Solo Manuals & User Guides

Solo is a globally recognized manufacturer specializing in plant protection technology and outdoor power equipment. With a history of engineering excellence originating in Germany, the company produces a wide range of durable sprayers, mistblowers, and cut-off machines used in agriculture, horticulture, and professional facilities management.

While the brand name is shared by other entities—such as Solo New York (bags) and the Solo Cup Company—the technical documentation managed here primarily focuses on Solo's machinery line, including battery-operated backpack sprayers, motorized mistblowers, and granular spreaders.

• What is the correct fuel mixture for Solo 2-stroke mistblowers?

For Solo 2-stroke engines (such as the Master 466 or Port 423), a fuel mixture of 1:50 (2%) is typically required using high-quality 2-stroke oil meeting ISO-L-EGD or JASO FD standards. Always consult your specific model's manual for confirmation.

• How do I clean my Solo sprayer after use?

Empty the tank completely, then fill it with a small amount of clean water. Operate the sprayer to flush the pump, hose, and nozzle. Dispose of the rinse water according to local regulations. Allow the tank to dry open.

• Why is my Solo sprayer not building pressure?

Common causes include a loose tank cap, a damaged O-ring or seal, or a clogged nozzle/filter. Check that all connections are tight and that the pump mechanism is lubricated and undamaged.

• Where can I find spare parts for Solo equipment?

Spare parts lists and diagrams are often found in the user manual. Parts can typically be ordered through authorized Solo dealers or the official regional Solo website.
