How to Install Camlocks
Step 1: Connect the male camlock as directed in the assembly instructions with a screwdriver. ? DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.
Step 2: Put the male camlock into the entry hole.
Step 3: Insert the female camlock as shown in the instruction. Note: ensure that the arrow on the top of the camlock points toward the entry hole for the male camlock.
Step 4: Screw the female camlock clockwise with a screwdriver. ? You will feel a click when the camlock is locked in place. The camlock is now completed.
Assembly Steps
Step 1
Assemble the base of a drawer. Attach drawer side panels (U) and (S) to the drawer base panel (R) using twelve (17) M4x30 screws. Attach the drawer back panel (T) to the assembled sides and base.
Step 2
Attach drawer side panels (V) and (U) to the drawer base panel. Use four (1) M6x28 screws.
Step 3
Continue assembling the drawer box. Attach the remaining drawer side panel (V) to the base and side panel (U) using four (2) Ø12 cam lock dowels.
Step 4
Attach drawer runners (6) to the drawer side panels (R and U). Use six (6) M3x12 screws for each runner. Attach specific brackets (14) and (16) as shown. Note the 'Roller end' of the runner.
Step 5
Assemble the front and back of another drawer. Attach the front panel (S) and back panel (Y) to the drawer side panels (W) using four (17) M4x30 screws. Attach the bottom panel (T).
Step 6
Attach the drawer front panel (X) to the assembled drawer structure. Use four (1) M6x28 screws.
Step 7
Continue drawer front assembly. Attach the back panel (Y) to the drawer front (X) and sides (W) using four (2) Ø12 cam lock dowels.
Step 8
Attach drawer runners (6) to the drawer side panels (W and Y). Use six (6) M3x12 screws for each runner. Attach specific brackets (14) and (16) as shown. Note the 'Roller end' of the runner.
Step 9
Attach a support piece (X) to the drawer front using two (4) M4x15 screws. Attach rod (12) using one (12) Rod.
Step 10
Attach the main vertical side panels (J) and (I) to the frame. Use eighteen (6) M3x12 screws. Attach shelf supports (15) and rails (13) to the side panels. Note that the 'Roller is at bottom' for the side panels.
Step 11
Attach shelves (D) and (C) to the main frame using fourteen (1) M6x28 screws.
Step 12
Attach support rails (Q) to the underside of shelf (D) using four (2) Ø12 cam lock dowels. Ensure the holes of Part R are oriented as shown.
Step 13
Attach additional support to shelf (D) using two (1) M6x28 screws.
Step 14
Attach a side panel to the shelf assembly (D) using two (2) Ø12 cam lock dowels.
Step 15
Attach hardware (likely drawer slides or supports) to side panel (I) using four (1) M6x28 screws.
Step 16
Attach side panel (I) to drawer slide components (L) and (N) using four (2) Ø12 cam lock dowels. Ensure the holes of Part L and Part N are oriented as shown.
Step 17
Attach drawer components (E) and (P) to side panel (I) using six (3) M6x40 screws.
Step 18
Attach shelf (D) to side panel (I) using two (3) M6x40 screws. Ensure the holes of Part D are oriented as shown.
Step 19
Attach drawer component (O) to side panel (I) using two (3) M6x40 screws.
Step 20
Insert drawer boxes (M) into the frame. Attach front support (E) using one (5) 434L fastener. Arrows indicate insertion direction.
Step 21
Assemble the main frame. Attach side panel (H) and back support rails (Q, D) to the frame using ten (3) M6x40 screws. Attach panel (N).
Step 22
Attach drawer components (E, P, P) and side panel (J) to the frame (D, Q) using fourteen (3) M6x40 screws.
Step 23
Attach the top panel (C) to the frame (H, J, I, N) using ten (2) Ø12 cam lock dowels. Magnified views show attachment points.
Step 24
Attach hanging rod (Z) to the frame using two (20) 15x15 plastic pads/feet. Note: Please use a hammer or solid tools (not included) to knock the plastic pads into the frame. ?
Step 25
Attach hanging rod (Z) to shelf (B) using two (18) M6x22 screws.
Step 26
Attach side panels (F) and (G) to shelves (B) and (K) using twelve (3) M6x40 screws. Ensure the holes of Part K are oriented as shown.
Step 27
Attach top shelf (A) to the frame (F, G, K) using six (3) M6x40 screws.
Step 28
Attach top panel (C) to the frame using four (1) M6x28 screws.
Step 29
Attach back panels (G, F) and supports (K, C) using four (2) Ø12 cam lock dowels and two (3) M6x40 screws. Magnified views show attachment points.
Step 30
Reinforce the back panel using twelve (6) M3x12 screws and twelve (7) M4x12 screws. The text "Use the buckles to reinforce the back panel." refers to these fasteners. Magnified view shows attachment.
Step 31
Attach internal support pieces using eight (8) M4x15 screws and four (11) Cap/Covers. Note: Please rotate and remove parts (10) and (11) as instructed. Note: If necessary, please wear protective gloves during this step to avoid hand injuries. ⚠️
Step 32
Insert hanging rods. Slide part (10) onto rod part (19) with the threads facing outwards. Slide part (10) onto rod part (9) with the threads facing outwards. Use one (9) Ø25x422 Connector, four (10) Caps/Covers, and one (19) Ø25x869 Rod.
Step 33
Reinstall part (10) to part (11).
Step 34
Insert drawers. Please put the wheels align with the slots as the instruction shows, then slide into them. Text indicates 'DL/DR' (Drawer Left/Right) and 'CL/CR' (Cabinet Left/Right) for drawer orientation.
Step 35
TIPPING RESTRAINT HARDWARE ⚠️ We have included two Tipping Restraint Hardware sets (21) for this Unit. When properly installed, this restraint can provide protection against unexpected tipping due to small tremors, bumps, or climbing. We strongly recommend mounting this hardware to a wall stud and your Unit. Note: You must install the Tipping Restraint Hardware with the unit in use to prevent any accidents or damage to the unit. Please unscrew one Part (3) screw first, then install Part (21). Use two (21) M4x40 screws to attach the Tipping Restraint Hardware to the wall and the unit.
