The promotion is valid for orders placed on the Nespresso website and mobile app between July 22, 2025, 9:00 AM and July 28, 2025. Free shipping applies when choosing Foxpost or Packeta pickup point delivery. This offer is exclusively for Nespresso club members. Each club membership registration can be used for a maximum of 3 purchases during the promotion period.
Offer Conditions
The discount cannot be exchanged for other products or cash. The discount can be redeemed for a maximum of 3 purchases per club membership registration during the promotion period.

How to Redeem the Offer
On the www.nespresso.com website and Nespresso mobile applications:
- Log in to your existing webshop account or create a new registration on the website and log in!
- Place your order
- Select "Foxpost, Packeta" pickup point delivery from the shipping methods. The system will automatically suggest the nearest pickup points based on your location.
The shipping cost will be automatically deducted on the "Cart" page (or at the final total in the payment process for mobile applications).
The shipping cost discount will be deducted from the shipping cost amount if the conditions are met. The difference between the discount and the invoice amount cannot be credited to the customer's account and will not be paid in cash.
Individuals can participate in the promotion with one club membership registration, and legal entities with the same tax identification number can participate with one club membership registration. Nespresso reserves the right to change or withdraw the offer. By accepting the offer, Nespresso club members acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions of this offer. Nespresso reserves the right to refuse the redemption of the discount in cases where the terms and regulations are attempted to be circumvented. Nespresso reserves the right to refuse the discount if any manipulation or behavior incompatible with or violating the spirit of the offer is detected or reasonably suspected from the person wishing to redeem the offer, and to exclude the affected consumer from the possibility of redeeming the offer or any further offers or promotions.
By participating in the promotion, the Customer agrees to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of carrying out the Promotion, in accordance with the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 (April 27, 2016) Regulation on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), as well as Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information. The Customer acknowledges that Nespresso will not process or use customer data for purposes other than those specified in this clause.
Nespresso will retain customer promotional purchase data for 8 years after the customer becomes inactive.
Nespresso, as data controller, guarantees that data processing will be carried out in compliance with all applicable legal provisions. Nespresso provides customers with the opportunity at any time to request information about the processing of their personal data, or to request its deletion or correction at the following addresses: Nestlé Hungária Kft. The Customer, as a data subject, can request the following in writing from the data controller: information about the processing (or processing) of their personal data, correction of their personal data, and deletion (blocking) of their personal data.
If the Customer requests the deletion of their personal data before redeeming the coffee capsule voucher, Nespresso will not be able to provide the coffee capsule voucher redemption due to technical reasons.
Customers can submit their requests and declarations regarding data processing and data handling activities through the contact points specified above. Upon customer request, the data controller will provide information about the data managed by the Customer, their source, the purpose and legal basis of data processing, its duration, and details of any data protection incidents, their impact, and the measures taken to prevent them.
The data controller is obliged to respond to the request in writing within 30 days of its receipt. Furthermore, the Customer has the right to object to the processing of their personal data. If the Customer does not agree with the decision made by the Organizer based on their objection, they may turn to the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, or, at their choice, to the court at the Organizer's registered office or the Customer's place of residence.
