1 Your phone
1.1 Keys and connectors
The phone features several keys and connectors:
- 1 SOS Key: Emergency key.
- 2 Headphone connector: For connecting headphones (?).
- 3 Volume key: Adjusts volume (?).
- 4 USB Type C port: For charging and data transfer (?).
- 5 Speaker: For audio output (?).
- 6 Camera: For taking photos (?).
- 7 Flashlight: For illumination (?).
OK Key:
- Confirm an option (press the center of the key) (✅).
- Press: Access the application list (from the home screen).
1.2 Getting started
1.2.1 Setup
Removing the back cover and installing the battery: Follow the diagrams to remove the back cover and insert the battery.
Inserting and removing the SIM/micro SD card:
Place the nano SIM card with the chip facing down and slide it into its slot. Verify it is correctly inserted. To remove the card, press it and slide it out.
Turn off the phone before inserting or removing the SIM/micro SD card.
Charging the battery:
Connect the battery charger to the phone and plug it into a power outlet.
- Avoid forcing the connector when plugging it into the power outlet.
- Ensure the battery is correctly inserted before connecting the charger.
- The power outlet should be near the phone and easily accessible (avoiding extension cords is recommended).
To reduce energy consumption and cost, disconnect the charger when the battery is fully charged, turn off Bluetooth or background processes when not in use, or reduce screen brightness.
1.2.2 Turning on the phone
To turn on the phone, press and hold the End key until it powers on. The screen will illuminate after a few seconds. Press the Left function key, then the Right function key (OK) to unlock the phone.
Even without a SIM card installed, your phone will function and you can use some of its features.
1.2.3 Turning off the phone
To turn off the phone, press and hold the End key and select Power off.
1.3 Home screen
The home screen displays the time, date, and status indicators.
1.3.1 Status bar

1.4 Application list
Press the Left function key or the OK key on the home screen to access the application list. You can choose between two display modes: Supericono mode and 3*3 mode. In Supericono mode, each option is presented with large, eye-catching icons, while the 3*3 mode organizes menu options in a traditional grid with smaller icons and text descriptions.
Go to Settings > Main menu style to choose your preferred layout.
2 Call log
2.1 Making a call
Dial the desired number, press the Call key to make the call, or press the Right function key to select a contact from Contacts. Use the Up or Down navigation key to select the desired contact and press the Call key. If you make a mistake, you can delete incorrect digits by pressing the Right function key. To hang up, press the End key.
International calls: To make an international call, press the * key twice to enter the “+” sign. Then, enter the international country code followed by the full phone number, and finally, tap the Call key.
Emergency call: If your phone is within network coverage, dial the emergency number and press the Call key to make an emergency call. Depending on your network and country, this may work even without a SIM card and without entering the SIM PIN.
2.2 Answering or rejecting a call
When you receive a call:
- Press the Left function key or the Call key to answer.
- Press the Right function key to silence, or the End key to reject.
2.3 Accessing voicemail
- Press and hold the 1 key to call voicemail (✉️).
- Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your voicemail account.
3 Messages
Use the messaging function to send and receive text messages (SMS/MMS).
3.1 Writing a message
- On the home screen, press the OK key and select Messages > Options > New message.
- Enter the recipient's phone number in the To field or press the OK key to add recipients from contacts.
- Press the Down navigation key to enter text in the message bar.
- When finished, press the OK key or the Left function key to select Options > Send to send your message (➡️).
3.2 Sending a multimedia message
MMS allows you to send video clips, images, photos, contacts, and sounds. On the Messages screen, select Options > Add and choose the attachment (?). An SMS will automatically convert to MMS when multimedia files (image, video, audio, etc.) are attached.
3.3 Writing a message
In edit mode, you can press the keypad to change the input method to access numbers 1, 2, 3... or press and hold a key to get the desired number. You can enter text using predictive text, or press # to configure the text input method.
- For normal text input, press a number key (2-9) multiple times until the desired character appears. If the next letter is on the same key, repeatedly press the key until the cursor appears.
- Press the # key to choose between Abc, abc, ABC, or 123 modes, or to write in a different language.
- To insert punctuation or a special character, press the * key.
- To delete letters or symbols you have typed, press the Right function key to delete them one by one.
Settings
On the messages screen, press Options > Settings.
- Message center for SIM1 and SIM2: View the message center number here.
