? TL800 is an intelligent Smart Lock. If the lock is not installed properly, it may affect the lifetime of the lock. We suggest you to install the lock after furnishing. Please prefer a professional technician to install the lock as per our installation standard.
? Please initialize the lock after installation and set the Administrator immediately to avoid others opening the door illegally.
? To ensure your security, please check the box of keys when opening the product package.

What's in the Box
- Outdoor Unit: The main exterior part of the smart lock with keypad and handle.
- Indoor Unit: The interior part of the smart lock.
- Mounting Plate: A plate used to secure the indoor unit to the door.
- Mortise: The main locking mechanism that fits into the door edge.
- Strike Plate and Box: Components installed on the door frame to receive the latch bolt.
- Cylinder: The part where the mechanical key is inserted.
- Keys: Mechanical keys for manual operation.
- Lithium Battery: Power source for the smart lock.
- Cards: RFID cards for access.
- Spindle A & B: Rods connecting the handles to the mortise.
- Metal Pin: Small pins used for assembly.
- Screw A, B, C, D: Various screws for securing components.
- Stud: Posts used for mounting the outdoor unit.
Installation Procedure
1. Door Properties
A. Measure the Door Thickness: Measure the thickness of the door and select the appropriate Spindle length. Refer to the table on Page 1 for details (Note: Table content not provided in OCR, assuming it's a reference). The door thickness range is typically 45 to 60mm.
B. Check the Door Opening Direction: The position of the handle is determined by the opening direction of the door. The document provides graphical representations for Left Inward, Right Inward, Left Outward, and Right Outward door openings relative to the user's location outside the room.
Adjust the Direction of Latch (if needed)
- Push the reverse block in upward direction.
- Push the bolt of the latch into the mortise.
- Rotate the latch bolt to 180° inside the mortise, and release it.
2. Drill Holes on the Door
- Place the installation template at the desired height.
- Mark the holes to be drilled and drill the marked locations.
3. Install Mortise and Cylinder
- Put the Mortise into the hole that was drilled, and secure the Mortise with Screw A.
- Insert the Cylinder into the Mortise (the front and back sides) and secure it with Screw B.
4. Uninstall the OLED Screen and Mounting Plate
- Uninstall the OLED screen by pushing up, then uncover the hidden cover from the bottom of the indoor unit.
- Uninstall Screw D and take the Mounting Plate off the indoor unit.
5. Install Studs and Outdoor Unit
- Install the studs on the back of the outdoor unit.
- Pass the outdoor unit cable through the upper most cable hole.
- Attach the Outdoor unit to the door by inserting the studs through the drilled holes.
- Place the Mounting Plate on the inside door and use Screw C to secure them.
6. Install Indoor Unit
- Install Spindle A and Spindle B with Metal Pin.
- Connect the cable to the port on the Indoor Unit.
- Place the Indoor Unit properly on the Mounting Plate. Then use Screw D to secure the Indoor Unit.
7. Install Batteries and Cover
Insert Lithium Battery and cover them with an OLED Screen model, then push back the hidden cover.
8. Install Strike Plate and Box
- Make sure that the Strike Box is aligned with the latch bolt. Then, use the installation template to drill the holes.
- Align the Strike Plate and Box with the holes drilled and protect them with Screw A.
9. Physical Test
Test the lock by using the mechanical key.
- Uncover the front handle cover from the bottom of the outdoor unit, then rotate the cover 90°.
- Press the bottom of the keyhole cover and rotate it 180°.
- Insert the Key into the keyhole and rotate 90°, then the latches will be retracted.
User Manual
Product Overview
Outdoor Unit: Camera, Keypad & Card Detection Area, Indicator Light, Fingerprint Sensor (Hidden), Mechanical Key Hole (Hidden), Handle, Front Handle Cover.
Indoor Unit: OLED Screen Model, Hidden Cover, Handle, Clutch, Double Locking Knob, Quick Close Button, Lithium Battery, Emergency Power Interface (Micro USB), Quick Unlock Button.
Definitions
- User Roles: The lock can be handled by two user roles: Administrator and User. The Administrator has menu access and door opening privileges. The User only has door opening privileges.
- Note: Each user can register ten fingerprints, one password, and one card.
- Initialization: Deletes all registered user data and restores factory settings.
- Random Password: Users can enter random digits before or after the actual password for protection. Maximum 30 digits. Example: If password is 123456, random can be 89123456807.
- Backup Enrollment: After initial registration, users can change passwords/cards or register more fingerprints.
- Always Open Mode: Keeps the door unlocked, suitable for areas without access restrictions.
- Low Battery Warning: Prompts "Low battery, please change!" when power is low, and "Low battery, shut down soon!" when critically low, disabling Main Menu access.
- Emergency Charging: Micro-USB port on the outdoor unit for charging with a power bank.
- Emergency Mechanical Key: Used to open the door during electronic malfunction.
- Double Locking: Prevents unlocking from the outside; enabled by rotating the double locking knob.
- Debug Mode: Used for changing open direction, motor power, and demonstration at factory status. Invalid after adding any user.
- Quick Close Function: Pressing the Quick Close Key or Button automatically locks the door by retracting latches.
How to Use
1. Reset the Lock
Press and hold the Reset button for 5 seconds. The lock will beep 5 times. Keep holding until an audio prompt, then press # key to confirm.
2. Activate the Lock
Touch the keypad with the back of your hand or fingers to activate the lock.
3. Mechanical Adjustment
Perform mechanical adjustments before formal use to eliminate issues. The programming options are:
1 Motor -> 1 Direction
-> 2 Motor Torque
-> 3 Latch Bolt Drive Time
-> * Exit
1 -> 2 Input 888# -> 2 Unlock Setting -> 1 Auto Lock
-> 2 Latch Bolt Delay

