Cam Lock Fastening System
This system is used throughout the assembly process. It typically involves inserting a cam bolt into one piece and a cam lock into another, then tightening the cam lock to secure the pieces together.
1. Insert cam bolt into panel.
2. Insert cam lock into corresponding hole.
3. Align cam bolt head with cam lock opening.
4. Tighten cam lock to secure.
Assembly Steps
Step 1
Attach two rectangular panels (Part 7) to the base panel (Part 14) using four M5x42 screws (Hardware A) for each panel. Ensure the panels are oriented correctly with pre-drilled holes aligned.
Step 2
Attach another rectangular panel (Part 7) to the side panel (Part 14) using two Ø15x12 dowels (Hardware B). Insert the dowels into the designated holes on both parts and press them together.
Step 3
Attach a rectangular panel (Part 7) to the other side panel (Part 15) using two Ø15x12 dowels (Hardware B). Align the dowels and press the parts together.
Step 4
Connect the metal rods (Part 10 and Part 11) between the side panels (Part 14 and Part 15). Use four M5x40 screws (Hardware C) to attach the rods to the pre-drilled holes on the panels.
Step 5
Attach the large rectangular panel (Part 6) to the assembly. Secure it using four M5x42 screws (Hardware A) and four M6x12 screws (Hardware F) into the designated holes.
Step 6
Connect the side panels (Part 14 and Part 15) to the main frame (Part 6). Use four Ø15x12 dowels (Hardware B) and four Ø8x40 dowels (Hardware E) to secure the connection.
Step 7
Attach the side panels (Part 15 and Part 14) to the base panel (Part 6). Use eight M3.5x14 screws (Hardware G) to fasten them securely.
Step 8
Assemble the base structure. Connect vertical support pieces (Parts 18, 19, 20, 21) to the base panels (Parts 12, 13). Use M5x42 screws (Hardware A) and Ø15x12 dowels (Hardware B) as indicated in the diagram to join these components.
Step 9
Connect the assembled base structure to the main cabinet frame. Use Ø15x12 dowels (Hardware B) and M7x50 screws (Hardware D) to attach the base to the side panels (Parts 13, 21, 19, 18, 12, 20).
Step 10
Attach the top panel (Part 5) to the assembled cabinet. Use M5x42 screws (Hardware A) and M3.5x14 screws (Hardware G) to secure it to the vertical supports.
Step 11
Attach the side panels (Part 12) to the main cabinet structure. Use Ø15x12 dowels (Hardware B) and Ø8x40 dowels (Hardware E) to connect them to the frame.
Step 12
Attach the back panels (Part 9) to the cabinet. Use M3.5x14 screws (Hardware G) to fasten the panels into the pre-drilled holes on the frame.
Step 13
Attach the door panels (Part 16 and Part 17) to the cabinet. Use M3.5x14 screws (Hardware G) to attach hinges or mounting brackets to the doors and the cabinet frame.
Step 14
Attach the remaining side panels (Part 15) to the cabinet. Use M3.5x14 screws (Hardware G) to secure them.
Step 15
Insert the metal rods (Part 8) into the designated slots within the cabinet. Use Ø6 dowels (Hardware K) to secure them in place.
Step 16
Anti-Tip Safety: For safety and stability, it is recommended to secure the cabinet to the wall using the provided anti-tip accessories (Hardware N). Follow the instructions included with the anti-tip kit to attach the straps to the cabinet and the wall securely. This helps prevent tipping, injury, and property damage.
