Safety Information
Please read and understand this entire manual before using the product.
⚠️ CAUTION
- Do not exceed 800 lbs per shelf. Be aware of dynamic loading! Sudden load movement may briefly create excess load causing product failure.
- Evenly distribute the weight on each shelf, and keep the heaviest loads on the bottom shelf and small lighter items on the upper level.
- Use only on flat, level, and hard surfaces capable of supporting the shelving and any items placed on it.
- Maintain proper footing and balance at all times.
- Keep bystanders out of the area during assembly.
- This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with, on, or near the unit.
⚠️ WARNING
- Do not stand on, step on, or alter this unit for anything outside the designed function of storage.
- Use care when handling and assembling metal plates.
- The metal may have sharp edges or corners. The use of protective gloves is recommended. ? [gloves]
- Always remember to use proper lifting techniques when moving the boxed or assembled unit.

Tool Required for Assembly (not included): Rubber Mallet ? [mallet] and Protective Gloves ? [gloves]
Pre-Installation
Before beginning assembly, read through the instructions and make sure all parts are presented.
Identify carefully the installation direction of the accessories.
- Assembly of this unit is done by fitting the rivets ? [rivet] of the beams (A) and braces (B) into the keyhole slots of the posts (C). [Fig. a]
- Beams (A) / Braces (B) must be installed with the longer ledge on top and the shorter ledge at the bottom. [Fig. b]
- The distance between the two adjacent mounting keyholes of the pole is 1-1/2" (38mm). [Fig. e]
- The height of each layer can be selected and adjusted according to your needs or desired. It is recommended that 11 holes be spaced in each layer.
- The longitudinal wires of each shelf must face down. [Fig. c]
- The bottom shelf assembly should be installed into the second keyhole slots at the bottom of posts.
- The top shelf assembly should be installed into the first keyhole slots at the top of posts.
- A rubber mallet ? [mallet] may be used to tap down on the top of beams and braces to properly seat the rivets ? [rivet] into the narrow end of the keyhole slot. [Fig. d]
- A visual inspection should be made to ensure that the rivets are properly engaged into the keyhole slot.
There are two options for assembly:
- One is to build a whole of 5 tiers with a height of 72".
- Another can be split into 2 separate shelves as individual units. One unit will have 3 shelves with 36" height and the other will have 2 shelves with 38" height.
In order to protect the floor, the post foot (F) can be fitted onto the post before installation. [Fig. f]
[Fig. a] Keyhole slots face down: Shows a post (C) with keyhole slots. The narrow end of the slot is oriented downwards. A beam or brace (A/B) with rivets is shown being inserted.
[Fig. b] Longer ledges must be on top: Illustrates the orientation of beams (A) and braces (B) when inserted into posts. The longer ledge of the component should be positioned upwards.
[Fig. c] The longitudinal wires of each shelf must face down: A close-up of a wire shelf (E) showing the orientation of the wires. The main support wires should be facing downwards for optimal load bearing.
[Fig. d] Rivets should be seated properly into the slot: A sequence showing a rivet ? [rivet] being inserted into a keyhole slot and then tapped with a mallet ? [mallet] to ensure it is fully seated. A checkmark ✔️ indicates proper seating.
[Fig. e] The distance between the two adjacent holes is 38mm (1-1/2"): Shows a section of a post (C) with keyhole slots, indicating the vertical spacing between adjacent slots is 38mm or 1-1/2 inches.
[Fig. f] Assemble the post foot or post cap: Demonstrates how to attach a post foot or cap (F) to the bottom of a post (C).
Assembly
Step 1
Slide properly the rivets ? [rivet] of brace (B) into bottom posts (C) of your desired location with the narrow end of keyhole slots pointing down and the longer ledge of brace (B) facing up. Tap lightly to seat rivets. ? [mallet]
Note: Make sure all the rivets are fully seated into the post slots. You may turn to a rubber mallet (not included) for achieving this target. This applies to all the rivets used in this unit.
Shows a post (C) and a brace (B) being connected. The rivets on the brace are inserted into the keyhole slots on the post. An arrow indicates the insertion direction. A separate image shows a hand tapping the brace with a mallet ? [mallet] to ensure the rivets are seated.
Step 2
Repeat the previous step 1 to attach beams (A) and brace (B) to bottom posts (C) until the first level is assembled.
Note: Each of the beams (A) and braces (B) on the same level should be at the same height. You can adjust to the same height by counting the number of holes.
Illustrates the first level of the storage unit being assembled. It shows two posts (C) connected by beams (A) and braces (B) to form the base frame of a shelf.
Step 3
Add wire shelf (E) on the shelf ledge of the level previously built.
Note: Make sure the longitudinal wires of each shelf must face down. This can ensure that the force surface of the shelf has sufficient support up to 800 lbs.
Shows a wire shelf (E) being placed onto the assembled frame from Step 2. The shelf rests on the ledges formed by the beams and braces.
Step 4
Repeat the previous steps to attach beams (A) and braces (B) to posts (C) and add wire shelf (E) until the first two levels are assembled.
Depicts the unit with two levels assembled, including posts (C), beams (A), braces (B), and wire shelves (E).
Step 5
Insert and press down top posts (D) with slot pointing down to bottom posts (C).
Shows the top posts (D) being connected to the bottom posts (C). Arrows indicate the downward insertion. The slots on the top posts are oriented downwards to connect with the bottom posts.
Step 6
Repeat steps 1-3 to form the third to fifth levels.
Shows the fully assembled 5-tier storage unit.
Alternative Assembly
Using the same assembly method, the top shelves can be assembled on the floor, forming two short shelves. The heights are 36" and 38".
Illustrates the unit being split into two smaller shelving units. One unit has 3 shelves (36" height) and the other has 2 shelves (38" height).