- Message validity period: Select the message validity period from options like 1 hour, 6, 24, 72 hours, 1 week, or Maximum.
- Delivery report: Choose to enable or disable delivery status reports.
- Response path: Check this box to activate the response path.
- SMS encoding management: You can set the character code as GSM-7, bit encoding, UCS2 encoding, or Automatic.
- Save sent messages: Choose whether to save sent messages or not.
- Preferred storage: Configure the storage path for your saved messages.
- How to export SMS: Configure the path for SMS export.
- Automatic signature: Select to apply an automatic signature to your messages.
- Signature: Enter your signature.
4 Contacts
4.1 Viewing contacts
Contacts allows quick and easy access to people you wish to contact. You can access this menu in either of the following ways:
- Pressing the OK key on the home screen and selecting Contacts (?).
- Pressing the Right function key on the home screen.
- Press the Left function key for more options (⚙️).
- Press the OK key to enter contact details (✅).
Press the Right function key to return to the application list or home screen.
4.2 Adding a contact
On the contact list screen, select Options > New to add new contacts with detailed information.
When finished, press the Left function key to save (?).
4.3 Editing contacts
Select a contact, press the OK key to access Details, select Options > Edit, and press the OK key to edit (✏️).
4.4 Deleting a contact
On the contact list screen, press the Left function key to access Options, select Delete, and press the OK key to delete it (❌).
4.5 Available options
In the contact list, you can access the following options:
- Call: Make a call to the selected contact (?).
- New message: Send an SMS to a contact selected from Contacts (✉️).
- New: Create a new contact on the phone or SIM card.
- Delete: Delete the selected contact (❌).
- Delete multiple: Delete one or more contacts at once.
- Import/export:
- Copy: Copy contacts to the phone or SIM card.
- Import contacts: Import contacts to the phone.
- Export contacts: Export contacts from your phone or SIM card.
- Send vCard: Send a contact via SMS, MMS, or Bluetooth, depending on the device acquired.
- Quick dial: Configure one or more quick dial contacts at once.
- Memory status: Check the memory status of the phone and SIM card.
- Personal number: Set your name and mobile number.
5 SOS
On the home screen, press the OK key and select Settings > SOS adjustment. To define the contacts for SOS calls, press the Up/Down navigation key and select Contact list. To edit the predefined message, press the Up/Down navigation key and select Message. SOS mode is activated by default. To ensure it is active, press the Up/Down navigation key, select Activation, and press the OK key to check the box.
In case of sudden illness or other emergencies, press and hold the SOS key (?) to activate an alarm, automatically send help messages, and dial preset emergency contact numbers.
6 Gallery
The gallery serves as a multimedia player to view photos and play videos. It also offers a series of advanced operations for photos and videos (?️).
To access this function, press the OK key on the home screen and select Gallery.
7 Camera
This mobile phone is equipped with a camera for taking photos and recording videos (?).
7.1 Camera
To access this function, press the OK key on the home screen and select Camera.
Taking a photo
The screen acts as a viewfinder. Position the object or landscape in the viewfinder and press the OK key to take photos (✅). Then, press the Left function key to save.
7.2 Video
Recording a video
- Press the Left function key, select More options > Video mode.
- Press the OK key to record a video (▶️).
- When finished, press the center function key; it will be saved automatically. To view the file, select Gallery from the application list.
8 Tools
8.1 Alarm
The phone includes a snooze alarm function. You can set up to three alarms with different times (⏰).
8.2 Clock
The default clock displays the time based on your location when the SIM card is inserted. You can select other cities to display their corresponding time zones (?️).
8.3 Flashlight
Press the OK key to turn the phone's flashlight on and off, providing a reliable light source whenever you need it (?).
8.4 Calculator
Press the Up, Down, Left, Right keys, and the center function key to select "+, -, ×, ÷" and "=" respectively (?).
8.5 Calendar
Use the calendar to keep track of meetings, important appointments, etc. (?). To create a new event, press the navigation key to select the date and press the OK key. Then, fill in all the necessary information for this new event and press the Left function key to save.
* This device can store a maximum of 20 calendar entries.
8.6 My files
My files manages all files stored on the phone, including those on the microSD™ card and internal storage (?).
8.7 Magnifier
Press to activate the Magnifier (?).
8.8 Unit conversion
Converts units of weight and length.
9 Entertainment
This menu offers various entertainment options, such as Music, FM Radio, Recorder, Facebook, Games, and Opera Mini, depending on the device acquired (?).
