Connect the provided USB cable to the lamp's charging port on the base and a standard USB power adapter (5V/1A). The charging indicator light will turn on during charging and turn off when the lamp is fully charged.
Flickering or a noticeably dim light usually indicates a low battery. Charge the lamp using the included USB cable. If the issue persists, check for loose connections in the charging cable or try adjusting the brightness using the remote control.
First, check the remote control battery (requires 1 x CR2025) and verify it is not depleted. Ensure the remote is within 10 meters of the lamp with a clear line of sight. You can re-pair the remote by pressing the ON button while the lamp is powered on manually.
Ritesdepot products typically come with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. For warranty claims, you must contact the original seller with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
