WARNING
Not for use with aggressive dogs. Do not use this product if your dog is aggressive, or if your dog is prone to aggressive behavior. Aggressive dogs can cause severe injury and even death to their owner and others. If you are unsure whether this product is appropriate for your dog, please consult your veterinarian or certified trainer. Do not puncture or incinerate the collar or the refill cannister. Do not expose to extreme heat or store at temperatures above 113 °F or 45 °C.
Lithium Rechargeable Batteries: This device contains Lithium-Polymer (Li-Polymer) batteries; never incinerate, puncture, deform, short-circuit, or charge with an inappropriate charger. Fire, explosion, property damage, or bodily harm may occur if this warning is not followed.
Do not expose the device to freezing temperatures (32 °F or 0 °C) or to conditions warmer than 113 °F or 45°C. Do not leave the collar in direct sunlight. Never leave the collar in a car where the device can heat up to high temperatures (113 °F or 45 °C).
CAUTION
This product is not a toy. Keep it away from the reach of children.
Risk of skin damage. Please read and follow the instructions in this manual. Proper fit of the collar is important. A collar worn for too long or made too tight on the pet's neck may cause skin damage, ranging from redness to pressure ulcers; this condition is commonly known as bed sores.
- Avoid leaving the collar on the dog for more than 12 hours per day.
- When possible, reposition the collar on the pet's neck every 1 to 2 hours.
- Check the fit to prevent excessive pressure; follow the instructions in this manual.
- Never connect a leash to the electronic collar.
- When using a separate collar for a leash, don't put pressure on the electronic collar.
- Wash the dog's neck area and the contact area of the collar weekly with a damp cloth.
- Examine the contact area daily for signs of a rash or a sore.
- If a rash or sore is found, discontinue use of the collar until the skin has healed.
- If the condition persists beyond 48 hours, see your veterinarian.
These steps will help keep your pet safe and comfortable. Millions of pets are comfortable while they wear smooth contacts. Some pets are sensitive to contact pressure. You may find after some time that your pet is very tolerant of the collar. If so, you may relax some of these precautions. It is important to continue daily checks of the contact area. If redness or sores are found, discontinue use until the skin has fully healed.
This Bark Stopper should be used only on healthy dogs. We recommend that you take your dog to a veterinarian before using the collar if he is not in good health.

Anti-bark Modes: Cyclic and Fixed
This bark stopper has two different anti-bark modes: cyclic and fixed.

Charging Device
The charging cable is a DC interface with 5V output voltage. (Attention: Please use the original charging cable to charge. If you use others, the output voltage must be 5V, otherwise it may cause charging failure.)
Testing Light Instructions
- Press the power button to turn on the collar.
- Hold the Test Light Contacts to the collar's contact points.
- Set the collar to static stimulation function mode.
- Make a sound similar to "Wang, Wang" (imitating dog barking) near the sensors. Since the frequency of human voice is different from that of dogs, please test multiple times.
5. Wearing Method
Important note: The correct wearing and positioning of the bark stopper collar is important for effective operation.
To ensure proper wearing, please follow the steps below:
- Make sure the bark stop collar is closed.
- Keep your dog in a comfortable standing position. (As shown in diagram A)
- Place the bark stop collar on the dog's neck, ensuring the control ring is in the center and the "on/off" switch on the operating surface of the collar faces upward. (As shown in diagram B)
- Check the tightness of the bark stop collar by inserting a finger between the dog's collar and the back of its neck. The proper position should be comfortable rather than tight. (As shown in diagram C)
- Let your dog wear the collar for a few minutes, then recheck the fit. Properly adjust the collar to make the dog more comfortable using the "bark stopper collar". (As shown in diagram D)
- Trim the collar as follows:
- Mark the required collar length with a pen.
- Remove the bark stop collar from the dog and cut off the excessive length. Use a flame to seal the neckline along the worn edge.
- Then put the bark stop collar on your dog.
Please read and follow the instructions in this manual. Proper fit of the collar is important. A collar worn for too long or made too tight on the pet's neck may cause skin damage.
- Avoid leaving the collar on the dog for more than 12 hours per day.
- When possible, reposition the collar on the pet's neck every 1 to 2 hours.
- Check the fit to prevent excessive pressure; follow the instructions in this manual.
- When using a separate collar for a lead, don't put pressure on the electronic collar.
- Wash the dog's neck area and the contacts of the collar weekly with a damp cloth.
- Examine the contact area daily for signs of a rash or a sore.
- Never connect a lead to the electronic collar; it will cause excessive pressure on the contacts.
6. Summary Of Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why doesn't the bark stopper work when the dog is barking?
A: There are many possible reasons. Users can make some judgments and analysis based on the following:
- Make sure the product is powered and worn correctly, under the dog's throat.
- Not all barking will trigger the device; sometimes the dog is barking to welcome the owner. The device distinguishes this via an identification chip. The product is mainly for bad barking or continuous barking.
Q: Can I not use the static stimulation function?
A: Of course, just adjust the mode to "without static stimulation function".
Q: Is the Vibration/Stimulation safe for my pet?
A: Although Vibration/Stimulation is unpleasant, it is harmless to your pet. Electronic training devices require interaction and training from the owner to achieve desired results.
Q: Once my pet has been trained and no longer has bad barking, will he have to continue to wear the collar?
A: Probably not, but you can also turn off the collar and leave it on the dog to strengthen training.
Q: Is the product waterproof?
A: Yes. But please make sure that the rubber cover for charging is placed in the correct position and that dogs are not allowed to swim with it.
Q: How about the after-sales service?
A: If it is a quality problem, not caused by man-made damage or misoperation, we guarantee it for 1 year. We recommend that you start with the "without static stimulation function" mode to let your dog adapt to the beep/vibration function first, to avoid excessive reactions. If your dog shows no reaction to beep/vibration, then start at Level 1 static stimulation. Please note to always start at the lowest level.
