1. Auto Connecting the Earbuds

A. Remove the earbuds from the charging case and remove the stickers.

B. Press and hold for more than 3 seconds on each earbud. A flashing blue-white light on one earbud will indicate your device is ready to pair.

Visual Aid: Remove stickers from earbuds. Press and hold touch sensor on each earbud for over 3 seconds.

2. Connecting via Bluetooth

In your device settings, select 'JLab Epic Air ANC'. Two beeps followed by solid white lights will indicate you are connected.

How to Add New / Additional Bluetooth Devices:

Turn off Bluetooth on any previously connected device. Turn on Bluetooth on the new device. Remove the earbuds from their case. The earbuds will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Select 'JLab Epic Air ANC' in your new device's settings to connect.

Left Touch Sensor

• Volume Down: Tap once
• Siri (iOS) or 'OK Google' (Android): Double tap
• Hold / ANC ON / ANC OFF: Press and hold for more than 1 second
• Change EQ: Triple tap

Right Touch Sensor

• Volume Up: Tap once
• Play / Pause: Double tap
• One song forward: Press and hold for more than 1 second
• Change EQ: Triple tap

Call Handling

• Answer Call: Tap once on left or right earbud.
• End Call: Double tap on left or right earbud.
• Reject Incoming Call: Quickly double tap on right or left earbud and hold for more than 1 second.

Music / Film Mode

Press and hold both touch sensors simultaneously for more than 3 seconds.

Turn Off Device When Not In Charging Case

Turn off Bluetooth in your device settings. The earbuds will turn off automatically after 3 minutes of inactivity.

Wired Charging

Connect the Epic Air ANC to your computer or a 5V 1A (or less) USB output port.

Visual Aid: USB cable connecting to a computer and a power adapter.

The LEDs will flash white while charging and solid white when the earbuds are fully charged.

Wireless Charging

Place the charging case on a wireless charging pad.

The LEDs will flash white while charging and solid white when the earbuds are fully charged.

NO SOUND IN ONE EARBUD OR EARBUDS HAVE DISCONNECTED (MANUAL RESET)

1. Go to your Bluetooth device settings and delete 'JLab Epic Air ANC'. See Fig. A.
2. Keep earbuds in the charging case and tap ONE earbud's touch sensor 7 times quickly. The light will flash blue 3 times [Flashing Blue Light]. See Fig. C.
3. Repeat with the other earbud. Tap the touch sensor 7 times quickly. The light will flash blue 3 times [Flashing Blue Light]. See Fig. C.
4. Remove both earbuds from the charging case. Wait for one earbud's light to turn solid white and the other to flash blue/white. You are now ready to pair with your Bluetooth device.

BLUETOOTH DEVICE NOT CONNECTING / RECONNECTING

1. Go to your Bluetooth device settings and delete 'JLab Epic Air ANC'. See Fig. A.
2. Turn Bluetooth off and then on again. See Fig. B.
3. Remove earbuds from the case. Wait for one light to turn solid white and one to flash blue/white.
4. In your device settings, select 'JLab Epic Air ANC' to reconnect.

Quick Tips

• The left and right earbuds can be used independently for music and phone calls. Simply choose one and remove it from the case to connect.
• Only one Bluetooth device can be connected at a time. Turn off Bluetooth on unwanted devices and turn on Bluetooth on your desired device for connection.
• Completely dry the earbuds before placing them in the charging case to avoid any damage to the case.

Attention

Completely dry the earbuds before placing them in the charging case.

When the earbuds are damp or wet, this will damage the charging case. Warranty will be void if the charging case shows damage caused by water/sweat. [Water Drop Warning Icon]

General Care

• Avoid exposing the product to extreme temperatures and humidity.
• Avoid dropping or crushing the earbuds.
• Earwax may accumulate on the earbud tips, reducing sound quality. Carefully remove earwax using a cotton swab [Cotton Swab Icon] or other small tool to improve sound quality.
• If you experience discomfort or pain, try reducing the volume or temporarily discontinue product use.
• If you regularly experience discomfort while using this product, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
• We recommend treating your earbuds like a pair of sunglasses and storing them in a safe place when not in use.