To access this menu, press the OK key on the home screen and select Entertainment.
10 Settings
To access this function, press the OK key on the home screen and select Settings (⚙️).
10.1 Phone settings
- Time and date: Allows you to modify day and time settings, including 12 or 24-hour format and date format (Year-Month-Day/Month-Day-Year/Day-Month-Year). You can also set the time to update automatically via Settings > Time update settings > Automatic update.
- Language settings: You can customize various language-related options, such as display and input language. Note that the availability of certain languages and features may vary depending on the device model and software version.
- Shortcut settings: The shortcut settings menu allows you to customize shortcuts for quick access to various device features and functions, such as contacts, messages, or camera.
- Automatic power on/off: Within this menu, you can set the desired time and days for automatic power on and off functions.
- Battery management: In this menu, you can view the battery charge level (?).
- Browser selection: This menu allows you to choose your preferred browser for navigating the internet on the device.
- Factory reset: This function allows you to restore the device to factory settings. Before starting the reset process, it's important to note that all personalized data and settings will be permanently deleted. Backing up important files, contacts, or data is recommended before proceeding. Enter the default password 1234 to confirm the reset and restart.
10.2 Profiles
Profiles offer a range of settings to adapt to different situations; you can set the sound mode to Normal, Silent, Meeting, Indoor, or Outdoor.
10.3 Bluetooth
You can exchange data such as videos, images, and audio with other Bluetooth-compatible devices within a limited range, once paired (?).
10.4 Display
In this menu, you can configure animation effects, wallpaper, or automatic screen lock, among other settings (?️). These functions and settings help improve the viewing experience, allowing you to personalize and optimize the device to suit your preferences and needs.
10.5 Main menu design
You can choose between two display modes: Supericono mode and 3*3 mode. In Supericono mode, each option is presented with large, eye-catching icons, while the 3*3 mode organizes menu options in a traditional grid with smaller icons and text descriptions.
10.6 Security
You can protect your phone by activating and changing the PIN and password. If you continue to have problems, contact your carrier (?). This feature also allows you to block your phone by activating the PIN2 for fixed dial numbers.
- PIN: You will be prompted for the SIM card protection code each time you turn on the phone.
- Modify PIN2: If the function is active, a protection code will be required to access certain SIM card features (FDN or Fixed Dialing Numbers). Select here to update it with a new one (between 4 and 8 digits).
- Phone lock: You will be prompted for an unlock code each time you turn on the phone.
- Modify phone password: Allows you to change the phone's password (the default is 1234).
- Privacy: Allows applications to be locked. Enter the password (default is 1234) and check the box to enable locking of Call logs, Messages, Camera, Contacts, My files, or Calendar, among others.
- Lock screen with End key: Once activated, pressing the End key will instantly lock the screen. This function allows you to quickly secure the device by simply pressing this key.
- Fixed dialing number: Allows you to "block" the phone so that only certain numbers or numbers with specific prefixes can be dialed. Activating this function requires the PIN2 code.
10.7 Call settings
- Dual SIM: With the Dual SIM functionality, you can manage two phone numbers from a single device (?).
- Open flip to answer: This function allows the phone to answer incoming calls directly when the flip is opened.
- Call forwarding: Activate/deactivate or check the status of call forwarding to voicemail or a specified number.
- Call waiting: Activate/deactivate notification of a second incoming call with a beep. You can also check the status of calls on hold.
- Call restriction: This function allows you to restrict certain types of calls on the device. By activating call restriction, you can control incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring privacy, security, and avoiding unwanted disturbances.
- Hide identity: With Hide identity, you can selectively hide or mask your identity when interacting with others, ensuring anonymity and protection of your confidential data.
- Others: The Others menu offers practical functions such as Call duration reminder, Automatic redial, Vibration on connect, and Respond to SMS after rejection.
10.8 Network configuration
- Network selection: Network connection can be switched between Automatic and Manual.
- Network type: In this menu, you can select modes like 4G/3G/2G (auto), 3G/2G (auto), 3G only, or 2G only (?).
- VoLTE: You can enable/disable 4G calls in this menu.
- Network information: Network information can be viewed in this function.
10.9 Connectivity
In this menu, you can configure data accounts, data roaming, data connection, or preferred SIM, among other settings (?).
