Safety Information

1. Ensure voltage compatibility before use to prevent damage and safety risks.
2. The light source is not user-replaceable and requires professional replacement.
3. Do not touch fan blades during operation.
4. Install the fan lamp at a height of more than 2.3 meters above the ground.
5. The lamp can be controlled via remote and mobile app. When turned off via these methods, the power supply is not necessarily cut off. Avoid touching, replacing, or disassembling the lamp in this state to prevent electric shock.

Installation Guide

1. Turn off main power: Ensure the main power switch is off before installation.
2. Mark holes on ceiling: Mark the mounting hole positions on the ceiling.
3. Insert plugs and place mounting bracket: Insert plugs into drilled holes and secure the mounting bracket with screws.
4. Insert screws on the side: Insert screws on the side of the bracket, leaving them partially loose.
5. Connect the wires: Connect the wires from the ceiling to the fan/light.
6. Connect fan to mounting bracket: Attach the product to the mounting bracket and tighten the side screws. Insert one safety screw on the left side.
7. Turn on main power: Restore main power.

Connecting the Lumifan to the FlinQ App

Note: Only 2.4 GHz networks are supported. 5 GHz networks will not work. Consult your provider on enabling both frequencies.

1. Open the FlinQ app: Launch the FlinQ app on your mobile device.
2. Add the device: Select 'Add Device' or the '+' sign. Ensure the fan's light is flashing. If not, cycle the power switch 5-10 times (On > Off > On > Off...) until it flashes.
3. Select product type: Navigate to the 'Cooling' section and select 'FlinQ Smart Indoor Lumifan'.
4. Reset (if needed): If the light is not flashing, repeat step 2 to reset.
5. Fill in WiFi details: Enter your WiFi network name and password.
6. Device is being added: The device will connect, which may take up to 2 minutes.
7. Device added successfully: The Lumifan is now connected and controllable remotely.

The remote control is pre-paired. Insert batteries and press the on/off button.

Important Note: If connected to a wall switch, keep the switch in the ON position. Control the fan/light using the remote or app. Repeatedly switching the wall switch on/off will reset the device, requiring re-pairing with the app.

Cleaning and Maintenance

1. Remove the safety screw, hold the lumifan with both hands, push upwards, and rotate counterclockwise to detach the main unit.
2. Disconnect wires and remove the safety steel rope.
3. Clean the protective net and fan blades after removal.

Note: Do not rinse the lamp body directly with water. Ensure the lumifan is completely dry before reassembly. Always turn off power before cleaning electrical components. Wipe excess moisture to prevent electrical hazards. Do not use flammable or toxic cleaning liquids.

Remote is not connected / disconnect the remote

Pairing your remote:

Connect the device to power. Turn the device off for 5-10 seconds, then turn it back on. Long press the on/off button until the device flashes 3 times quickly. Pairing is successful.

Disconnecting the remote:

To disconnect, follow the pairing steps. Long-press the on/off button until the device flashes 3 times quickly. The remote is now cleared and needs re-pairing to control the device.
