This document provides assembly instructions for the Tribesigns YSO123 Corner Boss Table. Please read all instructions carefully before beginning assembly.

The desk can be configured with the cabinet on either the left or right side. The assembly process is the same for a horizontal flip configuration.

Assembly Steps
Step 1: Attach Base Supports
Connect two Part 1 pieces to one Part 2 piece using Hardware A (Screws Ø6X12MM). Ensure the holes align. Repeat for the second Part 2 piece. Attach Part 22 to the underside of the assembly as shown. [icon: arrow] [icon: arrow]
Step 2: Attach Desktop Panels
Place Part 3 (Main desktop panel) and Part 4 (Desktop extension panel) onto the assembled base from Step 1. Secure them using Hardware A (Screws Ø6X12MM) through the pre-drilled holes. [icon: arrow] [icon: arrow]
Step 3: Assemble Cabinet Frame
Connect Part 5 (Cabinet side panel) and Part 6 (Cabinet top/bottom panel) to Part 7 (Cabinet back panel) using Hardware B (Screws Ø6X12MM). Ensure the panels are flush and square. [icon: arrow] [icon: arrow]
Step 4: Attach Cabinet Side Panel
Attach Part 4 (Desktop extension panel) to the assembled cabinet structure from Step 3 using Hardware A (Screws Ø6X12MM). [icon: arrow]
Step 5: Attach Main Desktop Panel
Attach Part 3 (Main desktop panel) to the assembled cabinet structure using Hardware A (Screws Ø6X12MM). [icon: arrow]
Step 6: Connect Cabinet to Desk Frame
Attach the assembled cabinet structure from Step 3 to the main desk frame using Hardware A (Screws Ø6X12MM). [icon: arrow]
Step 7: Attach Cabinet Side and Door Panels
Attach Part 11 (Cabinet side panel) and Part 9 (Cabinet door panel) to the cabinet structure using Hardware A (Screws Ø6X12MM). [icon: arrow] [icon: arrow]
Step 8: Install Shelf and Drawer Front
Slide Part 8 (Cabinet shelf) into the designated slots within the cabinet. Attach Part 10 (Drawer front panel) to Part 9 (Cabinet door panel) using Hardware P (Screws Ø4X14MM). [icon: arrow] [icon: arrow]
Step 9: Attach Top Desktop Panels
Place the two Part 12 (Desktop surface panels) onto the desk frame. Secure them using Hardware A (Screws Ø6X12MM). [icon: arrow] [icon: arrow]
Step 10: Secure Top Panels
Attach the previously placed Part 12 panels to the main desk structure using Hardware A (Screws Ø6X12MM). [icon: arrow] [icon: arrow]
Step 11: Install Drawer Slides and Cabinet Door
Attach the drawer slide mechanisms (Part 13) to the inside of the cabinet. Attach the cabinet door (Part 14) to the cabinet side panel (Part 9 or 11) using Hardware C (Screws Ø6X12MM). [icon: arrow] [icon: arrow]
Step 12: Reinforce Cabinet Back
Secure the back of the cabinet using Hardware E (Screws Ø6X30MM) and Hardware K (Screws Ø4X14MM) as indicated in the diagram. [icon: arrow] [icon: arrow]
Step 13: Attach Cabinet Door Hinges
Attach the cabinet door (Part 14) to the cabinet using the provided hinges and Hardware D (Cam Locks) and Hardware F (Screws Ø6X30MM). [icon: arrow] [icon: arrow]
Step 14: Install Cabinet Doors
Attach the cabinet doors (Part 14) to the cabinet frame. Use Hardware D (Cam Locks), Hardware E (Screws Ø6X30MM), Hardware F (Screws Ø6X30MM), and Hardware G (Screws Ø6X30MM) as shown. To prevent the door hinge from falling off, please install 4 screws.
Step 15: Attach Desktop Panels to Leg Frames
Attach the two Part 20 (Desktop panels) to the leg support frames (Part 15) using Hardware R (Screws Ø4X14MM). [icon: arrow] [icon: arrow]
Step 16: Attach Remaining Desktop Panels
Attach the two Part 21 (Desktop panels) to the leg support frames (Part 15) using Hardware R (Screws Ø4X14MM). [icon: arrow] [icon: arrow]
Step 17: Attach Legs and Support Brackets
Attach the table legs (Part 18) and support brackets (Part 23) to the leg support frame assembly (Parts 15, 16, 17) using Hardware Q (Screws Ø4X14MM). [icon: arrow] [icon: arrow]
Step 18: Assemble Leg Structure
Assemble the leg structure by attaching the legs (Part 18) and connecting the frame components (Parts 15, 16, 17, 23) using Hardware M (Screws Ø4X14MM) and Hardware I (Screws Ø6X55MM). [icon: arrow] [icon: arrow]
Step 19: Attach Desktop to Leg Structure
Attach the assembled desktop panels (Parts 20, 21) to the leg structure assembled in Step 18. Use Hardware H (Screws Ø6X55MM), Hardware L (Screws Ø4X14MM), and Hardware N (Screws Ø4X14MM) as shown. [icon: arrow] [icon: arrow]
Step 20: Install Lower Frame Support
Attach Part 19 (Lower frame support) to the leg structure using Hardware H (Screws Ø6X55MM). [icon: arrow]
Step 21: Final Assembly
The desk assembly is now complete. Ensure all screws are tightened securely but do not overtighten. [icon: check]
Step 22: Configuration Note
The desk can be configured with the cabinet on either the left or right side. The assembly process remains the same regardless of the orientation. [icon: arrow]
