Please read this instruction carefully before using this product, and keep this manual for future reference.
1. Important Notes
- Make sure to disconnect from the power source before installation.
- The pump has been evaluated for use with water only.
- ⚠️ Risk of electric shock. This pump has not been investigated for use in swimming pool or marine areas.
- If the wire is damaged, it must be replaced with a special wire or assembly provided by the manufacturer or its service agent.
- ❌ DO NOT run this pump dry.
- ✅ Always ensure the metal magnet in the float is facing upward. Always ensure the reservoir is sitting flat and horizontal.
- The pump is ideal for most working and living environments. It is not recommended where the environments is oily or particularly dusty.
- ? Acceptable for indoor use only.
- This condensate pump is non-submersible.
2. Pump Component
Diagram showing the pump components: Outlet Port, Water Tank, Pump Cover, Inlet Port, and Power Supply.
3. Dimension Drawing
Two views of the pump illustrating dimensions. Key dimensions shown include height, width, and depth for different models. For example, one view shows a height of 11.3 inches and a width of 7.3 inches, with inlet/outlet ports indicated.

5. Maximum Recommended Head (ft)
Two line graphs illustrating the relationship between Flow Rate (GPH) and Maximum Recommended Head (ft). One graph is for models CDS125S-LV/CDS125STU, and the other is for CDS320/CDS320TU/CDS325/CDS325TU.
6. Installation
Diagram illustrating the pump installation. It shows the pump connected to discharge tubing with a check valve installed in the line. The outlet port and discharge tubing are clearly labeled.
Follow these steps for proper installation:
- Install the pump in a suitable location, ensuring it is level and stable.
- Connect the discharge tubing to the pump's outlet port.
- Install a check valve in the discharge tubing to prevent backflow.
- Connect the inlet of the pump to the device producing condensate (e.g., air conditioner drain line).
- Connect the power supply to the pump.
- Ensure the float mechanism operates freely and is not obstructed.
7. Troubleshooting
Problem | Cause | Action |
---|---|---|
Pump does not run | Power supply issue Float switch stuck Motor failure |
Check power connection Check float switch for obstructions Contact service agent if motor failure is suspected |
Pump runs but no water is discharged | Inlet is blocked Discharge line is blocked Air lock in the system |
Clean the inlet port Clear any blockages in the discharge line Prime the pump if an air lock is suspected |
Pump cycles frequently | Low condensate flow rate from the source Float switch set too high |
Check the condensate producing device for adequate flow Adjust the float switch position if necessary |
Water leaks from the unit | Loose connections in tubing or fittings Damaged tubing or pump housing |
Tighten all connections securely Inspect tubing and pump for damage and replace if necessary |
8. Important Service Guide
If the pump is not working properly, please check the troubleshooting section first. If the problem persists, please contact the manufacturer or an authorized service agent. Ensure the pump is compatible with the condensate source and discharge piping.
