1 Your Mobile Phone
1.1 Buttons and Ports
The phone features the following buttons and ports:
- ? 1 SOS key: Emergency call button.
- ? 2 Headset port: For connecting headphones.
- ? 3 Volume button: Adjusts the volume.
- ? 4 USB Type-C port: For charging and data transfer.
- ? 5 Speaker: For audio output.
- ? 6 Camera: For taking photos and videos.
- ? 7 Flashlight: Built-in flashlight.
Key Functions:
- 1 OK key: Confirm selection (press the center key). Pressing it from the home screen accesses the application list.
- 2 Left soft key: Confirm selection. Pressing it from the home screen accesses the application list.
- 3 Call key: Answer or make calls. Pressing it from the home screen enters the call log.
- 4 Right soft key (Back key): Pressing it from the home screen accesses contacts.
- 5 End call key: End call / stop dialing / return to the home screen. Long press to turn the phone off or restart it.
- 6 Navigation key: Navigate through menus (Up, Down, Left, Right). From the home screen, Up opens the Calendar, Down opens the Camera, Right opens Entertainment, and Left accesses Tools.
- 7 '5' key: On the home screen, press to enter '5'. Long press to turn the flashlight on/off.
- 8 '*' key: On the home screen, press to enter '*'. Long press to lock the screen. In editing mode, press to enter symbols.
- 9 '#' key: On the home screen, press to enter '#'. Long press to toggle vibration mode. In editing mode, press to change input method.
1.2 Getting Started
1.2.1 Setup
Removing the back cover and installing the battery:
- Follow the numbered steps in the diagrams to remove the back cover and insert the battery.
Inserting or removing SIM/microSD card:
Insert the SIM card with the chip facing down and slide it into its slot. Ensure it is correctly inserted. To remove the card, press it and slide it out.
Important: Turn off the phone before inserting or removing the SIM/microSD card.
Battery Charging
Connect the charger to the phone and a wall socket.
- Do not force the plug into the socket.
- Ensure the battery is correctly inserted before connecting the charger.
- The electrical outlet must be near the phone and easily accessible (avoid extension cords).
To reduce power consumption:
- Disconnect the charger from the wall socket when the battery is fully charged.
- Turn off Bluetooth or background applications when not in use.
- Reduce screen brightness and screen timeout duration.
1.2.2 Turning on the Phone
Press and hold the End call key until the phone turns on. The screen will light up in a few seconds. Press the Left soft key, then the Right soft key (OK) to unlock your phone.
The phone will turn on even without a SIM card inserted, allowing you to use some functions.
1.2.3 Turning off the Phone
To turn off the phone, press and hold the End call key, then select and press Turn off.
1.3 Home Screen
The home screen displays the time, date, and status icons.
1.4 App List
From the home screen, press the Left soft key or the OK key to open the application menu.
You can choose between two screen modes: Super Icon mode, which displays large, prominent icons for each option, and 3x3 mode, which organizes menu options in a grid layout with smaller icons and text descriptions.
To select a mode, go to Settings > Layout.
Status Bar Icons: The status bar at the top of the screen shows your phone's status and new notifications.

1.4.2 Changing the Home Screen Wallpaper
- From the home screen, press the OK key, select the Settings icon ⚙️, then press the Navigation key to select Display > Wallpaper settings.
- Select Static wallpaper or choose a new picture from More pictures, then press the OK key. Exit, and the new picture will be displayed on the home screen.
2 Call Logs
2.1 Making Calls
Enter the desired number and press the Call key, or press the Right soft key to select a contact from the Contacts menu. Use the Navigation key to scroll up or down to select the desired contact and press the Call key. If you make a mistake, you can delete incorrect numbers by pressing the right soft key. Press the End call key to end the call.
International Calls: To make an international call, press the '+' key (by pressing the '*' key twice), enter the country code and phone number, then press the Call key.
Emergency Call
If your phone is within network coverage, dial the emergency number and touch the Call key to make an emergency call. Depending on your network and country, this may work even without a SIM card or PIN code.
2.2 Answering or Rejecting a Call
When the phone rings:
- Press the Left soft key or the Call key to answer.
- Press the Right soft key or the End call key to reject.
2.3 Accessing Voicemail
- To call voicemail, press and hold the '1' key.
- Follow the instructions to set up your voicemail account.
3 Messages
Use the messaging function to send and receive text messages (SMS/MMS).
3.1 Writing a Message
- From the home screen, press the OK key and select Messages > Options > New conversation.
- Enter the recipient's phone number in the Recipient field or press the OK key to add recipients from contacts.
- Press the navigation key down to enter text in the message field.
