bloomfold BF001 Dehumidifier User Manual

Bloomfold Model Num: BF001 Warnings Safety precautions before use Read the instructions before use. This product is intended for the intended use only. Always observe precautions when using the Dehumidifier hereinafter referred to as product. Ensure that the packaging material does not get into the hands of children. They may suffocate in it. Contains fluorinated greenhouse gases covered by the Kyoto Protocol. Do not place the product in an unventilated space smaller than 4 m2. 7. Leave at least 30cm of ventilation space around the product. Product designed only for R-290 (propane) gas as refrigerant. Comply with national legislation and do not release refrigerant into the atmosphere. R-290 (propane) gas is flammable and heavier than air. If a leak is suspected, evacuate and ventilate the room immediately. Then inform fire brigade of propane leak. Water collected is not suitable for drinking or watering plants. This can be a potential health risk. The product only works in rooms between 5 °C and 35 °C degrees Celsius. Use the product only for purposes in this manual. The product is designed for private household use. If the product or cord is damaged or does not function properly, do not use it and contact customer service. Remove plug only when product is off. Do not tilt the product. If the product is tilted more than 45° degrees, leave it upright for at least 24 hours before use. Empty the water tank before use. Keep product out of reach of children. Caution: improper use may result in injury. Avoid getting the product or cord wet. Do not place objects on the dehumidifier. Place the dehumidifier on a flat, stable surface. Do not use the product near a bath or shower. Do not use the unit in a potentially explosive environment. Keep the product away from heat, hot surfaces and open flames. Remember that refrigerants are odourless. The product is not suitable for drying insulation material. Unplug the product before repair or cleaning. Do not disassemble the product. Check that the mains power matches your power supply. Always use the product on a grounded indoor 220-240V - 50/60Hz outlet. Product details User manual Place the product in a ventilated area larger than 4m2 and leave at least 30 cm of ventilation space around the product. Leave all ventilation holes free, do not block them. Do not place the product near a bath, shower or standing water. The product only works in rooms between 5 °C and 35 °C degrees Celsius.. Control panel Power button Press the power button to turn the product on. The default setting for fan speed is high. The default humidity setting is 50%. Press the power button again to switch off the product. The indicator light goes off and the fans stop after 30 seconds. When on/off flashes red, the product is in defrost mode. This stops automatically after this is completed. Mode Press the mode button to enable mode. Auto mode: when the humidity of the room is 3% above the set value, the product will turn on. Continuous drying: the product turns on and will work constantly. Sleep mode: press the sleep mode button, after 10 seconds the indicators will slowly darken and the ventilation will go to low. Press any button to activate sleep mode. Press the mode button again to deactivate sleep mode. Speed Fast ventilation - slow ventilation. Press the button to switch between modes. The ventilation speed cannot be changed during: continuous drying, defrost mode or sleep mode. Timer If the product is off: set the timer and the product will turn on as soon as the timer ends. If the product is on: set the timer and the product will turn off as soon as the timer ends. Press the timer button to turn on the 0-24 hour timer. Each press of the button adds 1 hour. This can be read on the display. The timer LED turns on after setting the timer. When the set timer is over, the indicator light goes off. To cancel the timer, set the timer to ''00''. The indicator light will now turn off. Humidity settings Press the HUM SET button to check the humidity level of a room. Press the button again to set the desired humidity level. Choose from: 30%-35%-40%-45%-50%-55%-60%-65%-70%-75%-80%. After 3 seconds, the setting is confirmed. The current humidity level is now displayed on the screen. In continuous drying, the setting cannot be changed. Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to display the current humidity level. Child lock Press the lock button for 3 seconds to lock the product.. Alarm full water tank Once the water tank is full, the light will illuminate and the product will play an alarm 5 times. Press any button to turn off the alarm. The dehumidifier will now stop working until the water tank is emptied. Defrost function ' If the ambient temperature is below 18°C, the appliance will go into defrost function. During defrosting, the product will operate continuously for 45 minutes followed by 10 minutes of defrosting in ventilation mode high. Dry function Press the power button to turn the product on. Press the mode button and wait for the top light to illuminate. The drying function is now activated. Emptying the water tank Manual Press the power button to turn the product off. Remove the water tank from the product and drain the water into a sump. Insert the water tank back into the product. If the indication light of full tank remains on, check that the water tank has been correctly reinserted and that there are no blockages. Continuous draining Attach the drain hose and check that there are no blockages. Place the end of the drain hose in a sump or bucket. Check that the water flows well through it. Indication light The indicator light shows 3 different colours: Blue - humidity: 45% - 65% Cleaning & maintenance Clean the product with a slightly damp cloth, do not use abrasives. The filter should be cleaned every 2 weeks. Remove the filter grid and filter. Use a hoover to suck up the dust, if very dirty use a light soapy water. Replace the filter grid and filter. Troubleshooting Problem Solution The device does not work Check that the socket is working and that the water tank is empty. The appliance does not work below 5 degrees Celsius and not above 35 degrees Celsius The device does not work properly Clean the air filter according to the manual. Check the unit for blockages and remove them. No air enters the device Clean the filter with a slightly damp cloth. The device makes a loud noise during operation. The appliance is not on a flat stable surface or the filter is clogged. Wash the filter and place the appliance on a flat surface. E2 Air sensor is broken, replace sensor. LO The humidity is below 20%, the device turns off. HI The humidity is above 90%, the unit turns off. CL/CH The ambient temperature is not between 5 and 35 degrees Celsius, the device turns off. Storage If the product will not be used for an extended period of time, it is wise to take the following steps. Turn off the product and unplug the power cord. Empty the water tank and clean the filter. Let the filter dry completely. Store the dehumidifier indoors in a dry ventilated area away from the sun.
