Tow-Trust TC638 Towbar Fitting Instructions
Citroen Xsara Picasso 2000 - 2010
Important: Please read General Notes overleaf before fitting.

Fitting Instructions:
- Remove the spare wheel and lower the rear exhaust hanger.
- Locate item D into the existing holes in the outer face of each chassis member.
- Using item F with item J and item H on the outer face of the chassis, loosely bolt item B and item C into place.
- Locate the two existing holes in the rear panel open these out to 12mm. Using item G with item J loosely bolt item A at these points.
- Using item G with item J bolt item A to item B and item C.
- Using item E bolt the ball bracket and wiring plate (not supplied in this kit) to the mounting plate.
- Fully tighten all nuts and bolts and ensure the towbar is rigid and secure.
- Re-fit the exhaust hanger and replace the spare wheel.
