These Terms and Conditions concern the Pre-order offer (the "Pre-Order Offer", "Offer") for Samsung Galaxy Watch8, Watch8 Classic & Watch Ultra 2025 (the "Device(s)") available to customers upon purchasing these Devices from Samsung Online Store during the period between the 09th of July 2025 (05:00PM) until the 24th of July 2025 (06:00PM), or until the stock lasts, whichever comes first (the "Validity Period").

This Pre-Order Offer consists of the following gifts (the "Gift(s)") for every purchased Device:

• Galaxy Watch8: Get 1 Year Samsung Care+ (worth SAR 89).
• Galaxy Watch8 Classic: Get 1 Year Samsung Care+ (worth SAR 89).
• Galaxy Watch Ultra 2025: Get 1 Year Samsung Care+ (worth SAR 99).

The shipping for the Device(s) to participating customers in the Pre Order Offer will start from the 22nd of July 2025. Delivery might be subject to some delay due to out of hand reasons.

In case of any close promotion communication by any channel / source, the given promotion or voucher code(s) will be for the specific and defined time only. May applicable on selected item(s).

Samsung shall be entitled at its sole discretion and subject to any applicable law, to terminate or modify the offer or to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time prior to or during the Validity Period.

In case the Gift is out of stock, customer can still proceed with main item order and same "main item" will be fulfilled. No later claims for the Gift(s) will be fulfilled.

Samsung shall not be liable to the customer for any losses and/or delays and/or damages of any kind in connection with these Terms and Conditions and/or this Offer.

By participating in this Offer, the customer accepts that any dispute of whatever nature which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to, governed and construed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and such disputes shall be resolved by its competent courts.
