Each IKEA Limited Warranty lasts for the number of years declared for each product, starting from the date of purchase.

What will IKEA do to correct the problem?

IKEA will examine the product and decide if it is covered by the limited warranty. IKEA, through its own service operations or an authorized dealer, will at its sole discretion repair the defective product or replace it with the same or a comparable product. IKEA will be responsible for the costs of repair, spare parts, labor, and travel expenses incurred by IKEA, provided the product is accessible for repair without additional cost to IKEA. This does not apply to repairs not authorized by IKEA or its authorized dealer. Any defective part removed during repair becomes IKEA's property. If the item is no longer sold by IKEA, IKEA will provide a suitable replacement, determined at IKEA's sole discretion.

Conditions of Limited Warranties

Limited warranties are valid from the original date of purchase. The original receipt is required as proof of purchase to claim the limited warranty.

Exclusions:

• Warranties do not apply to products that have been incorrectly stored or assembled, used improperly or incorrectly, altered, or cleaned with inappropriate methods or products.
• Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, cuts, scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents.
• Warranties do not apply to products used outdoors or in humid environments, or for non-domestic purposes (unless otherwise specified).
• Warranties are for the benefit of the original product purchaser and are non-transferable.

Care Instructions

To enforce the limited warranty, you must follow the specific care instructions for each product. These instructions can be found with the products or at IKEA stores.

General Legal Rights

Some states and provinces do not allow the limitation or exclusion of consequential or incidental damages. These limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This limited warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by country, province, or state.

Keep your receipt as proof of purchase. The original purchaser must present the proof of purchase for limited warranties to be valid.

Warranty: 5 years or 25 years

What is covered by this limited warranty?

This 25-year limited warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing for the following SULTAN mattress and bed frame components: wood frame and springs in spring mattresses with wood bases, springs in reversible spring mattresses, foam core in foam mattresses, latex core in latex mattresses, and wood frame and slats in slatted bed bases. The electric motor in electronically operated beds has a 5-year limited warranty, applicable to domestic use only.

This limited warranty is valid for 25 years for SULTAN mattresses and bed frames from the date of purchase by the original buyer. Electric motors have a 5-year limited warranty from the date of purchase by the original buyer.

PAX/KOMPLEMENT

Warranty: 10 years

What is covered by this limited warranty?

This limited warranty is valid from the date of purchase and covers defects in materials and manufacturing for the following PAX/KOMPLEMENT wardrobe and interior accessory components:

Appliances

Warranty: 5 years - FREE!

What is covered by this limited warranty?

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing of the appliance that existed at the time of purchase. This warranty is valid for all IKEA appliances, except for the LAGAN series (which has a 1-year limited warranty). The appliance must be used and maintained according to the instructions provided with the product. This limited warranty applies to domestic use only. Exceptions are identified in the section "What is not covered by this limited warranty?".

What is not covered by this limited warranty?

Service personal travel to correct appliance installation, to teach you how to use your appliance, to replace or repair fuses in your home, or to correct your home's wiring or plumbing. Service personal travel to repair or replace appliance bulbs, air filters, or water filters. Consumable parts are not covered under warranty. Spare parts or labor if the appliance has been used in a way that is not normal for a family household, or if used contrary to published use or installation instructions. Damage resulting from accidents, modifications, incorrect use, abuse, fire, flood, acts of nature, incorrect installation, installation not in accordance with electrical or plumbing standards, use of unapproved consumables or cleaning products. Surface damage, including scratches, dents, chips, or other cosmetic damage, unless the damage is a result of material or manufacturing defects and is reported within 30 days of purchase. Loss of food due to refrigerator or freezer failure. Product pickup or delivery. This appliance must be repaired in your home. Repairs and parts or systems resulting from unauthorized modifications to the appliance. Costs related to the travel of our repair service if the appliance is located in a remote area where service by an authorized dealer is not available. Relocation and reinstallation of your appliance if it has been installed in an inaccessible area or not installed according to published installation instructions. Spare parts or repairs on appliances with original model numbers that have been removed, modified, or cannot be easily identified. This warranty is void if the factory-applied model number is modified or removed from the appliance. The cost of repairs or replacement of the appliance under these excluded circumstances will be borne by the customer.

How long will the coverage last?

The 5-year limited warranty is valid from the date of purchase by the original buyer. This warranty is only valid in the United States and Canada and applies only when the appliance has been used in the country of purchase. This warranty is not applicable outside the territory of the 50 United States and Canada. Proof of purchase must be presented to obtain service under this warranty. If service is performed under this warranty, it does not extend the warranty period for the appliance or for new parts.

This warranty covers: base stability, dishwasher safe in a domestic dishwasher (except for items with non-stick coating and cast iron items, which we recommend washing by hand).

This means that with normal domestic use and by following our care instructions, the knives will function as well as when purchased for 25 years. Normal use is defined as using them for cutting food, cleaning once a day, and sharpening the knife regularly. The limited warranty covers: The knife's sharpness. The knife will be sharp when you buy it and can be kept sharp to function correctly daily. The blade is made of hardened steel so the knife can be sharpened to its original sharpness during the limited warranty period. Durable handle. The knife handle should not crack, break, or detach from the blade, making the knife unusable. The knife blade will not rust.

Warranty: 15 years

What is covered by this limited warranty?

This limited warranty stipulates that with normal use, the flooring will not wear out or lose its color from sun exposure, nor will it fade permanently. TUNDRA flooring meets User Class 31 of EN 13329, meaning it is suitable for use in all rooms, except bathrooms, damp basements, and rooms with drains. The flooring is also suitable for light commercial use, such as in low-traffic offices or small meeting rooms.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused product in its original packaging with the receipt within 90 days, unless otherwise indicated. A receipt is required for all exchanges and returns. Mattresses: "If you don't love it, exchange it." You can exchange your mattress once within 90 days if you don't love it. Return your mattress with the receipt to the store and choose a new one. We cannot exchange your mattress if it is dirty, stained, damaged, or abused. We regret that we cannot accept returns of used bedding (sheets, duvets, pillows, and mattress toppers), cut fabrics, "AS IS" items, or custom countertops. You will also need to present a valid photo ID. This is required for all returns and exchanges in the store. Your ID information will be retained in a corporate database solely for authorizing returns.
