Nespresso Summer GWP Promotion Terms and Conditions

Organizer: Nestlé Polska S.A. (Nespresso Division in Warsaw), Domaniewska 32, 02-672 Warsaw, Poland. Registered with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS 0000025166, NIP 527-020-39-68, BDO 000016180. Share capital: PLN 42,459,600, fully paid up. The Organizer qualifies as a large entrepreneur.

Promotion Period: The promotion runs from July 1, 2025, to August 13, 2025, or until the stock of promotional products runs out, whichever comes first.

Eligibility: The promotion is open to Nespresso Club Members (registered Nespresso customers) who are consumers or entrepreneurs and make a purchase from the Organizer during the promotion period as per point 4 below (hereinafter referred to as "Participants"). Entrepreneurs operating in the HORECA channel (hotels, restaurants, cafes) are excluded from this promotion.

Promotion Offer: Participants can receive one Barista Ice Tray (SKU: 144470) and one set of Affogato Bowls (SKU: 137546) as a gift, provided they simultaneously purchase any 170 Nespresso coffee capsules from the Original and/or Vertuo line at the regular price from the Organizer.

Promotion Exclusions: This promotion cannot be combined with subscription discounts or gifts. Subscribers may choose to receive the GWP without subscription benefits or utilize their existing subscription benefits. This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions running concurrently by the Organizer and does not apply to orders that activate a Nespresso Coffee Plan.

Returns and Gift Retention: If a consumer Participant who purchased under point 4 above exercises their right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of Nespresso coffee capsules for reasons other than a product defect (thus no longer meeting the promotion's condition), they must return the received gift to the Organizer in its original, undamaged packaging. The returned gift must be in its original packaging, show no signs of use, and must not be damaged. Returns should be sent to Logwin Poland Sp. Z o. o., Al. Katowicka 66, 05-830 Nadarzyn, Poland. The provisions of this point also apply to individuals placing orders under this promotion if these orders are directly related to their business activities but do not constitute their professional capacity.

Business Participants: If a participant is an individual conducting business activities, an additional monetary benefit amounting to 11.11% of the gift's value will be added to the value of each gift. This amount is intended to cover the advance payment of income tax on the prize. The Organizer, as a payer of flat-rate income tax for individuals, will calculate, deduct, and remit the flat-rate income tax due for the prize to the relevant Tax Office before issuing the additional prize to the participant.

Amendments: The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions in the following cases: (i) changes in legislation, case law, or the approach of public administration bodies concerning these terms; (ii) significant changes in market practices relevant to these terms; (iii) clarification of any ambiguities in the interpretation of these terms; (iv) the need to counteract violations of these terms; (v) justified changes in business circumstances that objectively make the implementation of these terms impossible or significantly difficult. Amendments will be made by publishing a new version of the terms and conditions. Amendments will always take effect prospectively from the date of publication. Rights acquired before the amendment remain unchanged.

Language Versions: These terms and conditions have been prepared in Polish and English. In case of discrepancies between the two versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
