First Time Setup
1A: Auto-Connect Inner Earbuds

1B: Pairing
Press and hold each earbud for 3 seconds. If the blue and white lights on one earbud flash, they are ready to pair with your device. [Diagram illustrating pressing the touch sensor on the earbuds for 3 seconds, showing a blue and white flashing light.]
2: Bluetooth Connection

Add New or Additional Bluetooth Device
Turn off Bluetooth on previously connected devices. Turn on Bluetooth on your new device. Remove earbuds from the case. The earbuds will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Select 'Epic Air Sport ANC' in your device settings to connect.
Download the App
Customize your Epic Air Sport ANC features and update the latest software. Download the JLab Air ANC app from the Apple/Google Play Store. [App Store download icon] [Google Play download icon]
Controls
Left Touch Sensor
- Volume Down: Single Tap
- SIRI (iOS) or "OK GOOGLE" (ANDROID): Double Tap
- Awareness/ANC On/ANC Off: Press and hold for 1+ seconds
- Change EQ: Triple Tap
Right Touch Sensor
- Volume Up: Single Tap
- Play/Pause: Double Tap
- Fast Forward: Press and hold for 1+ seconds
- Change EQ: Triple Tap
Answering Calls
- Answer Call: Single Tap Left or Right
- Disconnect Call: Double Tap Left or Right
- Reject Call: Double Tap and press and hold Left or Right for 1+ seconds
Sound Prompts
- Power On: Chime
- Bluetooth Pairing: "Pairing Ready". Epic Air Sport ANC is ready to pair with your Bluetooth device.
- On/Off Notice: Single beep / Double beep
- ANC On/Off: Chime
- Bluetooth Connected: Double beep. Earbuds are connected to the device.
- Battery Full: "Battery Full" (100-80%)
- Battery Half: "Battery Half" (80-20%)
- Low Battery: "Low Battery". Powers off without charging. Turn off Bluetooth from device settings. Earbuds will power off after 3 minutes. (Below 20%. When power drops to 10%, "Low Battery" will play once.)
- Power Off: Chime
Equalizer (EQ) Modes
Triple tap either earbud to cycle through EQ settings. The sound prompt will indicate the EQ setting (Epic Air Sport ANC cycles through 4 EQ settings).
Download the JLab Air ANC app from the Apple/Google Play Store to customize each EQ setting.
- JLab SIGNATURE (1 beep): Emphasizes vocals and bass. JLab C3™ Signature Sound.
- BALANCED (2 beeps): Balanced sound.
- BASS BOOST (3 beeps): Emphasizes bass and sub-bass.
- Custom EQ Setting: (Download the JLab Air ANC app for customization.)
Music/Movie Mode
Press and hold both touch sensors simultaneously for 3 seconds.
Power On/Off
1. Charging
Placing the earbuds in the charging case turns them off and begins charging. The blue light indicates the earbuds are charging and turns off when fully charged. [Right Earbud Charging] [Left Earbud Charging]
2. Connecting

Charging
Wired Charging
Connect the Epic Air Sport ANC to a computer or USB 5V 1A (or lower) output device. [Diagram illustrating connecting the charging case to a computer or USB power source via a USB cable.]
The LED blinks white when charging and turns solid white when fully charged.
Wireless Charging

Fitting
Try all ear tips to find the best fit.

Troubleshooting
One Earbud or Audio Disconnected (Manual Reset)
- Go to your Bluetooth device settings and 'Forget' the Epic Air Sport ANC. [Diagram A]
- Place one earbud in the charging case and quickly tap the touch sensor 7 times. The light will flash blue 3 times. [Diagram C]
- Repeat for the other earbud. Quickly tap the touch sensor 7 times. The light will flash blue 3 times. [Diagram C]
- Remove both earbuds from the charging case. Wait for one earbud to show solid white and the other to flash blue/white. The Epic Air Sport ANC is ready to pair with your Bluetooth device.
BLUETOOTH Device Not Connecting/Reconnecting
- Go to your Bluetooth device settings and 'Forget' the Epic Air Sport ANC. [Diagram A]
- Turn Bluetooth off and then on. [Diagram B]
- Remove earbuds from the case. Wait for one earbud to show solid white and the other to flash blue/white.
- In your device settings, select 'Epic Air Sport ANC' to reconnect.

Quick Tips
- Left or right earbuds can be used individually for music and calls. Simply select one and remove it from the case to connect.
- Only one Bluetooth device can be connected at a time. Turn off Bluetooth on unwanted devices and turn on Bluetooth for the desired device to connect.
- To prevent damage to the case, ensure earbuds are completely dry before placing them back in the charging case.

Precautions
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, or humidity.
- Do not drop or crush the earbuds.
- Earwax buildup on the earbud tips can reduce sound quality. Carefully remove earwax with a cotton swab or other small tool to improve sound quality.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, lower the volume or temporarily discontinue use.
- If you experience persistent discomfort during product use, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
- Treat your earbuds with care, similar to how you would treat sunglasses. Store them in a safe place when not in use.
