Installation Instructions

Follow these steps carefully for the correct installation of your Pirce suspension light.

Step 1: Unpacking and Component Check

Carefully unpack all components and verify against the parts list (referencing visual diagrams in the original document). Ensure all parts are present and undamaged before proceeding.

Step 2-4: Assembly

Assemble the main body of the light fixture. This typically involves connecting various structural elements and decorative components as illustrated in the diagrams.

Step 5: Ceiling Mount Preparation

Prepare the mounting point on the ceiling. Ensure it is suitable for the weight of the fixture and securely fastened.

Step 6-8: Attaching Suspension Elements

Attach the suspension cables or rods to the fixture and the ceiling mounting bracket. Diagrams show how to route and secure these elements.

Step 9-11: Adjusting Suspension Height

Adjust the suspension height of the light fixture. The recommended range for hanging is between a minimum of 70 cm and a maximum of 200 cm from the ceiling.

Step 12-15: Electrical Connections

Connect the electrical wiring. Diagrams illustrate the connection points for Live (L), Neutral (N), and potentially switched live (Lp, L1, L2) wires to the fixture's internal terminals. Ensure all connections are secure and correctly matched to the power supply.

Diagram 15a/15b: Shows specific wiring terminals labeled L, N, L1, L2, and Lp, indicating how to connect the mains supply to the fixture.

Step 16: Securing Mechanism

Engage any locking or securing mechanisms, such as the "CLICK" mechanism shown, to ensure the fixture is properly assembled and stable.

Step 17: Power On/Off

The fixture is equipped with an ON/OFF switch for controlling power to the light.

Step 18: Bulb Specifications

The Pirce light fixture is compatible with the following bulb types:

Halo: Requires R7s base bulbs. Maximum wattage is 330W. Maximum lumen output for Halo bulbs is 7000 lm. Maximum bulb dimensions: 10mm diameter, 22mm length.
LED: Compatible with LED bulbs (DRDG type specified). Maximum lumen output for LED bulbs is 1200 lm.
