JLab Epic Air Sport ANC True Wireless Earbuds

1. Auto-Connect Earbuds

A. Remove the earbuds from their charging case and peel off the stickers.

B. Press and hold each earbud for over 3 seconds. A flashing blue and white light on one earbud will indicate they are ready to connect to your device.

2. Bluetooth Connection

Select 'Epic Air Sport ANC' in your device's settings. A chime followed by two beeps and a solid white light indicates the connection is established.

Adding Other Bluetooth Devices

Turn off Bluetooth on all previously connected devices. Turn on Bluetooth on a new device. Remove the earbuds from their case. The earbuds will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Select 'Epic Air Sport ANC' in the settings of the new device to connect.

App Download

To customize the features of the Epic Air Sport ANC and install the latest software version, download the JLab Air ANC app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Earbud Controls

Left Touch Sensor

• VOLUME -: Single press
• SIRI (iOS) or 'OK GOOGLE' (ANDROID): Double press
• BE AWARE / NOISE CONTROL ON / OFF: Long press >1 sec
• EQ CHANGE: Triple press

Right Touch Sensor

• VOLUME +: Single press
• PLAY / PAUSE: Double press
• FAST FORWARD: Long press >1 sec
• EQ CHANGE: Triple press

ANSWER CALL: Single press on right or left earbud.

END CALL: Double press on right or left earbud.

REJECT INCOMING CALL: Double press and long press >1 second on left or right earbud.

MUSIC / FILM MODE: Long press on both sensors simultaneously >3 seconds.

Sound Messages

• GETTING STARTED: Chime
• BLUETOOTH PAIRING: 'Ready to Pair'. Epic Air Sport ANC is ready to pair with your Bluetooth device.
• BE AWARE ON/OFF: 1 beep / 2 beeps
• ANC ON/OFF: Chime
• BLUETOOTH CONNECTED: 2 beeps. The earbud is connected to the device.
• BATTERY FULL: 'Battery Full' (from 100 to 80%)
• BATTERY MEDIUM: 'Battery Medium' (from 80 to 20%)
• BATTERY LOW: 'Battery Low' (less than 20%. When power drops below 10%, the 'Low Battery' message will play once)
• POWERING OFF: Chime

POWERING OFF WITHOUT CHARGING CASE: Turn off Bluetooth in your device settings. The earbuds will automatically power off after 3 minutes.

Equalizer (EQ) Modes

Tap one earbud three times to cycle through the equalizer (EQ) modes. An audio prompt will indicate the selected EQ mode. The Epic Air Sport ANC cycle includes 4 equalizer modes. You can customize all EQ modes by downloading the JLab Air ANC app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

• JLab SIGNATURE (One Beep): JLab Signature C3™ sound with amplified vocals and bass.
• BALANCED (Two Beeps): Harmonious sound without extra amplification.
• BASS BOOST (Three Beeps): Amplified bass and sub-bass.
• CUSTOM (Beep): Custom EQ setting (download the JLab Air ANC app to customize).

Automatic Power On/Off

1. When you place the earbuds in their charging case, they will turn off and begin charging. The blue light indicates the earbuds are charging. This light turns off when the earbuds are fully charged.

2. When you remove the earbuds from their charging case, they will turn on and connect automatically.

Wired Charging

Connect your Epic Air Sport ANC to a computer or a 5V 1A (or less) USB port.

Place the charging case on a wireless charging pad.

No Sound from One Earbud or Earbuds Are Disconnected (Manual Reset)

1. Open your device's Bluetooth settings and select 'Forget Device' for your Epic Air Sport ANC. (See Fig. A)
2. Leave the earbuds in the charging case and tap the touch sensor on ONE earbud 7 times quickly. The light will flash blue 3 times. (See Fig. C)
3. Repeat with the other earbud. Tap the touch sensor 7 times quickly. The light will flash blue 3 times. (See Fig. C)
4. Remove both earbuds from the charging case. Wait for one earbud's light to become solid white and the other to flash blue/white. They are now ready to connect to your device via Bluetooth.

Bluetooth Device Not Connecting/Reconnecting

1. Open your device's Bluetooth settings and select 'Forget Device' for your Epic Air Sport ANC. (See Fig. A)
2. Turn Bluetooth off, then turn it back on. (See Fig. B)
3. Remove the earbuds from their case. Wait for one to light up solid white and the other to flash blue/white.
4. Select 'Epic Air Sport ANC' in your device settings to reconnect the earbuds.

Quick Tips

• You can use either the left or right earbud for listening to music and making phone calls. Simply remove one from the case, and it will connect.
• Only ONE Bluetooth device can be connected at a time. Turn off Bluetooth on devices you do not wish to use, and turn on Bluetooth on the device you want to connect your earbuds to.
• Completely dry the earbuds before placing them in the charging case to avoid damaging the case.

Warnings

Completely dry the earbuds before placing them in their charging case.

If the earbuds are damp or wet, it will damage the charging case. The warranty will be void if the charging case shows damage caused by water or sweat.

Precautions

• Avoid exposing the product to extreme heat, cold, or humidity.
• Avoid dropping the earbuds or stepping on them.
• Earwax may accumulate in the ear tips, which can degrade audio quality. Carefully remove earwax using a cotton swab or other small object to improve audio quality.
• If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or temporarily stop using the device.
• If you experience recurring discomfort when using this product, stop using it and consult a doctor.
• We recommend taking care of your earbuds as you would a pair of sunglasses, and storing them in a secure place when not in use.
