Garrison support FAQ

Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.

  • How do I change the Programming Code (PC) on my Garrison electronic lock?

The default Programming Code is usually 0000. To change it, enter the current PC, press the lock/unlock button, press '4', press the lock/unlock button, enter your new 4-10 digit code, and press the lock/unlock button to confirm.

  • How do I reset my Garrison electronic deadbolt to factory settings?

Press and hold the 'R' (reset) button located on the interior assembly for more than 5 seconds. The lock will emit 3 long beeps, indicating that the default settings and codes have been restored. Note: You must perform the door handing identification process again after a reset.

  • What should I check if my Garrison Food Waste Disposer is jammed?

Turn off the power switch first. Use a long wooden object (like a broom handle) or the provided jam-buster wrench (if applicable) to rotate the turntable and loosen the jam. Never use your hands. If the unit has an overload protector, check the reset button on the bottom of the disposer.

  • How do I enable the auto-lock feature on my Garrison keypad lock?

To toggle auto-lock, enter your Programming Code, press the lock/unlock button, press '5', and then press the lock button again. You can also set the delay time (10-99 seconds) by entering the PC, pressing lock, pressing '6', pressing lock, entering the seconds, and confirming.

  • What voltage is required for Garrison Food Waste Disposers?

Most Garrison disposers are designed to operate exclusively on 110-120 Volt, 60 Hz current. Using other voltages may damage the unit and void the warranty.
