Introduction
Thank you for choosing our smart watch. This manual provides a comprehensive understanding of how to use the device. The device connects to a mobile phone via Bluetooth for adaptive use, offering practical functions and services for sports and health. Please note that this device is not a medical device; measurement data and results are for reference only and not for diagnosis or treatment. The Company reserves the right to modify manual contents without prior notice. This product supports IP68 water resistance, suitable for rain and hand washing. If water enters the horn hole after submersion, shake it out to restore normal sound, and dry with a soft cloth before operation.
Note: Do not wear the watch during hot showers or saunas to prevent vapor damage. The company does not provide free warranty for water damage caused by not following instructions.
App Installation
You can download and install the FitCloudPro app by scanning the QR code using the "scan" function in WeChat or a browser on your watch. Alternatively, search for "FitCloudPro" in your device's app store (e.g., App Store, Google Play Store).
Watch Connection
QR Code Connection
Open the FitCloudPro app. If a permission dialog appears on your mobile phone, click "Allow". Navigate to the "device" interface in the app, tap "Bind device", then tap the scan icon in the upper right corner to open the QR scanner. Scan the QR code displayed in the watch's settings. During pairing, a connection confirmation button will appear on the watch; tap "allow pairing".
Manual Connection
On your phone, enable Bluetooth and GPS location (for Android phones). Open the FitCloudPro app and tap "Bind device". Then, tap the "search" icon at the bottom of the screen. Locate your watch FW63 and tap "connect" next to its name. A connection confirmation button will appear on the watch during pairing; tap "allow pairing".
After successful connection, slide down on the watch face to view the BT icon color change indicating the connection status:
- BT Call Connect: [Phone with a signal icon]

BT Disconnection
In the app, go to the "device" interface. Tap the watch icon on the screen's top, then select "unbind" > OK to unbind FW63. For iOS devices, tap "Ignore device".
Key Manual
Function Key
The smartwatch features a Function Key with the following operations:
- Press once: Enter the main menu from the watch face.
- Quickly press twice: Switch between different main menu styles.
- Press once (from other interfaces): Return to the watch face.
- Long press (4 seconds): Activate the Siri voice assistant.
Power Key
- Long press (4 seconds): Power the watch on or off.
- Short press: Return to the watch face.
- Short press again: Turn off the screen.
Swipe Manual
Navigate the smartwatch interface using swipe gestures:
- Left swipe: Access the function interface, including sports data, heart rate, sleep, weather, and other features.
- Swipe up: Enter the message notification interface. Swipe up or down to view messages, swipe left to delete a message, and slide right to return to the watch face.
- Swipe down: Open the control center to view Bluetooth status, battery power, and common functions.
- Right swipe: Access the main menu. Swipe up or down to select functions, and swipe right to return to the watch face.
Charging Manual
- The battery icon turns red when capacity drops below 20%, and the system automatically disables the motor vibration function. If power-saving mode is enabled, the watch will turn off Bluetooth, reduce brightness to the lowest, disable raise-to-wake, and turn off automatic heart rate detection and vibration motor.
- The watch requires a 5V power adapter with a maximum current of 1A (5V/1A) for charging.
When the magnetic charging cable aligns with the charging port, it will automatically attract the plug. The charging interface will display a charging icon, which remains stationary when fully charged.
Note: The magnetic charging plug can attract other conductive metal objects. Ensure the power adapter is closed after charging and avoid contact between the magnetic plug and metal objects to prevent short circuits.
Functions Manual
Call Function
Requires audio Bluetooth connection. Enter the dialing interface to dial phone numbers. Long press '7' and '9' for two seconds to enter '*' and '#' respectively.
Common Contacts
Add contacts in the APP's common contacts bar. These contacts sync automatically to the watch. Up to 10 contacts can be added.
Call History
Saves the latest 10 call records.
Voice Assistant
Requires an audio Bluetooth connection. Tap the voice ball to activate the phone's Siri voice assistant.
Data Tracking
Displays steps, distance, and calories. Set daily targets for these metrics in the APP.
Sports Modes
Supports various activities including running, walking, badminton, tennis, basketball, table tennis, cycling, yoga, rope skipping, mountain climbing, indoor running, elliptical machine, rowing machine, lazy bike, exercise bike, baseball, rugby, cricket, and strength training.
Sports Record
Saves your latest 15 exercise history records, showing exercise time, heart rate, calories, and other data.
Heart Rate Measurement
When entering the heart rate measurement interface, the green light at the bottom begins measurement. A vibration reminder occurs upon completion (approx. 40 seconds). If prompted "not wearing the watch", re-wear it correctly. Data displayed is real-time and not saved to the APP; APP data comes from automatic monitoring.
Sleep Monitoring
Displays daily sleep status, updated daily. Data syncs with the APP when connected. Sleep monitoring typically occurs from 9:30 PM to 12:00 AM the next day.
Blood Oxygen Measurement
When entering the blood oxygen measurement interface, the red light at the bottom starts measurement. A vibration reminder signals completion (approx. 40 seconds).
Weather
After connecting to the APP, the weather interface displays current temperature and weather type.
Female Health
Upon first registration in the APP and setting gender to female, this function becomes available. It tracks female health information such as menstruation, pregnancy preparation, and pregnancy periods based on user-inputted parameters.
Music Control
After connecting to the APP, control music playback on your mobile phone.
Breathing Exercises
Offers 1-minute and 2-minute breathing training sessions. Follow on-screen prompts to inhale and exhale.
Stopwatch
Use the start button to begin timing, pause button to stop, and another button to reset. During timing, tap the clock icon to mark time; up to 99 data points can be marked.
Timer
Features preset common time durations or a custom time setting. Tap Start to begin, Pause to pause, and Reset to zero the timer.
Alarm Clock
Set single alarms, cycle alarms, or up to 5 alarms via the connected APP.
Always-on Clock
When enabled, the time is displayed even when the screen is off, but this increases power consumption. Use as needed.
Q&A
Sleep Data Inaccuracy
- Sleep monitoring simulates natural sleep patterns and requires normal wear.
- Wearing the watch too late or falling asleep with it on may cause errors.
- Daytime sleep is not monitored; the default period is 9:30 PM to 12:00 AM the next day.
Bluetooth Connection Issues
- Restart the watch and attempt reconnection.
- Try restarting your mobile phone and reconnecting.
- Avoid connecting the mobile phone to other Bluetooth devices simultaneously. Try reconnecting after disconnecting other devices.
Heart Rate/Blood Oxygen Inaccuracy
- Measurement inaccuracies are often due to poor contact between the watch sensor and wrist.
- Ensure full contact between the sensor and wrist during measurement.
- For users with darker skin or hairy arms, enable "Devices-Enhanced measurement" in the App.
