Watch Charging and Activation
Align and fit the wireless charger with the back of the watch until the charging prompt appears on the watch screen.
After receiving the watch, if it is not turned on, please charge it for more than 1 hour before activating the watch.
Watch Appearance
The watch features a Home button, Microphone, Breather hole, Magnetic charging area, and Horn hole.
The screen displays the time, for example, 09:40.
Mobile Phone Client Download
Scan the FitCloudPro QR code to download and install the mobile phone client application.

Connect the Smartwatch
Ensure your mobile phone's Bluetooth is turned on.
Open the FitCloudPro APP. If the APP cannot be opened, please check your phone's positioning settings.
To connect the smartwatch audio:
- Go to the 'Device' section in the APP.
- Click 'Device', then click 'Add Device'.
- Click 'Search Device'.
- Choose your device from the scanning list.
- Click on 'Scan QR Code Binding' and scan the QR code displayed on the watch.
- Complete the process.
Touchscreen Controls
Dial Selection: Long press the screen for 2 seconds to enter the dial selection interface. Swipe left or right to switch dials, and click to confirm your selection.
Navigation Gestures:
- Swipe down: Accesses the Control Center (features like Do Not Disturb, screen brightness, find phone, power saving mode, system information).
- Swipe left: Displays Sports data (steps, calories, distance).
- Swipe right: Shows Message notifications.
- Swipe up: Accesses the Control Center (as described for swipe down).
Functions Introduction
Dial switch
Long press the home screen for 2 seconds to enter the dial switch interface. Slide left and right to browse and click to select a dial.
Control center
Provides quick access to functions such as Do Not Disturb (DND), screen brightness settings, find phone, power saving mode, and system information.
Movement data
Displays the number of steps, distance covered, and calories burned for the current day. Users can set daily goals for steps, distance, and calories via the FitCloudPro App.
Sports
Offers various sport modes including walking, running, cycling, mountain climbing, swimming, yoga, elliptical training, basketball, and more.
Sport record
Stores the most recent 10 historical sport records. Users can view sport duration, heart rate, and calories burned during each activity.
Heart rate
Initiates heart rate measurement. The measurement starts when the green light on the bottom is active and typically completes within 40 seconds, indicated by a vibration.
Sleep
Monitors and displays the user's sleep data for the current day. Data is updated daily and can be uploaded and saved synchronously to the FitCloudPro App. The device recalculates data for a new day upon connection.
Blood pressure
Measures blood pressure using PPG technology. Measurement begins when the green light is active and takes 30-60 seconds, concluding with a vibration reminder.
Blood oxygen
Measures blood oxygen levels using PPG technology. Measurement starts when the green light is active and takes 30-60 seconds, concluding with a vibration reminder.
Female health
When the watch is connected to the FitCloudPro App, users can enable female health reminders within the App and view this information on the watch.
Music
When connected to the FitCloudPro App, users can control mobile phone music playback, including pause, start, volume adjustment, and song switching.
Weather
After connecting the watch to the FitCloudPro App and granting location permissions, the weather interface displays real-time temperature and weather conditions.
Alarm clock
Users can set up to 5 single or cyclic alarms via the FitCloudPro App. These alarms can be managed on the watch.
Stopwatch
Allows users to start, pause, and reset the stopwatch. It can save up to 99 data entries.
Timer
The timer function enables quick timing or setting custom durations. Users can start, pause, and reset the timer.
Information
When information push is enabled in the FitCloudPro App, the watch can receive corresponding messages. It stores up to the last 15 messages.
Find my phone
If the watch is connected to the FitCloudPro App, tapping 'Find my phone' will cause the mobile phone to ring. The watch will indicate if the phone was found successfully or if it's not connected.
Settings
The settings menu includes options for screen display (dial switch, screen brightening duration, brightness control, screen brightening via palm gesture), language, vibration strength, menu style, battery information, QR code, and system settings.
Breath training
Offers 1-minute and 2-minute options for breath training. Users follow on-screen prompts to inhale (icon expands) and exhale (icon shrinks).
Drinking reminder
This function can be enabled via 'Device > Drinking Reminder' in the FitCloudPro App. Users can set the start time, end time, and reminder interval.
Sedentary reminder
This function can be enabled via 'Device > Sedentary Reminder' in the FitCloudPro App. Users can set the start time, end time, and a 'Do Not Disturb' period.

Frequently Asked Questions and Troubleshooting
Fail to start the watch
Press the power switch for more than 3 seconds. The battery level might be too low; please charge the battery.
Bluetooth is not connected or cannot be connected
- Restart your mobile phone's Bluetooth and try connecting again.
- Ensure your mobile phone is not connected to other Bluetooth devices simultaneously.
Measurement of heart rate/blood oxygen/ECG is inaccurate
- This is generally caused by poor contact between the watch sensor and the body.
- Ensure the sensor makes good contact with the wrist during measurement.
- Keep your body still and the watch attached tightly to your wrist during measurement.
Sleep data is not accurate enough
- Sleep monitoring simulates natural sleep patterns. Wear the watch as usual.
- Errors may occur if you sleep very late or put on the watch after you have already fallen asleep.
- The device does not monitor sleep data during the daytime. The default monitoring time is from 9:30 PM to 12:00 PM the next day.

Bluetooth Data Transmission
When connected to a mobile phone, the device synchronizes data such as weather, notifications, and sports/health data via Bluetooth. This data is not synced if the connection is dropped or Bluetooth is turned off.

- The measurement results of this product are intended for general examination purposes only and are not to be used for any medical diagnosis or as a basis for medical decisions. Always follow a doctor's instructions and do not self-diagnose or self-treat based on these results.
- The product has a waterproof rating of IP68. It is not suitable for diving, swimming, or prolonged soaking in water. Additionally, avoid using the product in hot water or sauna environments, as water vapor can cause damage to the equipment.