10.10 STK
The STK (SIM Services) menu offers convenient functions for managing the SIM card, such as card services or SIM applications (⚙️).
10.11 Voice report
Press the power button to activate or deactivate the voice report.
10.12 Emergency dialing settings

10.13 Check for updates
If you wish to update the system, tap here to search for updates (⬆️).
10.14 Call filter
Control your calls with the call filter, block unwanted ones, and create custom blacklists (?).
10.15 Regulations and Safety
Allows you to consult phone information, such as the Product Model, Manufacturer Name, IMEI, commercial reference, etc. (ℹ️).

11 Troubleshooting
Before contacting the service center, it is recommended to follow these instructions:
- To optimize battery life, we recommend charging it fully (?).
- Do not store large amounts of data on your phone, as this may affect its performance.
Additionally, verify the following points:
The phone cannot be turned on or is locked
- Check the battery contacts, remove and reinsert the battery, and turn on the phone.
- Check the battery level and charge it for at least 20 minutes.
The phone has been inactive for a few minutes
- Restart the phone by pressing and holding the End key.
- Remove and reinsert the battery. Then, restart the phone.
My phone turns off by itself
- Check if the phone is locked when not in use, and ensure it does not accidentally turn off when locked with the End key.
The phone is not charging correctly
- Ensure you are using a TCL battery and the charger provided in the box.
- Ensure the battery is inserted correctly. It must be inserted before connecting the charger.
- Ensure the battery is not completely discharged; if it remains discharged for a long time, it may take up to 20 minutes to show the battery charge indicator on the screen.
- Check that charging occurs under normal conditions (0°C + 40°C).
- Check voltage input compatibility abroad.
My phone does not connect to any network or shows "No service"
- Try to see if your mobile phone picks up any network in another location.
- Verify network coverage with your operator.
- Verify the validity of your SIM card with your operator.
- Try to manually select the available network(s).
- Try again later if the network is overloaded.
The phone cannot connect to the Internet
- Check that the Internet access service for the SIM card is available.
- Verify the phone's Internet connection settings.
- Ensure you are in a location with network coverage.
- Try connecting later or from another location.
Invalid SIM card
- Check that the SIM card is inserted correctly.
- Check that the SIM card chip is not damaged or scratched.
- Ensure the SIM card service is available.
Cannot make a call
- Check that you have dialed a valid number and press the Call key (?).
- For international calls, verify country/area codes.
- Check that your phone is connected to a network and that the network is not overloaded or unavailable.
- Verify your subscription with an operator (credit, SIM card validity, etc.).
- Check that you have not blocked outgoing calls.
Cannot receive a call
- Ensure your phone is turned on and connected to a network (check that the network is not overloaded or unavailable).
- Verify your subscription with an operator (credit, SIM card validity, etc.).
- Check that you have not diverted incoming calls.
- Check that you have not blocked certain calls.
- Ensure your phone is not in flight mode.
The caller's name or number does not appear when I receive a call
- Check that you are subscribed to this service with your operator.

I cannot find my contacts
- Check that the SIM card is not damaged.
- Check that the SIM card is inserted correctly.
- Import all contacts stored on the SIM card to the phone.
Call sound quality is poor
- During a call, you can adjust the volume using the volume up and down keys (?).
- Check the network signal strength (?).
- Check that the receiver, connector, or speaker of the phone are clean.
I cannot use the functions described in the manual
- Verify the availability of this service according to your operator subscription.
- Check that this function does not require a TCL accessory.
When I select one of my contacts, I cannot dial
- Check that you have correctly saved the number in your record.
- Check that you have selected the country code when calling abroad.
I cannot add a contact to my contacts
- Ensure the SIM card has not reached the maximum number of contacts; delete files or save files to the phone's contacts.
My callers cannot leave messages in my voicemail
- Verify the availability of this service with your operator.
I cannot access my voicemail
- Check that the voicemail number of your operator is entered correctly.
- Try again later if the network is busy.
SIM card PIN blocked
- Contact your operator to obtain the PUK unlock code.
The phone cannot be detected by others via Bluetooth
- Check that the Bluetooth function is enabled and that your mobile is visible to other users.
- Ensure both phones are within Bluetooth detection range.
How can I transfer data between my phone and my computer?
- If you want to transfer data between the memory card or SD card and your computer, connect your phone to the computer with the user data cable and select "SD card" on the phone. Then, you can transfer data between the two locations.
