Pre-Installation
Before beginning assembly, read through the instructions and make sure all parts are presented. Identify carefully the installation direction of the accessories.
Assembly of this unit is done by fitting the rivets of the beams (A) and braces (B) into the keyhole slots of the posts (C).
Support rods (E) are mounted on beams (A) and braces (B) to lift the shelf load. Finger bend both ends of the support rods (E) to 90 degrees, then bend both ends again by a tool when insert the support rod (E) into beams (A).
The distance between the two adjacent mounting keyholes of the pole is 1-1/2" (38mm).
The height of each layer can be selected and adjusted according to your needs or desired.
The bottom shelf assembly should be installed into the second keyhole slots at the bottom of posts.
The top shelf assembly should be installed into the first keyhole slots at the top of posts.
A rubber mallet may be used to tap down on the top of beams and braces to properly seat the rivets into the narrow end of the keyhole slot.
Attach the post coupler (F) by sliding into the top of the bottom post (C) and locking into key hole position. The end of posts (C) should be in the middle of the post coupler (F).
A visual inspection should be made to ensure that the rivets are properly engaged into the keyhole slot.
In order to protect the floor, the post foot (G) can be covered into the post before installation.
