  • Power Switch & Chord Button: Located on the side, used to turn the device on/off and select chord modes.

Setup

  1. Battery Installation: Open the battery compartment at the bottom of the device. Insert a CR2032 battery, ensuring correct polarity. Close the compartment securely.
  2. Power On: Press and hold the Power Switch button to turn on the device.
  3. Adjusting String Tension: Use the included tool to adjust the tension of the steel strings to your preference. This helps simulate the feel of a real guitar and aids in callus development.

Operating Instructions

Chord Mode

  1. Press the 'CHORD' button to enter Chord Mode.
  2. The screen will display various chord diagrams.
  3. Use the 'MAJ/MIN' and '7TH-9TH' buttons to cycle through different chord types (Major, Minor, 7th, 9th, etc.).
  4. Practice finger placement on the steel strings according to the displayed diagram.

Metronome Mode

  1. While in Chord Mode, press the 'METRONOME' button (or the button indicated for metronome function, if separate) to activate the metronome.
  2. The screen will display the current tempo (e.g., 'TEMPO 75').
  3. Adjust the tempo using the appropriate buttons (refer to device markings if available).
  4. Practice chord changes in time with the metronome to improve rhythm.

Rotatable Screen

The LCD screen can be rotated to provide a better viewing angle, allowing for comfortable practice in various positions.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • String Care: The steel strings are designed for durability. If a string breaks or becomes worn, it can be replaced. Use the provided tool to adjust string tension as needed.
  • Battery Replacement: Replace the CR2032 battery when the screen dims or the device stops functioning.
