Assembly Instructions

Assembly Steps

Step 1

Insert 4x dowels (118331) into the designated holes on the base panel.

Step 2

Attach the side panels to the base panel. Use 4x dowels (101345) and 4x screws (118331) per side. ⚠️ [Do not use power tools on this part].

Step 3

Insert 4x cam locks (120076) into the holes on the inner side of the side panels. Turn them to secure.

Step 4

Slide the back panel into the grooves on the side and base panels. Ensure it is fully seated.

Step 5

Place the top panel onto the assembled structure. Secure it using the cam locks from Step 3.

Step 6

Attach the remaining side panel using 4x screws (110519).

Step 7

Attach the bottom support rail using 2x screws (115339).

Step 8

Attach the drawer runners (148601) to the inside of the main frame. Use 2x screws (100365) for each runner. The diagram shows 2x runners being attached with 6x screws (100365) in total for that section, implying 3 screws per runner. The parts list indicates 18x screws (100365) and 6x runners (148601), suggesting 3 runners per side.

Step 9

Assemble the drawers. For each drawer:

Attach drawer sides to the drawer front and back panels using screws (105344).
Attach the drawer runners (123833) to the bottom of the drawer sides using screws (105344). The diagram shows 1x screw (105344) per runner attachment point.

Step 10

Slide the assembled drawers into the main frame. Ensure they move smoothly.
