Assembly Steps
Step 1
Prepare the base panels. Insert 8 cam lock screws (118331) into the pre-drilled holes on the base panels. Insert 8 wooden dowels (153548) into the corresponding holes. [➡️]
Step 2
Connect the side panels to the base panels. Insert 4 wooden dowels (158568) into the side panels. Align the side panels with the base panels and push them together. [➡️]
Step 3
Attach the vertical support panels. Insert 8 wooden dowels (101345) into the top edge of the side panels. Place the vertical support panels onto the dowels and secure them to the base panels using cam lock screws (8x 118331). [➡️]
Step 4
Secure the vertical support panels. Insert cam lock nuts (e.g., 4x 117434, 4x 119030, 4x 120076) into the designated holes on the vertical support panels and turn them clockwise to lock the cam lock screws. [⚙️] [↩️]
Step 5
Place the top panel onto the assembled structure. Align the holes on the top panel with the dowels and cam lock screws on the vertical support panels. Press down firmly. [⬇️]
Step 6
Attach the back panel to the main frame. Insert cam lock screws into the side panels and secure them with cam lock nuts from the back panel. [⚙️] [↩️]
Step 7
Prepare the drawer side panels. Insert 4 cam lock screws (118331) into the side panels of the drawer. Insert 4 wooden dowels (101345) into the corresponding holes. [➡️]
Step 8
Attach the drawer front panel. Insert 4 cam lock screws (118331) into the drawer front panel. Align the drawer front panel with the side panels and secure using cam lock nuts. [➡️] [⚙️]
Step 9
Secure the drawer assembly. Insert cam lock nuts (e.g., 4x 117434, 4x 119030, 4x 120076) into the side panels and turn them clockwise to lock the cam lock screws. [⚙️] [↩️]
Step 10
Attach the drawer bottom. Place the drawer bottom panel onto the assembled drawer frame. Secure it using 1 screw (101221). [⬇️] [➡️]

Secure the drawer bottom further. Insert 1 screw (101221) into the pre-drilled hole on the side of the drawer. [➡️]
Step 12

Attach the drawer back panel. Secure the drawer back panel to the drawer sides using 27 screws (101221). [➡️]

Prepare the second drawer assembly. Insert 4 cam lock screws (118331) into the base panel for the second drawer. Insert 4 wooden dowels (101345) into the corresponding holes. [➡️]
Step 15
Attach the side panels to the second drawer base. Insert 4 wooden dowels (101345) into the side panels. Align the side panels with the base panel and push them together. [➡️]
Step 16
Assemble the second drawer frame. Connect the side panels to the base panel, likely using the cam lock system. [➡️]

Secure the second drawer frame. Insert cam lock nuts (e.g., 4x 117434, 4x 119030, 4x 120076) into the side panels and turn them clockwise to lock the cam lock screws. [⚙️] [↩️]

Place the second drawer top panel. Align the top panel with the assembled drawer frame and press down. [⬇️]

Attach the drawer runners to the main unit. Insert 2 screws (115339) into the pre-drilled holes on the main unit's side panels. [➡️]

Install the drawer slides. Attach the drawer slides (2x 10136214) to the main unit's side panels using screws (2x 100365). Attach the corresponding drawer slide components to the assembled drawers using screws (2x 100365). [➡️] [⚙️]

Insert the assembled drawers into the main unit. Align the drawer slides and push the drawers in until they click into place. [➡️]
