6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your intpw USB 3.2 Hub, please refer to the following common solutions:

  • No Power/Device Not Recognized:
    • Ensure the 30W power adapter is securely connected to the hub and a working power outlet.
    • Verify the data cable connecting the hub to your computer is firmly plugged in at both ends.
    • Try connecting the hub to a different USB port on your computer.
    • Test with a different data cable if available.
  • Slow Data Transfer:
    • Ensure your connected device and computer port support USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10Gbps) or USB 3.0 (5Gbps) speeds. Older USB 2.0 devices will operate at their maximum speed (480Mbps).
    • Avoid connecting multiple high-bandwidth devices simultaneously if experiencing slowdowns.
  • Device Not Charging/Slow Charging:
    • Confirm the device is connected to one of the dedicated fast charging ports (orange for QC 3.0, green for INT-POWER).
    • Ensure your device supports Quick Charge 3.0 for the orange port.
    • Check the charging cable for damage and ensure it is properly connected.
  • Hub Overheating:
    • The aluminum casing is designed for heat dissipation. Ensure the hub is not covered or placed in an enclosed space that restricts airflow.
    • If the hub feels excessively hot, disconnect some devices to reduce the load.
