These Terms and Conditions concern the offer ("Offer") for Samsung Galaxy Watch8, Watch8 Classic & Watch Ultra 2025 (the "Device(s)") available to customers upon purchasing these Devices from Samsung Online Store during the period between the 04th of September 2025 until the 30th of September 2025, or until the stock lasts, whichever comes first (the "Validity Period").
Offer Details
This Offer consists of the following gifts for every purchased Device:
- Galaxy Watch8, Watch8 Classic: Buy and get a complimentary band (worth up to SAR 269).
- Galaxy Watch Ultra 2025: Buy and get an eVoucher of worth SAR 200.
Discounts and Additional Offers
- Up to 30% discount on selected item(s) if the customer adds only 1 item or quantity from the Add On / Multi Buy offer. This is applicable only with selected Galaxy device(s).
- The eVoucher of 200 SAR is redeemable on the same order only, and the remaining amount cannot be re-used (if any).

General Conditions
- Delivery might be subject to some delay due to reasons beyond control.
- In case of any promotion communication by any channel/source, the given promotion or voucher code(s) will be for the specific and defined time only and may be applicable on selected item(s).
- Samsung reserves the right, at its sole discretion and subject to any applicable law, to terminate or modify the offer or to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time prior to or during the Validity Period.
- In case the complimentary gift is out of stock, the customer can still proceed with the main item order, and the main item will be fulfilled. No later claims for the gift(s) will be fulfilled.
- Samsung shall not be liable to the customer for any losses and/or delays and/or damages of any kind in connection with these Terms and Conditions and/or this Offer.
- By participating in this Offer, the customer accepts that any dispute of whatever nature which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to, governed and construed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and such disputes shall be resolved by its competent courts.
