to electronics and housing.
- The model is not water- or splash-proof. Operate only on asphalted surfaces (e.g., paving stones). It is not suitable for grass or other dirty surfaces.
- The model stops independently on a horizontal surface after releasing the accelerator. The vehicle has no additional or parking brake. Do not operate the vehicle uphill or downhill, and secure it when parking to prevent rolling away.
- Important! The vehicle must be stationary before changing direction or speed. Otherwise, the gear unit and/or the motor could be damaged.
- Important operating information: In 1st gear, engine power is reduced, allowing slower driving and a tighter turning circle. The loaded wheel may stop when encountering an obstacle, transferring power to the unloaded wheel. For full power and even distribution, shift to 2nd gear. In 2nd gear, speed increases, and the turning circle widens.
- Always switch off the model immediately after each use and disconnect the battery. Leaving the model switched on or the battery connected can lead to deep discharge, loss of performance, damage, or fire hazard. Never attempt to charge or discharge deeply discharged batteries. Battery voltage should not fall below 11.9V. Recharge intact batteries within 12 hours after use. If storing the battery long-term, check voltage (min. 12.3V) and condition every 3 months.
Troubleshooting
- The vehicle does not run:
- Battery may be low on power. Charge after each use or at least once a month, but not for more than 15 hours.
- Thermal fuse tripped: The vehicle has a self-resetting fuse that cuts off power for 5-20 seconds if overloaded or misused. Avoid overloading (max 25kg), towing, driving on slopes, colliding with objects, driving in very hot weather, or tampering with electronics.
- Battery connector or wires loose: Ensure all connections are firm.
- Battery dead: Battery may need replacement if not maintained properly or is old.
- Electric system damaged: Water, dirt, gravel, or sand may have caused corrosion or jammed switches.
- Motor damaged: Motor requires professional repair or replacement.
- The battery will not recharge:
- Battery connector or adapter loose: Ensure connections are firm.
- Charger not plugged in: Verify the charger is plugged into a working outlet.
- Charger not working: Check if the charger becomes warm during charging; if not, it may be defective.
- The vehicle does not run very long:
- Battery undercharged: Ensure sufficient charging time (at least once a month, not exceeding 15 hours).
- Battery is old: Battery capacity degrades over time; replace after 1-3 years of use.
- Battery buzzes or gurgles when charging: This is normal.
- Charger feels warm when recharging: This is normal.

Disposal Information
- Battery Disposal: Batteries and accumulators must not be disposed of in domestic waste. They must be disposed of separately. Return used batteries to retail stores free of charge. Proper collection and recycling are important for the environment and health due to potentially irritant, allergenic, or highly reactive substances. If batteries are marked with Hg, Cd, or Pb below a crossed-out wheelie bin symbol, they contain mercury (>0.0005%), cadmium (>0.002%), or lead (>0.004%) respectively.
- Electrical Appliance Disposal: Electrical appliances must not be disposed of in domestic waste and must be disposed of separately. Remove batteries if possible and take the appliance to communal collection points. Remove any personal data before disposal.
