How to Install Camlocks
Step 1: Connect the male camlock as directed in the assembly instructions with a screwdriver. [DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN]

Step 3: Insert the female camlock as shown in the instruction. Note: Ensure that the arrow on the top of the camlock points toward the entry hole for the male camlock.

Step 4: Screw the female camlock clockwise with a screwdriver. You will feel a click when the camlock is locked in place. The camlock is now completed.

Assembly Steps
STEP 1
Attach Part S (Drawer Bottom/Base) to Part V (Drawer Support) using hardware 2 (M6x28 Screws) x4. Ensure the holes on Part S are aligned with the corresponding holes on Part V.

STEP 2
Attach Part U (Drawer Support) to the assembly from Step 1. Ensure the holes of Part S and Part U are oriented towards the direction shown in the diagram. Use hardware 3 (Cam Lock Nuts) x4.

STEP 3
Attach Part S (Drawer Bottom/Base) to Part V (Drawer Support) using hardware 2 (M6x28 Screws) x2. This step appears to reinforce the connection from Step 1.

STEP 4
Attach Part Q (Divider/Support) to the assembly from Step 3. Use hardware 3 (Cam Lock Nuts) x2.

STEP 5
Assemble the side panels. Attach Part N (Side Panel) and Part V (Drawer Support) to Part Q (Divider/Support) and Part S (Drawer Bottom/Base). Ensure the holes of Part Q are oriented towards the direction shown. Use hardware 1 (M6x40 Screws) x10.

STEP 6
Attach Part O (Side Panel) to the existing assembly. Use hardware 1 (M6x40 Screws) x10.

STEP 7
Attach Part K (Top Panel) to the assembly from Step 6. Use hardware 2 (M6x28 Screws) x6.

Attach Part K (Top Panel) to the main structure (Parts N, Q, O). Use hardware 3 (Cam Lock Nuts) x6. A magnified view shows the cam lock mechanism connecting K to Q.

STEP 9
Assemble drawer components. Attach Part R (Drawer Side) and Part J (Drawer Front/Base) using hardware 2 (M6x28 Screws) x8.

STEP 10
Attach Part T (Drawer Front/Back) to Part R (Drawer Side). Ensure the holes of Part R and Part T are oriented towards the direction shown. Use hardware 3 (Cam Lock Nuts) x4.

STEP 11
Attach Part M (Side Panel) to Part R (Drawer Side). Use hardware 1 (M6x40 Screws) x2.

Attach Part L (Side Panel) to the assembly of M and R. Attach Part T (Drawer Front/Back) to M and R. Use hardware 1 (M6x40 Screws) x6.

STEP 13
Attach Part J (Drawer Front/Base) to the assembly of L and M. Use hardware 3 (Cam Lock Nuts) x4. A magnified view shows the cam lock connection.

STEP 14
Combine the main structure with drawer components. Attach the assembly from Step 13 (J, L, M) to the main unit (K, S, R, T, U). Use hardware 1 (M6x40 Screws) x4 and hardware 4 (M6x30 Screws) x4. A magnified view shows the connection points.

STEP 15
Continue assembling the main unit. Attach Part K (Top Panel) to the structure. Use hardware 9 (M6 Connector Plates) x2, hardware 10 (M6 Brackets) x2, and hardware 11 (M3.5x12 Screws) x24. A diagram shows the use of a screwdriver.

STEP 16
Assemble the side panels for the second section. Attach Part E (Side Panel) and Part F (Side Panel) to Part I (Back Panel) using hardware 1 (M6x40 Screws) x8. Ensure the holes of Part I are oriented towards the direction shown.

STEP 17
Attach Part A (Top Panel) to the assembly from Step 16. Use hardware 1 (M6x40 Screws) x6. Ensure the holes of Part A are oriented towards the direction shown.

STEP 18
Attach Part K (Top Panel) to the structure from Step 17. Use hardware 2 (M6x28 Screws) x4.

STEP 19
Combine the two main sections. Attach the assembly from Step 18 to the assembly from Step 17. Use hardware 1 (M6x40 Screws) x2 and hardware 3 (Cam Lock Nuts) x4. A magnified view shows the connection points.

STEP 20
Assemble the drawer components. Attach Part J (Drawer Front/Base) to the drawer sides and base. Use hardware 2 (M6x28 Screws) x4.

STEP 21
Assemble the drawer sides and back. Attach Part D (Side Panel) and Part C (Side Panel) to Part G (Shelf). Use hardware 1 (M6x40 Screws) x4.

STEP 22
Complete the drawer assembly. Attach the assembly from Step 21 (D, C, G) to Part J (Drawer Front/Base). Use hardware 3 (Cam Lock Nuts) x4. A magnified view shows the cam lock connection.

STEP 23
Attach Part A (Top Panel) and Part B (Bottom Panel) to the main cabinet structure. Use hardware 4 (M6x30 Screws) x2. A magnified view shows the connection points.

STEP 24
Further reinforce the main structure. Attach Part D (Side Panel) and Part C (Side Panel) to the assembly. Use hardware 1 (M6x40 Screws) x4, hardware 9 (M6 Connector Plates) x2, and hardware 11 (M3.5x12 Screws) x16. A diagram shows the use of a screwdriver and a tool icon.

STEP 25
Install the expandable poles. Attach the expandable poles (6) between the side panels. Use hardware 5 (M4x12 Screws) x8 to secure the pole support brackets (8) and pole end caps (7) x2. Note: Twist the expandable pole clockwise to tighten, anticlockwise to loosen.

STEP 26
Install the shelves. Insert dowels (13) x8 into the designated holes on the side panels. Place shelves H and P onto the dowels. There are 3 heights for the 2 shelves (Part H and Part P) to be adjusted as you need.

STEP 27
TIPPING RESTRAINT HARDWARE
Note: We have included three Tipping Restraint Hardware sets for this Unit. When properly installed, this restraint can provide protection against the unexpected tipping of the Unit due to small tremors, bumps or climbing. We strongly recommend mounting this hardware to a wall stud and your Unit.
Note: You must install the Tipping Restraint Hardware with the unit in use to prevent any accidents or damage to the unit.
Step 1: Attach the bracket (part of hardware 12) to the wall using appropriate fasteners (not explicitly shown, but implied by wall mounting). Use hardware 12 (M4x40 Screws) x3.
Step 2: Attach the other end of the restraint to the unit. Please unscrew one Part 1 screw first, then install Part 12.
