1. Product Overview
Description of the smartwatch: A black smartwatch with a round display showing the time "20:08", date "MON 04-27", and icons for steps and heart rate. It features a touchscreen, a physical button on the side, a magnetic charging point on the back, and a heart rate test point on the back.
Models can be paired with:
- Support Android 5.0 and above
- Support iOS 9.0 and above
2. APP Download and Connection
To download the companion application, scan the provided QR code. It is recommended to use a browser for scanning and downloading. Ensure you grant the necessary permissions for Bluetooth (BT) connection during the download and installation process. The QR code can also be found on the watch itself. The application name is "Da Fit".
Notes on APP Usage
- For Apple phone users: If the iPhone is in standby or hibernation for an extended period (e.g., 2 hours or more) with the screen off, the iOS system may clean up the Da Fit app. This can cause the app and watch to disconnect, making app functions unavailable. To resolve this, re-open the watch, and it should automatically reconnect.
- For Android phone users: After installing the Da Fit app, you must enable background application launch permissions in your phone's settings. The exact steps vary by phone model. For example, on a Huawei phone: Navigate to Settings -> Application -> Application Launch Management -> Da Fit. Change the automatic management to manual management and enable all permissions (self-start, association start, background activities). This ensures the app maintains the Bluetooth connection with the watch when the phone is idle (screen off) without being cleaned up by the Android system, and it will not use background network traffic or affect phone power consumption.
3. Connections for APP and Watch
- Open the Da Fit app and set your personal information, such as "Height", "Weight", "Birth Year", etc.
- For Android mobile phones: After setting information, switch to the app's home page and click "ADD Device". This will take you to the "Add Device" page where you can select your purchased watch model.
- After a successful connection between the app and watch, the app will automatically return to the home page. You can click the device icon to switch to the device page to check the connection status. The device model, picture, power level, address, and other information will be displayed upon successful connection.
- Figure 1 Description: A screenshot of the app's "PROFILE" screen, showing fields for Gender, Height, Weight, Birth Year, and Step Length.
- Figure 2 Description: A screenshot of the app's "Today" screen, displaying daily activity data including Steps, Sleep, and an "Outdoor running" activity. It also shows a button to "ADD A DEVICE".
- For iPhone users: The Bluetooth connection process for iOS phones is similar to that described for Android phones (refer to points 2 and 3).
- If pairing fails when scanning the QR code, check if the watch is already connected to another phone. If it is, ignore the device on that phone before attempting a new connection.

4. Precautions
- 4.1 App Installation: Only one connected app should be installed on the mobile phone to ensure normal connection and data synchronization. Multiple connected apps may affect the connection between the watch and the mobile phone.
Note: Some Android phones may prompt that you cannot install the app. Please go to the phone's 'settings' and authorize 'Unknown source'. - 4.2 App Permissions: When the mobile phone prompts for application permissions, please click "Allow". This ensures the app's permissions are open, allowing you to receive notifications, scan QR codes, use remote camera functions, etc. This permission is standard for the application and does not affect phone traffic or other phone information; it is limited to the Bluetooth connection between the APP and the watch.
- 4.3 Background App Running: Some Android smartphones may accidentally close the mobile app when cleaning applications. Please ensure the mobile app runs in the background.
Android phone settings for background running: Open phone settings -> Application management -> Da Fit -> Rights management -> Backstage management -> Select backstage running. (Note: The setting method may differ based on mobile phone versions and models). - 4.4 Heart Rate Monitoring Fit: Heart rate monitoring requires the watch to be worn snugly on the arm, neither too tight nor too loose, for accurate readings. Being too tight can affect blood flow, and being too loose can affect the heart rate sensor's monitoring.
- 4.5 Physical Protection: Please avoid colliding with hard objects to prevent breaking the glass.
- 4.6 Charging: Please use a 5V, 1A charger. This product does not support fast charging. Do not charge with sweat to prevent short circuits and damage to the product.
- 4.7 Product Usage: This product is an electronic monitoring product intended for daily reference data and is not for medical reference.