- When finished, press the OK key or the Left soft key, then select Options > Send to send your message.
3.2 Sending a Multimedia Message
MMS allows you to send video clips, pictures, photos, contacts, and sounds. In the message screen, select Options > Add attachment and choose the attachment.
SMS messages are automatically converted to MMS if media files (pictures, videos, sounds, slides, etc.) are added.
3.3 Steps to Write a Message
In editing mode, you can press the keypad to change the input method, access numbers 1, 2, 3..., or long-press a key to get the desired number.
You can enter text using predictive text input or press the '#' key to set the desired text input mode.
- For standard text input, press the number key (2-9) until the desired character appears. If the next desired letter is on the same key as the current one, press the key repeatedly until the next cursor appears.
- Press the '#' key to select Abc/abc/ABC/123 modes or language.
- To enter punctuation or special characters, press the '*' key.
- To delete typed letters or symbols, press the Right soft key to delete them one by one.
Settings
On the message screen, press Options > Settings.
- SIM1/SIM2 Message center: View your message center number.
- Message validity period: Set the validity period for your message to 1 hour, 6 hours, 24 hours, 72 hours, 1 week, or Maximum.
- Delivery report: Enable or disable delivery reports.
- Reply path: Check the box to enable the reply path.
Message Management
- Encoding management: Set the character code to GSM-7-bit, UCS2, or automatic.
- Save sent messages: Choose whether to save sent messages.
- Preferred storage: Set the location for saved messages.
- Export SMS: Set the path to export SMS messages.
- Automatic signature: Add an automatic signature to messages.
- Signature: Enter your signature.
4 Contacts
4.1 Viewing Contacts
The Contacts menu allows quick and easy access to your desired contacts. You can access this menu in one of the following ways:
- From the home screen, press the OK key and select Contacts.
- From the home screen, press the Right soft key.
To view more options: Press the Left soft key.
To enter contact information: Press the OK key.
To return to the application list or home screen: Press the Right soft key.
4.2 Adding a Contact
To add a contact with new detailed information, select Options > New from your contact list screen.
When finished, press the Left soft key to save.
4.3 Editing Contacts
Select a contact, press the OK key to open Details, select Options > Edit, and press the OK key to make changes.
4.4 Deleting a Contact
On your contact list screen, press the Left soft key to open Options, then select Delete and press the OK key to delete.
4.5 Available Options
From the contact list, you can access the following options:
- Call: Call the selected contact.
- Write message: Send an SMS to the contact selected from the Contacts list.
- New: Create a new contact on your phone or SIM.
Delete: Delete the selected contact.
Delete multiple: Delete one or more contacts at once.
Import/Export:
- Copy: Copy contacts to the phone or SIM card.
- Import contacts: Import contacts to the phone.
- Export contacts: Export contacts from the phone or SIM card.
Send vCard: Send a contact via SMS/MMS/Bluetooth, depending on the purchased device.
Other:
- Speed dial: Set or add one or more speed dial contacts at once.
- Memory status: View your phone and SIM card memory status.
- My number: Set your Name and Mobile number.
5 SOS
From the home screen, press the OK key and select SOS.
To set up contacts for emergency calls, press the Navigation key Up/Down and select the Contacts list.
To modify the predefined message, press the Navigation key Up/Down and select Message.
SOS mode is activated by default. To ensure it is enabled, press the Navigation key Up/Down, select Activation, and then press the OK key to mark the checkbox.
In case of sudden illness or other emergencies, press and hold the SOS key to trigger an alarm, send automatic emergency messages, and call predefined emergency numbers.
6 Gallery
The Gallery functions as a media player, allowing you to view photos and play videos. It also offers various other operations for pictures and videos.
To use this function, press the OK key from the home screen and select Gallery.
7 Camera
Your mobile phone is equipped with a camera for taking photos and recording videos.
7.1 Camera
To use this function, press the OK key from the home screen and select Camera.
Taking a Photo: The phone screen acts as a viewfinder. Position the object or landscape in the viewfinder and press the OK key to take the picture. Press the Left soft key to save.
7.2 Video
Recording a Video:
- Press the Left soft key and select More options > Video mode.
- Press the OK key to record the video.
- When finished, press the Left soft key; it will be saved automatically. You can view files by pressing Gallery in the application list.
8 Tools
8.1 Alarm
Your mobile phone has a built-in alarm clock with a snooze function. You can set up to three alarms with different wake-up times.
8.2 Clock
The initial clock displays the time based on your location when the SIM card is inserted. You can select other cities to display the time in their time zones.
8.3 Flashlight
Press the OK key to turn the phone's flashlight on and off. It provides a reliable light source whenever you need it.
