Installation Instructions
- Remove the floor covering, spare wheel cover, side panels and rear panel. Remove the central towing eye (this will not be refitted). Temporarily release the petrol supply pipe from the left hand side.
- Using item N with item P loosely bolt item E or E1 to the towing eye fixing points.
- Position item C over the petrol supply pipe.
- Using item S with item T loosely bolt item A to item E or E1.
- Using item M loosely bolt item A to item C and to item D.
- Ensure item A is parallel to the rear of the vehicle. Using the holes in item C and item D as jigs, drill four 11mm holes through the chassis and up into the boot. Open the top holes only to 20mm.
- Place item J into the holes just drilled in each chassis member. Place item F and item G over the spacer tubes and using item L bolt Towbar assembly into place.
- Using item S and item T bolt item B to item A.
- Using item K bolt the ball bracket (not supplied in this kit) to the mounting plate.
- Fully tighten all nuts and bolts and ensure the Towbar is square, rigid and secure.
- Replace rear panel, side panels, spare wheel cover and floor covering.
