Getting Started

Watch Client Download

To download and install the watch client, scan the QR code or search for "Da Fit" in your app store.

Introduction to the Whole Machine

The smartwatch features a display, microphone, horn, sensor on the back, and charging contacts.

Charging and Activation

Before first use, charge the watch to activate it. Connect the magnetic charging cable to the metal points on the back of the watch. Connect the other end of the cable to a USB charging head or computer USB port.

• Charging time: 2-3 hours.
• Use only charging adapters with voltage up to 5V and current up to 2A.
• Do not charge the device with water stains on it.

Connecting the Watch

This smartwatch supports dual Bluetooth for calls and data transfer. You need to connect two Bluetooth profiles:

1. APP-End Connection (for data transfer)

Open the "Da Fit" app and tap "Binding Watch". Select your watch from the list. If multiple devices are nearby, filter by MAC address for a successful connection.

2. Mobile Phone Connection (for calls)

First, enable the audio switch on the watch: swipe down from the main interface to access the control center, then tap the audio switch icon to turn it on.

Next, go to your mobile phone's Bluetooth settings, search for the watch, and connect. A successful connection enables call functionality.

Watch Operating Instructions

Control Center

Access the control center by swiping down from the main watch face.

• Swipe down: Access Control Center
• Swipe right: Access Feature Page (or specific function)
• Swipe left: Access Motion Information/Other Features
• Swipe up: Access Notifications/Messages
• Tap middle clock icon: Return to watch face

Automatic Connection

Once bound, the watch will automatically connect to your phone when the "Da Fit" app is opened. Data synchronization is available by pulling down on the app's data page.

Key Features

Call Function

When connected to your phone, you can make calls directly from the watch, answer incoming calls, or view call history. Ensure a stable Bluetooth connection for optimal performance.

Music Control

Control your phone's music player from the watch, including play, pause, and track skipping.

Motion Information

The watch tracks daily steps, calories burned, and distance traveled. Detailed analysis is available in the "Da Fit" app.

Sleep Tracking

Monitor your sleep patterns, including total sleep duration and time spent in deep and light sleep. Detailed analysis is available in the "Da Fit" app.

Health Monitoring

• Heart Rate: Tracks 24-hour heart rate. Tap the interface to measure current heart rate. Detailed analysis in the app.
• Blood Pressure: Measure current blood pressure. Detailed analysis in the app.
• Blood Oxygen: Measure current blood oxygen levels. Detailed analysis in the app.

Weather Information

View current weather, air quality, and tomorrow's forecast. Requires connection to the "Da Fit" app for data updates. Weather information may not update if disconnected for extended periods.

Exercise Modes

Choose from 8 sports modes: walking, running, cycling, basketball, football, badminton, skipping rope, and swimming. Detailed analysis is available in the app.

Message Push

Receive phone notifications on your watch. Customize which app notifications are pushed via the "Da Fit" app.

Camera Control

Use the watch as a remote shutter for your phone's camera. Open the camera app on your phone and tap the watch's camera control page to take a photo.

Other Features

Additional functions include stopwatch, alarm clock, timer, brightness adjustment, vibration switch, do not disturb mode, cinema mode, factory reset, and shutdown options.

Dial Switches

Customize your watch face by pressing and holding the current dial page. Swipe left or right to browse available watch faces and tap to confirm. You can also change watch faces within the "Da Fit" app.

Precautions

This product is an electronic monitoring device and should not be used as a medical reference. Measurement data is for reference only.

• Use only charging adapters with voltage up to 5V and current up to 2A. Charging time is 2-3 hours.
• Do not charge the device if it is wet or has water stains.
• Do not disconnect the battery or throw batteries into fire.