8.4 Calculator
To enter symbols +, -, ×, ÷, x, and =, press the Up, Down, Left, Right, and OK keys.
8.5 Calendar
The Calendar helps you remember important appointments, meetings, etc. To create a new event, select a date by pressing the navigation key and then the OK key, enter all required information for the new event, and press the Left soft key to save. This device supports a maximum of 20 calendar entries.
8.6 My Files
My Files manages all files stored on the phone, including internal memory and external microSD™ cards.
8.7 Magnifier
Press to activate the Magnifier.
8.8 Converter
The converter supports both weight and length conversions.
9 Entertainment
This menu offers various entertainment options, including Music, FM Radio, Recorder, Facebook, Games, and Opera Mini, depending on the purchased device.
To use this menu, press the OK key from the home screen and select Entertainment.
10 Settings
To use this function, press the OK key from the home screen and select Settings.
10.1 Phone Settings
- Date and time: Allows you to change date and time settings, including 12/24h format and date format (YYYY-MM-DD/MM-DD-YYYY/DD-MM-YYYY). You can also set automatic time display updates by selecting Phone settings > Update time settings > Automatic update time.
- Language settings: Customize various language-related options, such as display language and input language. Please note that the availability of certain languages and features may vary depending on your device model and software version.
- Shortcut settings: The Shortcut settings menu allows you to customize shortcuts for quick access to your device's various functions and options, such as contacts, messages, camera, etc.
- Automatic power on/off: In this menu, you can set desired times and days for automatic power on/off functions.
- Power management: In this menu, you can view the battery level.
- Browser selection: This menu allows you to select your preferred web browser for internet browsing on your device.
10.2 Profiles
Profiles offer various settings to adapt to different scenarios. You can choose sound profiles such as Normal, Silent, Meeting, Indoor, or Outdoor.
10.3 Bluetooth
After pairing, you can exchange data (e.g., videos, pictures, and sounds) with other Bluetooth-enabled devices within a limited range.
10.4 Display
In this menu, you can set animation effects, wallpaper, automatic lock, etc. These functions and settings help enhance your viewing experience by allowing you to personalize and optimize your device according to your preferences and needs.
10.5 Layout
You can choose between two screen modes: Super Icon mode, which displays large, eye-catching icons for each option, and 3x3 mode, which organizes menu options in a grid layout with smaller icons and their corresponding text descriptions.
10.6 Security
The phone's default PIN and password are 1234 or 0000, depending on the service provider. You can activate and change these to protect your phone. If you encounter problems, contact your service provider.
This function also allows you to lock your phone by activating a fixed dialing PIN2 code.
- PIN code: The SIM card unlock code is requested every time the phone is turned on.
- Change PIN2: If you try to access SIM card functions when the code is activated, you will be prompted for the SIM card function (FDN) security code. Select to update it with a new one (4-8 digits).
Phone lock
The unlock code is requested every time the phone is turned on.
Change phone password
Change your phone's password (default is 1234).
Privacy
This allows you to lock applications. Enter the password (default is 1234) and check the box to activate locking for call logs, messages, camera, contacts, my files, calendar, etc.
Lock screen via end call key
If this function is enabled, pressing the End call key will immediately lock the screen. This function allows you to quickly secure your device with just a press of the End call key.
Fixed dialing number
This allows you to "lock" the phone so that it can only dial specific numbers or numbers with specific prefixes. A PIN2 is required to activate this function.
10.7 Call Settings
- Dual SIM: With the Dual SIM function, you can flexibly manage two phone numbers on one device.
- Call forwarding: You can activate, cancel, or check the status of voicemail or call forwarding to a specified number.
- Call waiting: Activate/deactivate the ringing signal for a second incoming call. You can also view the status of calls on hold.
- Call barring: This function allows you to restrict certain types of calls on your device. Enabling call restriction allows you to control incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring privacy, security, and avoiding unwanted interruptions.
- Hide ID: With the Hide ID function, you can selectively hide or mask your identity when communicating with others, ensuring your anonymity and protecting sensitive data.

The More menu offers convenient functions such as Call duration reminder, Automatic redialing, Vibration on connection, and Reply with SMS after rejection.
10.8 Network Settings
- Network selection: Network connection can be switched between automatic and manual.
- Network type: In this menu, you can select the mode 2G/3G/4G (automatic), 2G/3G (automatic), 3G only, or 2G only.
- VoLTE: In this menu, you can use VoLTE.
- Network information: Network information can be viewed with this function.
10.9 Compatibility
In this menu, you can set up Account data, Roaming, Data connection, Prefer SIM card, etc.
10.10 STK
The STK (SIM Toolkit) menu offers convenient SIM card management functions, such as SIM card services and SIM applications.
