  • Why doesn't my external monitor display a signal when connected to my intpw dock?

    Ensure your laptop's USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alt Mode (video output). If it only supports data transfer, video output will not work. Additionally, check that your HDMI/DP cables are securely connected and your dock is receiving sufficient power.

  • How do I set up Extend Mode for dual monitors on a MacBook?

    Go to the Apple Icon > System Preferences > Displays, and uncheck the "Mirror Displays" option. Note that standard hubs on macOS may only support Single-Stream Transport (SST). DisplayLink-enabled intpw docks require installing the DisplayLink Manager app to extend multiple different screens on macOS.

  • Where can I download DisplayLink drivers for my intpw docking station?

    If your intpw docking station (such as the IF-507) features a DisplayLink chip, download the latest drivers directly from the official DisplayLink website at www.displaylink.com/downloads.

  • Will the intpw hub charge my laptop while in use?
