Assembly Precautions

1. Assemble only according to these instructions. Improper assembly may create hazards.
2. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and heavy-duty work gloves during assembly.
3. Keep the assembly area clean and well-lit.
4. Keep bystanders out of the area during assembly.
5. Do not assemble if tired or when under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication.
6. The product capabilities apply to properly and completely assembled products only.
7. Assemble on a flat, level, hard and smooth surface capable of safely supporting the Desk Shelf.
8. If possible, use power tools to make assembly easier.
9. For additional information regarding the parts listed, please refer to the Assembly Diagram. Unwrap and separate all parts in a clean work area.

Use Precautions

1. Do not exceed specified weight capacities.
2. Use only on a flat, level, hard, and smooth surface that can safely support a fully loaded Desk Shelf.
3. Use as intended only.
4. Inspect before every use; do not use if parts are loose or damaged.

• Part 2: Long Shelf/Support (x1)
• Part 3: Vertical Dividers (x2)
• Part 4: Left Side Panel (x1)
• Part 5: Right Side Panel (x1)
• Part 6: Base Panel (x1)
• Part 7: Back Panel (x1)
• Part 8: Small Shelf (x1)

Hardware:

• Hardware F: Wood Dowels (15*30mm) - Quantity: 8
• Hardware G: Screws (Ø5x40mm) - Quantity: 6
• Hardware A: Screws (Ø6x40mm) - Quantity: 24 + 1 spare
• Hardware B: Cam Locks/Dowel Connectors (Ø15x11mm) - Quantity: 24 + 1 spare
• Hardware C: Dowels/Connectors (Ø8x40mm) - Quantity: 7 + 1 spare
• Hardware D: Wall Mounting Set (M6x30 screw, Ø4x35mm washer, Ø3x14mm anchor) - Quantity: 2 sets
• Hardware E: Cover Caps (Ø20mm) - Quantity: 24

Assembly Steps

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your VEVOR Desk Shelf.

Step 1

Attach Part 4 (Left Side Panel) to the base structure using 4x Hardware A (Ø6x40mm screws).

Step 2

Attach Part 5 (Right Side Panel) to the base structure using 9x Hardware A (Ø6x40mm screws).

Step 3

Attach the two pieces of Part 1 (Main Shelf/Support) to the base structure using 6x Hardware A (Ø6x40mm screws). Ensure correct orientation (180° rotation indicated).

Step 4

Attach Part 6 (Base Panel) using 5x Hardware A (Ø6x40mm screws).

Step 5

Attach Part 8 (Small Shelf) to Part 6 (Base Panel) using 2x Hardware B (Ø15x11mm connectors).

Step 6

Attach Part 7 (Back Panel) to Part 6 (Base Panel) using 2x Hardware C (Ø8x40mm dowels) and 3x Hardware B (Ø15x11mm connectors).

Step 7

Connect Part 1 (Main Shelf/Support) to Part 7 (Back Panel) using 1x Hardware C (Ø8x40mm dowel) and 2x Hardware B (Ø15x11mm connectors).

Step 8

Attach Part 5 (Right Side Panel) to the assembly using 3x Hardware C (Ø8x40mm dowels) and 7x Hardware B (Ø15x11mm connectors).

Step 9

Attach the two pieces of Part 3 (Vertical Dividers) to Part 1 (Main Shelf/Support) using 4x Hardware B (Ø15x11mm connectors).

Step 10

Attach Part 2 (Long Shelf/Support) to Part 1 (Main Shelf/Support) and Part 5 (Right Side Panel) using 2x Hardware B (Ø15x11mm connectors).

Step 11

Attach Part 4 (Left Side Panel) to the assembly using 1x Hardware C (Ø8x40mm dowel) and 4x Hardware B (Ø15x11mm connectors).

Step 12

Attach Part 7 (Back Panel) to the main structure using 6x Hardware G (Ø5x40mm screws).

Step 13

Attach Part 4 (Left Side Panel) to Part 6 (Base Panel) using 8x Hardware F (15*30mm dowels).

Step 14

Final assembly check. Apply Hardware E (Ø20mm cover caps) to cover visible holes as needed.

Step 15: Wall Mounting (Optional)

For added stability, secure the desk shelf to the wall using 2x Hardware D (Wall Mounting Set). This includes M6x30 screws, Ø4x35mm washers, and Ø3x14mm wall anchors. Follow standard wall mounting procedures for your wall type.