10.11 Voice announcements
Press On/Off to turn voice announcements on/off.
10.12 SOS dial settings
For more detailed information, see "5 SOS".
10.13 Check for software updates
If you wish to update the system, press Check for software updates.
10.14 Call filter
With Call Filter, you can control your calls, block unwanted calls, and create custom blacklists.
10.15 Regulatory and safety information
You can view information about your phone, such as Product model, manufacturer name, IMEI, CU reference, etc.
10.16 About
In this menu, you can view the privacy policy and terms of use.
10.17 Version information
Press to view the software version.
11 Troubleshooting
Before contacting the service center, we recommend following the guidelines below.
- To ensure optimal performance, it is recommended to fully charge the battery.
- Avoid storing large amounts of data on the phone, as this may affect phone performance.
Also check the following:
My phone cannot be turned on or is frozen.
- Check the battery contacts, remove and reinsert the battery, then turn on the phone.
- Check the battery level and charge for at least 20 minutes.
Phone has not responded for several minutes.
- Reset the phone by pressing and holding the End call key.
- Remove the battery, reinsert it, and then restart the phone.
Phone turns off by itself.
- Check if your phone is locked when not in use, and ensure you are not accidentally turning off the phone by pressing the End call key during locking.
- Check the battery charge level.
Phone battery not charging properly.
- Be sure to use the TCL battery and charger included with your phone.
- Ensure the battery is inserted correctly. It must be inserted before connecting the charger.
- Ensure the battery is not completely discharged; if the battery has been empty for a long time, it may take about 20 minutes for the battery charger indicator to appear on the screen.
- Ensure charging occurs under normal conditions (0-40 °C).
- When traveling abroad, check if the input voltage is correct.
My phone cannot find network connection or displays "No service".
- Try connecting from a different location.
- Check with your operator if you are within network coverage.
- Check with your operator if your SIM card is valid.
- Try connecting to available network(s) manually.
- If the network is overloaded, try connecting later.
My phone cannot connect to the internet.
- Ensure that internet access is available with your SIM card.
- Check your phone's internet connection settings.
- Ensure you are within network coverage.
- Try connecting later or elsewhere.
Invalid SIM card
- Ensure the SIM card is inserted correctly.
- Ensure the SIM card chip is not damaged or scratched.
- Ensure the SIM card service is available.
Outgoing calls fail
- Check if you have dialed a valid number and pressed the Call key.
- For international calls, check the country and area codes.
- Ensure the phone is connected to the network and the network is not overloaded or unavailable.
- Check your operator for subscriber status (credit, SIM card validity, etc.).
- Ensure you have not blocked outgoing calls.
- Ensure the phone is not in airplane mode.
Cannot receive incoming calls
- Ensure the phone is turned on and connected to the network (check if the network is overloaded or unavailable).
- Check your operator for subscriber status (credit, SIM card validity, etc.).
- Ensure you have not forwarded incoming calls.
- Ensure certain calls are not blocked.
- Ensure the phone is not in airplane mode.
Caller name/number does not appear when receiving calls.
- Check if you have subscribed to this service from your operator.
- It is possible that the caller has hidden their name or number.
I cannot find my contacts.
- Ensure the SIM card is not damaged.
- Ensure your SIM card is inserted correctly.
- Import all contacts stored on the SIM card to the phone.
Poor call quality.
- During a call, you can adjust the volume using the volume increase or decrease button.
- Check the network signal strength.
- Ensure your phone's earpiece, connection, and speaker are clean.
I cannot use the functions described in the user manual.
- Check with your operator to confirm if the subscriber includes this service.
- Ensure this function does not require a TCL accessory.
When I select a number from contacts, I cannot dial the number.
- Ensure you have saved the number correctly.
- When calling abroad, ensure you have added the country code to the number.
I cannot add a new contact to contacts.
- Ensure your SIM card contact list is not full; delete some files or save files to the phone's contacts (e.g., work or personal contact list).
Callers cannot leave messages on my voicemail.
- Contact your network operator to check service availability.
I cannot access my voicemail.
- Ensure your operator's voicemail number is entered correctly.
- If the network is busy, try again later.
SIM card PIN is locked.
- Contact your network operator to obtain the PUK code (Personal Unblocking Key).
Other devices do not detect the phone via Bluetooth.
- Ensure Bluetooth is turned on and the phone is visible to other users.
- Ensure both devices are within Bluetooth range.
How do I transfer data between the phone and computer?
- To transfer data between the memory card/SD card and computer, connect the phone to the computer using the user data cable and select "SD card" on the phone. You can then transfer data between the two locations.