4. Register the First Administrator
Press and hold the Reset button for 5 seconds (lock beeps 5 times). Keep holding until audio prompt, then press # key to confirm.
- Touch the keypad to activate the lock.
- Press the * # key to start registration. A prompt will say "Please register administrator, please enter fingerprint, password, access card, press star to exit".
- Press fingerprint five times, enter group password, or swipe access card.
- Proceed according to prompts.
5. Programming the Features through Menu Mode
- Touch the keypad to activate the lock.
- Press the * + # key to access the menu.
- Verify administrator identity (fingerprint, card, or password) then press # to confirm.
- Enter the digit corresponding to the desired function, following the audio guide.
Note:
- Registered passwords can be 6 to 12 digits.
- The currently logged-in administrator cannot delete their own admin data.

How to use OLED Screen Model?
Overview
Programming the Features through Menu Mode
- Press the Power On button to activate the model (camera mode).
- Press the Down button to enter the menu. Choose Camera, Files, or Set mode freely through the buttons.
Function Details:
- Camera: View outside through the outdoor unit camera.
- Files: Access saved photographs and videos. Requires a TF card.
- Set: Configure model functions:
- Record Mode: Choose Photograph or Record (video) as saving mode.
- Continuous Shooting: Set the number of pictures (one, two, or five) per shot. Press OK to shoot.
- Door Answer: Choose Handmovement (model powers on only when doorbell is pressed and internal power button is pressed) or Auto (model powers on automatically when doorbell is pressed).
- Camera Angle: Choose All Angle (360° view, may distort objects) or Undeformed (no distortion).
- Auto Power Off: Schedule the power off timing.
- Language: Change the language of the model.
- Date/Time: Set the date and time.
- Format: Warning: All records in TF will be deleted.
- Default Setting: Warning: All records in TF will be deleted.
- Version: Check the firmware version.
- WIFI Quality: Set clarity of pictures and video under WIFI configuration.

How to connect USmart Go APP?
Setting
Step 1: Download the App: Search "USmart Go" on Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Step 2: Create an Account: Launch the "USmart Go" App and register an account using phone number or email address.
Step 3: Create Family: Navigate to Menu -> "My Families" -> "+" button, or click "+ Add Families" button directly.
Step 4: Setting Security Password: Set up a security password for two-step verification via Menu -> "My Settings" -> "Set security password".
Step 5: Connect the Lock: Launch the App, click "+ Add Device" or "ADD" button, choose "Add Wi-Fi Device", then follow the Connect hotspot page instructions.
- Press the "* #" key and verify administrator to enter the administrator menu. Click "4" -> "6" to enter network configuration mode.
- On your phone, go to WLAN settings and connect to the Wi-Fi named "CloudHome-XXXX-16".
Note:
- Please close WLAN+ on your phone settings before connecting.
- Select "No" or "Use" if your phone suggests switching to another Wi-Fi.
Step 6: Finish: After connecting to the hotspot, return to the "Connect hotspot" page, wait for it to go to "Select Wi-Fi" page, connect to a valid Wi-Fi, and wait for completion.
Note: Please close Cellular Data if you stay on the "Connect hotspot" page for a long time after connecting Wi-Fi.
Functions
1. Remote Unlock
Guest Require: Press "Doorbell" key twice within 30s on the keypad to trigger a remote unlock request. A popup window will appear on the app requiring your security password to unlock.
Owner self-unlock: Click the Unlock icon in the app. A popup window will appear, requiring your security password to verify. Press the "Doorbell" key once to unlock.
2. Add User
Click the "Password" button on the lock page, then click "+" on the top right corner to go to the Add User page. Fill in authorization information, then click "Next" to generate a password.
Note: Passwords are 7 digits, with the last digit being "1" by default on the Generate password page.
3. Name the Lock
Click the "More" button on the lock page, a popup window will appear. Choose "Settings" to go to the Setting page, then click the "Device Name" to rename this lock. Click OK after finishing.
4. Mark the App Remote Unlock Person to be a User
Click an unlock event to go to the "Edit User" page, then name the user in the blank field. Click OK after finishing.
5. Check Records
All event records are displayed on the lock page. Click them to check details.
