Product Overview
Thank you for purchasing a WORKPRO product. This WORKPRO shelving unit features a corrosion-resistant aluminum frame. The upright posts have a 2-piece design, allowing assembly as a single 48 in. W x 24 in. D x 72 in. H unit, or horizontally into two units: one 48 in. W x 24 in. D x 36 in. H unit with 2 shelves, and another 48 in. W x 24 in. D x 36 in. H unit with 3 shelves.

CAUTION!
- Be aware of dynamic loading! Sudden load movement may briefly create excess load causing product failure.
- Evenly distribute the weight on each shelf, and keep the heaviest loads on the bottom shelf.
- Use only on a flat, level, and hard surface capable of supporting the shelving and any items placed on it.
- Remember to only use the shelf on level ground with evenly distributed weight.
- Do not store flammable liquids in the unit unless they are secured in an approved container.
- Keep bystanders out of the area during assembly.
- This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with, on, or near the unit.
WARNING!
- Do not stand on, step on, or alter this unit for anything outside the designed function of storage.
- Place heavier items on lower shelves and lighter ones on top shelves.
- Use care when handling and assembling metal parts. The metal may have sharp edges or corners. The use of protective gloves is recommended.
- Always remember to use proper lifting techniques when moving the boxed or assembled unit.
Preparation
Before beginning assembly, ensure all parts are present by comparing them with the package contents list. It is recommended to assemble this product on a clean, soft surface, such as a piece of cardboard. Assembly can be performed by one person, but a second person will make the task simpler.

Tools Required
⚠️ CAUTION! Do not use tools other than required, as this can damage your new item.
Assembly
Step 1: Prepare Upright Posts
Take four (4) Bottom Pillars (C), four (4) Upper Columns (D), four (4) Bottom Protective Sleeves (F), and four (4) Head Covers (G).
Insert the Bottom Protective Sleeves (F) into the bottom of the Bottom Pillars (C). Insert the Head Covers (G) into the top of the Upper Columns (D).
Join the Bottom Pillars (C) and Upper Columns (D) to form the four main upright posts. The diagram shows the parts being fitted together.
ℹ️ NOTICE: Do not omit this step, as it could protect your floor from scratches.
Step 2: Attach Lower Beams and Braces
Take two (2) Long Beams (A), two (2) Short Beams (B), and two (2) Bottom Pillars (C).
Attach the Long Beams (A) and Short Beams (B) to the lower slots of the upright posts (formed in Step 1). Ensure the shelf ledge points upwards and the post slot points downwards.
The diagram shows attaching beams (A, B) to posts (C) using rivets. A close-up indicates the 'Shelf Ledge' and 'Post Slot Points Down' orientation.
ℹ️ NOTICE: Make sure all rivets are fully seated into the post slots. A rubber mallet (not included) may be used. Each beam (A) and brace (B) on the same level should be at the same height.
Step 3: Attach Middle Beams and Braces
Take two (2) Long Beams (A) and two (2) Short Beams (B).
Attach these beams to the middle slots of the upright posts, similar to Step 2. The diagram shows the structure with beams added at a higher level.
Step 4: Attach Upper Beams and Braces
Take two (2) Long Beams (A), two (2) Short Beams (B), and four (4) Upper Columns (D).
Attach these beams to the upper slots of the upright posts. The diagram shows a close-up of how the beams connect to the posts, reinforcing the structure.
Step 5: Insert Shelves
The diagram shows the assembled frame with five levels for shelves.
Place the five (5) Wooden Shelves (E) onto the assembled frame, resting them on the ledges of the beams.
Step 6: Final Placement
The diagram shows the completed shelving unit with shelves in place.
Troubleshooting
