Maxcom FW46 Smartwatch User Guide
Introduction
Thank you for choosing the Maxcom FW46 smartwatch. This device is designed to enhance your exercise and health monitoring experience. Please read these instructions carefully for optimal use.
Watch Description
The FW46 features a touchscreen display, a side button, a charging port (?), a top electrode sensor, and two rear electrodes with a temperature sensor (?️).
Charging Instructions
Before first use, charge the battery using the provided cable connected to a computer's USB socket or a 5V/2.1A max USB charger.
Xenon App & SmartHealth App
Download the SmartHealth application from the Play Store or App Store to use the watch's full functionality. The app requires iOS 9.0+ or Android 4.4+ and communicates via Bluetooth 4.0.
To connect:
- Open the application.
- Navigate to "Settings" > "Device Status".
- Select "FW46" from the list.
- Binding will be completed.
Watch Interface & Navigation
Screen Wallpaper: Press and hold the touchscreen to choose from 7 different watch face patterns.
Menu Navigation: Swipe up or press the side button to access the menu. Swipe down or press the button again to return to the main wallpaper interface.
Key Features
Pedometer, Distance, and Calories
Monitor steps taken, distance covered, and calories burned in real-time. Synchronize with the app for detailed activity analysis.
Body Temperature
Switch to the ?️ temperature interface for real-time measurement. Ensure metal sensors are in contact with the skin. Results are indicative and not medical.
Heart Rate Monitor
Switch to the ❤️ Heart Rate interface for real-time measurement. Results can be analyzed in the app.
ECG
For ❤️ ECG, hold the upper electrode while pressing the watch to your hand to ensure contact with the lower electrodes. Graph and analysis are available exclusively in the app.
Blood Pressure Measurement
Switch to the ? Blood Pressure interface. Sit back, relax, and rest your hand with the watch freely on a table at heart level. Note: Measurement results are for reference only and not medical values.
SpO2 (Blood Oxygen Saturation)
Switch to the ? SpO2 interface. Data can be sent to the app for analysis.
Breathing Rate (BR)
Switch to the ? Breathing Rate (BR) interface to view breaths per minute.
Sports Modes
Select and start activity monitoring by clicking the icon for your chosen sport. Slide the screen right to finish.

Weather Information
Displays current weather, air quality, and next-day forecast. Requires phone connection with active location services. Note: Compatibility may vary with smartphone software versions.
Sleep Monitor
The ? Sleep Monitor automatically detects sleep and records duration, divided into deep and light sleep. Synchronize with the app for detailed analysis. Note: Wear the watch on your wrist for accurate sleep monitoring.
Stopwatch
A ⏱️ Stopwatch feature is available. Move screen right to exit.
Music Control
Control music playback on your connected phone. Note: Feature depends on smartphone software.
Camera Control
Remotely control your phone's camera shutter by running the app.
Shortcut Menu
Swipe down for the shortcut menu: ? Do Not Disturb (DND), watch info, messages, screen settings.
Info
Click to read messages. Move right to exit.
Device Data
Click to display the model name and the last 4 characters of the MAC address.
Settings
- Brightness: Adjust screen brightness.
- Activation: Enable/disable screen activation with wrist movement.
- Reset: Restore factory settings.
- Off: Turn off the watch.
Precautions
- Do not charge with a power adapter exceeding 2A output.
- Do not charge if the watch has been flooded with water.
- Measurement results are for monitoring purposes only and must not be treated as medical measurements.
- For blood pressure measurement: relax, sit down, hold the device at heart level, and do not talk during measurement.
Guarantee Information
Maxcom guarantees the product against material defects for 24 months from purchase. Contact the retailer or authorized distributor for service. Proof of purchase is required. The warranty is valid within the EU and does not cover normal wear and tear, battery degradation, damage from improper use, unauthorized modifications, or improper maintenance. Declaration of Conformity & Disposal
This equipment complies with EU Directive 2014/53/EU. It can be used in all EU countries.
Disposal: Do not dispose of this equipment with general municipal waste. Use designated selective collection points for electrical and electronic equipment. Batteries contain Li-ion and are harmful to health and the environment; they must be collected separately and not disposed of in fire.
