Nespresso Free Shipping Promotion: Terms and Conditions
This document outlines the terms and conditions for the Nespresso promotion offering free shipping to Foxpost and Packeta pickup points for selected orders.
Promotion Details
During the promotion period, purchase from the Nespresso website or mobile application and select Foxpost or Packeta pickup point delivery to have the shipping costs covered.
Promotion Period: August 7, 2025, 9:00 AM to August 14, 2025.
This offer is valid for orders placed on the Nespresso website and mobile application during the specified period, provided the delivery method chosen is a Foxpost or Packeta pickup point. The discount is exclusively for Nespresso Club members. Each club membership registration can be used for up to 3 purchases during the promotional period.
Offer Conditions
The discount cannot be exchanged for other products or cash. The promotion can be utilized up to 3 times per club membership registration within the promotion period.
How to Avail the Offer
To redeem the offer:
- Log in to your existing Nespresso webshop account or create a new registration on the website and log in.
- Place your order.
- Select 'Foxpost, Packeta' pickup point delivery from the shipping options. The system will automatically suggest the nearest pickup points based on your location.
The shipping cost will be automatically deducted on the 'Cart' page (or at the final total in the payment process for mobile applications). The shipping discount will be applied to the shipping cost if all conditions are met. Any difference between the discount and the invoice value will not be credited to the customer's account and cannot be paid in cash.
General Terms and Conditions
Participation in the promotion is limited to one club membership registration per natural person and one club membership registration per legal entity with the same tax identification number. Nespresso reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer. By participating, Nespresso Club members acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions outlined in this offer.

Nespresso reserves the right to refuse the application of the discount in cases where the terms and conditions are circumvented. Nespresso reserves the right to deny the benefit of the offer and exclude the consumer from the possibility of using the offer or any further offers or promotions if any manipulation or behavior inconsistent with or detrimental to the spirit of the offer is detected or reasonably suspected.
Data Privacy
By participating in the promotion, customers consent to the processing of their personal data by Nespresso for the purpose of executing the promotion, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Self-Determination and Freedom of Information. Nespresso will not process customer data for purposes other than those specified herein.
Customer promotional purchase data will be retained by Nespresso for 8 years after the customer becomes inactive.
Nespresso, as the data controller, guarantees that data processing complies with all applicable legal provisions. If a customer requests the deletion of their personal data before redeeming the coffee capsule voucher, Nespresso will not be able to provide the coffee capsule voucher due to technical reasons.

Upon request, the data controller will provide information about the data processed, its source, the purpose of data processing, the legal basis, the duration, and any data protection incidents, their impact, and the measures taken to prevent them.

If a customer disagrees with a decision made by the Organizer based on their objection, they may turn to the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, or to a court located at the Organizer's registered office or the customer's place of residence.
