Assembly Steps
Step 1-2: Cam Installation
Steps 1-2: Align the cam bolt (C) with the mounting hole and press it in. If it's difficult, loosen the screw counter-clockwise or remove it temporarily. Steps 3-4: After pressing the plastic part into place, use a screwdriver to tighten the screw clockwise. Ensure there is 'No gap' between parts. [✔️ No gap indicator] [❌ gap indicator]
Cam Locking Procedure: Screw the pin (cam bolt) into the hole. Align the cam lock (B) with the cam bolt head. Turn the cam lock with a screwdriver clockwise until tightened. Do not use an electric screwdriver. [✔️ correct lock] [❌ incorrect lock]
Step 1: Assemble Side Panels
Connect part 1 (Left Side Panel) and part 2 (Right Side Panel) using cam bolts (C), screws (G), and nuts (H, I). Ensure correct orientation as shown in the diagram.
Step 2: Attach Panels
Attach part 1 to part 2 using cam bolts (C) and screws (A). Ensure correct orientation as shown.
Step 3: Attach Back Panels
Connect part 3 (Back Panel Left) and part 4 (Back Panel Right) to the side panels using cam bolts (C), screws (D), and nuts (E, F). Ensure correct orientation.
Step 4: Attach Support Braces
Attach support braces (7) to the bottom panels (5, 6) using screws (J). Ensure correct orientation.
Step 5: Attach Drawer Rails
Attach drawer support rails (8 and 9) to the structure using screws (J). Ensure correct orientation.
Step 6: Connect Side Panels to Bottom
Connect part 2 (Right Side Panel) to the bottom assembly and part 1 (Left Side Panel) to the bottom assembly using cam locks (B). Ensure correct orientation.
Step 7: Assemble Desktop Sections
Connect desktop sections 11 (Center) and 12 (Right) using cam bolts (C), screws (D), and nuts (E, F). Ensure correct orientation.
Step 8: Attach Desktop to Base
Attach desktop sections 10 (Left), 11 (Center), and 12 (Right) to the main structure using cam bolts (C), screws (D), and nuts (E, F). Ensure correct orientation.
Step 9: Secure Main Structure
Secure part 1 (Left Side Panel) to the main desk structure using cam bolts (C) and screws (A). Ensure correct orientation.
Step 10: Attach Bottom Support
Attach bottom support panels (5 and 6) to the main structure using screws (P and Q). Ensure correct orientation.
Step 11: Install Drawer Rails
Attach drawer support rails (8) to the side panels using screws (J) and cam locks (B). Ensure correct orientation.
Step 12: Insert Dowels
Insert dowels (L) into the designated holes on the desk structure. [Caution! Tap lightly]
Step 13: Final Panel Attachments
Secure various panels using screws (K), cam bolts (C), and screws (A). Ensure correct orientation.
Step 14: Attach Final Side Panel
Attach part 4 (Back Panel Right) to the side panels using cam locks (B). Ensure correct orientation.
Step 15: Final Securing
Secure the desk structure using screws (P). Ensure correct orientation.
Step 16: Final Placement
Note: Recommend to turn the product over 180° by two adults. [Rotate 180° symbol]
