Installation Instructions
- Remove luggage tie down hooks from each corner of the boot. Temporarily remove the central cover and remove torx head screw. Remove the two screws on the inside face securing the rear panel. Locate the screw behind the plastic trim and loosen both boot side trims.
- Locate the three dimples above each chassis member inside the boot and drill out top skin only to 20mm.
- Place Item E down through the two forward holes and Item F into the rear hole each side.
- Place Item D over each spacer tube inside the boot and pass Item J down through each tube.
- Loosely bolt Item B and Item C to the bottom face of each chassis using the nuts and washers (Item L) provided.
- Using Item K with Item L bolt Item A to Item B and Item C.
- Using Item G bolt the ball bracket and wiring plate (not supplied with this kit) to the mounting plate.
- Fully tighten all nuts and bolts and ensure the towbar is rigid and secure.
- Replace all trim.
