INGOLF Bar Stool Assembly Instructions

Assembly Steps

Step 1

Attach the metal brackets (102646, 4x) to the two base wooden pieces. Use the small screws (109598, 4x) and the allen key (10083377) to secure them. Ensure the brackets are oriented correctly as shown in the diagram.

Step 2

Insert four wooden dowels (101350) into the ends of the base pieces. Ensure they are pushed in firmly.

Step 3

Attach the first side frame piece to one of the base pieces. Align the holes on the side frame with the dowels and screw holes on the base. Ensure the orientation matches the correct diagram.

Step 4

Attach the second side frame piece to the other base piece in the same manner as Step 3.

Step 5

Connect the crossbars between the two assembled side frame structures. Ensure the crossbars are positioned correctly, as indicated by the diagram, to form the lower part of the chair frame.

Step 6

Insert four wooden dowels (101350) into the top of each side frame leg. These will help align the upper structure.

Step 7

Place the top frame structure onto the assembled base. Align the holes in the top frame with the dowels inserted in Step 6. Gently press down to seat it.

Step 8

Secure the main seat frame to the base structure. Use three large screws (128758) and the allen key (10083377) to fasten the frame from underneath. Tighten securely.

Step 9

Attach the backrest supports to the seat frame. Use three large screws (128758) and the allen key (10083377) to fix the supports in place.

Step 10

Position the backrest onto the attached backrest supports. Align the holes and secure the backrest.

Step 11

Place the seat cushion onto the chair frame. Secure the seat cushion using two medium screws (128759) and the allen key (10083377).

Step 12

Final tightening: Go over all screws and ensure they are firmly tightened using the allen key (10083377). Check all joints for stability [secure-tightening].

Step 13

Place the seat cushion onto the chair frame.

Step 14

Carefully turn the assembled chair upright [turn-upright].

Step 15

Attach the protective feet to the bottom of each leg. Use four small screws/bolts (100400) for this purpose, securing them with a screwdriver.
