DO NOT use when the dog or collar is wet.
DO NOT press and hold the impulse or vibration button for more than 10 seconds to avoid physical or psychological injury to your dog.
- Your dog should NOT yelp or panic during stimulation. If this happens, the stimulation level is too high; return to the previous level and repeat the process.
- DO NOT charge the device near flammable substances.
- For dog use ONLY. Do not use on children.
- This is not a toy and should only be operated by a responsible adult.
CAUTION
Please read and follow the instructions in this manual carefully before starting training. The following precautions will help ensure your dog's safety and comfort. Millions of dogs are comfortable wearing collars, while some are sensitive to pressure from the contacts.
- It is extremely important that both you and your dog remain safe while learning to walk on a leash. Your dog should be on a strong leash (do not attach it to the receiver). The leash should be long enough for the dog to chase an obstacle but short enough to prevent it from reaching roads or other hazards. You must also be physically strong enough to restrain your dog if it tries to chase.
- Risk of skin damage. Proper fit of the receiver is important. A receiver worn too long or too tightly on the dog's neck can cause skin damage. From redness to pressure sores, this condition is commonly known as pressure sores.
- DO NOT leave the receiver on the dog for more than 12 hours per day.
- If possible, change the position of the receiver on the dog's neck every 1-2 hours.
- Check the fit to prevent excessive pressure; follow the instructions in this manual.
- Never attach an additional leash to the receiver, as this will cause excessive pressure on the contacts.
- Weekly, clean the dog's neck area and the metal electrodes of the receiver with a damp cloth.
- Daily, check the contact area for any signs of rash or wound.
If a rash or wound appears, discontinue use of the receiver until the skin has healed. If the condition persists for more than 48 hours, consult a veterinarian.
The receiver meets IP67 water resistance standard and can be submerged in water up to 1 meter for a maximum of 30 minutes. Do not use it if submerged or wet.

Try pairing again in a different location or contact our service center.
6. How the System Works
The remote training collar is easy to use and features an advanced LCD display that shows the exact level of stimulation being used. The remote training collar helps control your dog off-leash. Simply press a button, and the transmitter sends a signal to the dog's receiver or emits ultrasonic sounds, effectively capturing its attention. The dog receives safe but noticeable stimulation. It will quickly learn the association between its behavior and your correction, leading to a better-behaved dog. The Remote Training Collar has been tested for safety, comfort, and effectiveness for dogs of small and large breeds. With consistent and proper use, you can teach your dog basic obedience commands and help correct any unwanted behaviors.

8. Training Tips
Finding the Best Stimulation for Your Dog
Important: Always start at the lowest level and gradually increase. The remote training collar offers 3 ultrasonic levels, 8 types of warning tones, 16 vibration levels, and 99 impulse levels. For ultrasonic and warning tones, the difference is only in frequency. For vibration and impulse, level 1 is the lowest; level 16 is the highest for vibration, and level 99 for impulse. This allows you to select the stimulation level that is best for your dog. Once the receiver is placed on the dog, it's time to find the stimulation level that works best for it. This is called the recognition level.
When using the four training modes, follow the principle of starting from mild to strong. Begin with the warning tone and vibration modes, and use the ultrasonic mode only if necessary. High-frequency ultrasonic waves strongly stimulate the dog's hearing without causing damage, making them more effective than the warning tone or vibration modes. Electric impulse mode should only be used as a last resort. Additionally, combining these methods with positive reinforcement, such as rewards and praise, can increase training effectiveness.
A slight change in the dog's behavior, such as looking around curiously, scratching at the collar, or flicking its ears, indicates your dog's recognition level.
To check your dog's recognition level, follow these steps:
- Starting at level 1, press and hold the warning tone/vibration/impulse button for 1-2 seconds.
Note: If the warning tone/vibration/impulse button is held for 10 seconds, the remote transmitter will turn off, and you will need to release and press the button again to deliver further stimulation.
- If the dog does not react, repeat the stimulation level several times before moving to the next level.
- Your dog should not whimper or panic during stimulation. If this occurs, the stimulation level is too high, and you should return to the previous level and repeat the procedure.
- Progress through the stimulation levels until the dog begins to react to the stimulation.
- If your dog still does not react at the highest vibration or static impulse level, check the receiver fit. If your dog has long or thick fur, contact our Customer Service Center to obtain a longer set of contact points. Then, return to step 1 and repeat the procedure.
- If this does not yield results, the dog's fur around the contact points may need to be trimmed.
- If, after all steps, the dog still shows no sign of feeling the stimulation, contact our customer service department.
How to Get Your Dog's Attention with Ultrasonic Sounds
Press the ultrasonic mode to emit ultrasonic sounds that effectively capture your dog's attention. This will help it understand and respond to training commands. When the dog behaves undesirably, such as barking, jumping, stealing food, or inappropriate chewing, quickly press the ultrasonic button. Simultaneously, give a verbal command such as "NO," "QUIET," "SIT," "STAY," or "STOP" to help the dog cease the unwanted behavior.
Note: This function is specifically designed for dogs. It may not be audible to all humans. Avoid placing it near human ears.
How to Maximize Ultrasonic Transmission Range
- Choose a clear, open area without shade. Avoid dense forests, buildings, strong winds, and moisture. Limit use in high temperatures and high humidity to ensure better transmission.
- Aim the ultrasonic emission port directly at the dog, keeping it in a straight line.
- Regularly clean the ultrasonic emission port on the dog training collar to prevent dust and moisture buildup and ensure optimal ultrasonic emission.
How to Maximize the Wireless Remote Range
Maximum range is affected by factors such as terrain, weather, vegetation, and transmission from other radio devices.
For optimal range, hold the transmitter horizontally, away from your body. For maximum signal strength, keep the device adequately charged.
